- Family (1/5): Be careful! Great location but non-responsive host. - Location. Never got to stay in this property as it was misrepresented on the platform. Header and description said 'Sleeps 5' (which has now been adjusted), booking confirmed with age of visitors 3 months prior to arrival. No communication with the host. Finally got hold of him on New Year's Eve (the day prior to arrival) to find out that the property couldn't accommodate our family. He offered to relocate us to another property nearby and then began a hellish week of slack communication and lack of response to the property issues. Sent us a 2am message to vacate as we were unhappy and weren't 'appreciative enough', but then refused to cancel the remainder of the booking on the platform and ghosted us, effectively keeping us in a substandard property for a full week as no refund could be processed. Horrible experience!

- Lily (8/5): Very nice, we will definitely rent it again. - It's a very nice apartment, bright, and exceptionally well located. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are really good. Tinko Manuel, the host, was extremely fast and efficient in responding to our requests. When we arrived, the apartment wasn't ready, it needed cleaning. But it was sorted out by the host promptly.
