- Fernando (8/5): - Clean home, very comfortable furniture. May need a new sofa soon. To many mirrors in the bathroom a title uncomfortable. The lock box should be placed in a new spot. There was garbage covering the box and we could not locate the box and didn’t realize it could be under the garbage bag. Good spot to ride the train. Travel lodge staff very helpful

- Erika (9/5): - Very quiet and safe building near DLR, but be warned Deptford is a bit farther out than you might expect. Still a great jumping off point though! The beds are very comfortable and it is great that it has two bathrooms. The water pressure in the hallway shower is incredible as well. Overall good layout and a comfortable place to stay! Furniture and finishings were a bit worn and had some pet damage but you’d expect that for a family friendly and pet friendly place. Also if you’re concerned about privacy, the flat does face an inner courtyard and you can see into other flats and assuming others can see into this one. Super common in big cities like London and not a big issue, but would be nice to have some sheer curtains to add privacy without blocking light.

- Obinna (8/5): Very pleasant stay, hardly any complaints. - I liked that I met the apartment in a very clean state. The Wi-fi was quite fast and reliable. I also appreciate that one room was en suite. The books and game cards, the complimentary household items and even the design of the apartment space showed thoughtfulness behind the set up of the place. The décor was simple yet modern and pleasant. I particularly liked that a Tesco store was located within the building as well as the proximity to a train station. Happy to recommend and return. The worn out couch and the dirt trapped in between it. The expired products in the fridge (this was probably left there by another guest but should have since been removed). Check-out instructions could be clearer.

- Mohsen (1/5): Very unpleasant, uncomfortable, dirty, and un acceptable attitude. - Absolutely noting Very impolite in communication but very good in meeting the legal liabilities so even booking.com can't support the guests against them. everything is complete on documentation but not for the guest's comfort, for example, they never answered my phone calls (more than 10 times when I was looking for the building) but they answered Booking.com calls and kept insisting on going and checking the message center in the website, where when I had an issue seeing messages in my mobile app they keep ignoring to guide me finding the building and the key box. on the other side they sent a picture showing where I can find the key box from the other side of the street which is absolutely useless. the building name was mentioned wrong on the website and in all communications the building address is SE10 8GA but outside the building on the signboard, it is written SE10 8DA which made me search around the area and ask many people for help but no one knew where is the building SE10 8GA and unfortunately the host never answer my phone calls because it was Sunday and it is out of office work. On the website advertisement was mentioned car parking available upon request, I requested the parking at the same time as the booking but the response was negative and very impolitely mentioned we do not wish to serve the unhappy customer in our message inbox unfortunately booking.com didn't pay any attention to such disrespectful attitude. furthermore, the apartment was very dirty (pictures are available) furniture was very old and damaged(pictures available) the apartment was very noisy a neighbor's dog was nonstop barking (video recorded) at the end the place was very uncomfortable so we decided to stay in another apartment and forget about our money paid for.
