Akif Yavuz (8/5): Satisfactory - The apartment is functionally furnished, clean linens and towels, everything was as listed. Close to shopping, restaurants and underground… It was a comfortable, satisfactory stay… We accessed our flat which was on the second floor via very steep and narrow stairs, there are no lifts. I think this should have been mentioned !! We were travelling a bit heavy and had a really hard time taking our luggage up and down. This can be a real problem especially for elderly people… Plus the entrance and stairways were messy, i think building management should take cleaning those areas more seriously

Claire (10/5): Lovely trip thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Staff we always available to answer any questions. - Location was spot on area is lovely and felt safe. Not to far to walk to tube station lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Sofa bed not really suitable for 2 adults to sleep on.

L’apartament s’anuncia per a 6 persones (nosaltres érem 5). El sofà que teòricament és per dues persones és curt i poc ample per utilitzar-lo dues persones.

Vabbè ci abbiamo pensato noi e all apertura del divano l abbiamo trovato PIENO DI BRICIOLE, onestamente 110 sterline per la pulizia mi sembrano troppe per un appartamento da 45 ma e una scarsa pulizia

Amy (10/5): - The room was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was fabulous. Only complaint would be that the sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable but would still stay again as everything else was great.
Lynn (7/5): Good stay for the location. Good for short stay. Need to be fit to carry suitcase up stairs - Good location and keypad lock was good. No need for keys. Shower was good. No bedroom slippers, no change of bath mat, mattress was not comfortable. Found used gum in the bedroom. Carpeted staircase outside room smelt like vomit. Bad if you are not fit enough to carry suitcase up tight and narrow suitcase.

Fabrizio (3/5): Advertised as luxurious but it's a scam. Might be worth it if it costa half as much. - The apartment is cose to the Tube station Located on the corner of High Street Kensington, so it is particularly noisy and the windows are not soundproof. The apartment is run-down and dirty. It has a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the tiny bathroom which faces a courtyard full of pigeon droppings and feathers. The sink and shower get clogged constantly. We had to request repairs for the bed slats as the entire bed frame was unstable and the slats would fall to the floor with the slightest movement. The host - professional and kind- had it immediately repaired, but the issue had already been mentioned in previous reviews and therefore already known to the property owner.
MonzC (5/5): - Perfect Location Generous with towels and toiletries and coffee Stairs (no elevator) made it very difficult to carry luggage up/down the 3rd floor (definitely not suitable for elderly or physically challenged people) Occasionally, you will get very low water pressure in the tiny toilet, and they declare that to you after booking (once there was actually no water at all and I couldnt shower!) Internet was unexpectedly very slow because they have a 5g router in the apartment rather than a proper fast home connection. All in all, I felt that I paid too much for a small 2 bedroom with so many inconveniences.

Svetlana (10/5): Perfect location, nice and clean - I really love these apartments and the management company. This was my second stay here for me and my friend. The location is excellent — it’s easy to get anywhere in the central part of the city, and food delivery works quickly from most of my favorite places. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the apartments are quite small, but that works fine for me. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a larger shelf in the shower for shampoo and shower gel. A really nice surprise — you guys added noise-reducing pads on the windows (not sure what they’re officially called). They weren’t here during our last visit, and it makes a huge difference — super helpful! 100% will book these apartments again when I return to London.

Una de las habitaciones tenía la cama rota y no se podía dormir porque se hundía en el medio muchísimo, tuvimos que dormir 3 en el sofá que está como una piedra de duro. Si pretendes descansar en tu viaje, este no es tu alojamiento.

Public transport is convenient and gets you easily everywhere in London Noise from cars is sometimes annoying. Adding A/C would make the apartment much more convenient. Also, with no lift getting to the 4th floor was a challenge, especially with luggage.

Four floor walkup, narrow stairs, no elevator. No staff. Awful with luggage. Microscopic damp bathroom in a closet jammed against small bed. Wifi clocked at 50kbs (terrible). Pictures are a blend of the best of four different one bedroom flats on second to fourth floor above a launderette. Wide angle lens. Zero service. Keypads. No bin bags ($400 garbage fine warning). Called "service" via wifi call. India? No bin bags arrived. No humans seen (5 day stay). It is a mediocre 4 flat air bnb actually. Really noisy - on high street kensington. Spend 25% more and go somewhere else. Good Lebanese cafe underneath and also two doors down on Abbingdon street. Store bags $10 each per day in laundermat underneath (or risk a stroke carrying them up to your room). Phillimore 4th floor 74 steps up.
Coco (7/5): It’s ok. - The location. Dishwasher, washing machine and product are provided . The service. The building is really old, and the room floor has 10cm difference in the living room. It can be dangerous for small kids, we were at 3 floor. There is no elevator, but is ok.
Han-jung (5/5): It worked out but I wished not to be misleading by the posted pictures. - The apartment is working fine for us although it is a bit tight in space for a family of 5. I would recommend for a family of 4. The location is great, very close to the Hyde Park, buses, and a subway station. The things I would complain are that I felt disappointed when checking in and seeing the apartment. It did not look like the pictures shown on bookings.com. The pictures are about all the apartments they have in this building and they are misleading by putting all of them together. I wish to see which apartment we were booking before making the reservation. Also, the floor is uneven and squeaky, cheaply renovated. For example, the closet is tilt and I worried whether it would fall on the bed when we slept. The kitchen is tight, too, although it worked somehow.

Kazi (10/5): Relaxing stay in a perfect location - The location was really good - only a short walk from High Street Kensington Station. Moreover, the unit was on the first floor so it was not a lot of stairs to navigate, and it had everything we needed - amenities, lot of natural light, washing machine, 2 beds + a pullout sofa, and even some complimentary snacks and board games!

But v small space. - The location is superb just in High St Ken as well as good security of the flat - the management was amazing- very responsive when we asked questions and for extra glasses. The flat was tiny for a 2 bedroom - we booked for 5 people. So in the end we were only 4 due to the space constraint (one of our family had to stay elsewhere).

Camille (4/5): Disappointing - Location and ease of check in Firstly when we booked it gave a rate which was not the rate taken off the card, in fact 50% was added on top for cleaning but it was not disclosed clearly before checkout. Due to this we requested cancellation and no reply was given from host at all. Booking.com tried to make contact but no reply. Then there was a sofa bed, no sheets or pillows for this and no linen to cover duvet.

Sarah (3/5): A nice apartment but very poorly maintained - The location The shower flooded the apartment on the first day, light globes were out and unable to be replaced, windows were filthy and panes were broken, no free to air tv and because the wifi was so bad streaming apps couldn’t be watched either. Door handles came off, beds were uncomfortable.
Ayse (7/5): Good location - Location of the building is great close to everywhere The building doesnt have an elevator and we were given the room on top floor (4th) even i booked months ago. The apartment looked tiidy when we got in but was not super clean, there were dust balls under the bed and piece of wet cloth material under the kitchen sink closet. It was also a hassle to get in to understand how to enter the code as the touchscreen is hard to notice at least for someone with kids under rain and wind so some photo assisted pre guidamce could work. Also it took me a while to ıunderstand the tv… Would have been nice to find a botttle of complimentary water and tea as well. The toilet sink was a bit blocked i had to remove the lid. And room overall was not warm there were electrical heaters but made too much noise when used and sound from windows is coming, it wasnt a cheap stay so i would have expected a bit more convenience for this price. A whatsapp hotline could be helpful also

Okan (9/5): Wonderful stay - We stayed 5 nights, location is great. Very close to transportation (bus and metro) and to markets and plenty of restaurants. Everything was almost new, clean and works great. Kitchen has all amenities they provide coffee etc. However it was not problem for us there is no elevator.

Juta (6/5): Great location, but price/quality ratio could be better! - Loved the amazing location in Kensington and how the apartment was decorated inside. The house was a bit run down. The wind blew through the walls and windows didn´t keep the street sounds away. The bathroom was humid.

The hosts were very attentive with somebody replying to our message fairly quickly. Very comfortable bed. Being in the centre of busy city the traffic was very noisy all the time. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Bad smell from the pipes/drains in the bathroom. Not overpowering but definitely noticeable.
Al (8/5): Nice appartment, comfortable and close to shops, restaurants and public transport. - Nice apartment in an excellent, safe part of London. The appartment is close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Bus stop is opposite the appartment and the underground a short walk away. Host was very accomodating and quick to respond. Would stay here again. The blinds on the windows could use updating as light cames in through the windows at night.

Walking distance to Hyde Park and very close to museums and other attractions. Note there is no elevator, which was ok for our family but would be a potential challenge if you have mobility issues.

Skrl (9/5): Comfortable appartment in a lovely area. - The apartment was great for 6 people, we had enough room to feel comfortable. The location was perfect in a lovely Kensington area, 5 min away from underground station. I would recommend. The noise from a street.

Karin (9/5): Nice stay - Good location and felt very much like home. Strange smell in the bathroom. Also at nighttime it was really warm and to have any air we had to open windows but street is so loud. Apartment is a little warn out. Overall it all was not a big problem.
Susanne (8/5): Overall, we had a very nice stay. - The host was helpful and available when we needed help with broken dishwasher. The location was good. The washbasin was full of hair and thus the drain was plugged. We rinsed it ourselves with hot water and detergent. Dishwasher broke down but was fixed very fast.

Great location, clean rooms, and a fantastic staff with quick responses. Highly recommended! It’s easy to walk around the city center and reach the most famous tourist destinations from there. Lois (5/5): Great - The location was great and the cleanliness was also great. The entrance to the apt was very easy. We loved that it was a door code and not keys. Hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions or needs for maitenence We wish that the description of the accommodations had mentioned the possibility of multiple flights of stairs. The bathroom was clean but the shower had very poor construction. Kitchen was very tiny. You couldn’t open dishwasher all the way because the door would hit the refrigerator. The construction noise from the building next door was loud but to be fair there is construction everywhere in London.

Natalie (9/5): Great location but the unit itself wasn't in great condition - The location was perfect! Nice view from the apartment and felt safe. The apartment was built very poorly - the windows looked like they were all going to break (which would be very dangerous as we were on the top floor), the bathroom smelled really strange and it was quite noisy in the bedroom at night from the road (this was also caused by the windows not fully closing). Also a lot of stairs and no lift. I complained about the bathroom smell and asked if the plumber could come once I checked out, but they insisted he came earlier. When we got back to the apartment, the plumber had left the door open with all our belongings inside!

Yihong (9/5): Good place to stay in London due to the great location. - Great location with good amenity in the unit. We had a great time in London. The unit does not block the sound from the street well. There were some very loud motorcycles running and noise levels were pretty high.

The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is to have salt and pepper at least in the kitchen. We like to make our breakfast in the morning in the house but there several grocery shops around , and also many bakeries so we were very happy with our stay there . Highly recommended.
