There were limited kitchen supplies for 4 people. The second bedroom had a pull put couch not a proper bed which was not very comfortable. From the photos we were expecting a higher floor with a view. We were on the first floor so it was a bit noisy.

Felt really safe with concierge desk at reception and key card access to enter building. Views from room were excellent (down canal and of station), but no noise in flat. A/C worked perfectly and we stayed during heatwave so that was very welcomed. Smart TV and Wi-Fi worked well. Dishwasher tablets and spare toilet rolls, etc were a bonus.

siying (10/5): 很喜欢很舒适的一次住宿。 - 房间内部空间非常大，对于一个三人家庭来说非常宽敞。有三个洗漱池，两个厕所可以使用，节约很多早上忙碌的时间。我们住的楼层很高，因此站在阳台上往下看到的外景也很不错，有一条小河，在晚上也能看到一些远处市中心的亮灯夜景。楼下有一个很近的Coop。大楼距离kc/stp站很近，站里也有很多吃的和超市。最重要的是有地暖，空调，加热毛巾架，带有烘干功能的洗衣机，在英国生活过几年我认为这些太重要了！如果大厅收快递的空间可以同时用于寄存行李就会更方便！

In the middle of the night I had to go through many hotels to find a room and pay high price. And now, I booked this place again, and i've been waiting 30 minutes at the reception because the guardian locked himself out and cannot find the key for me. This is absurd!!! Who has time for this?

I was impressed, and I am hard to impress. The location is outstanding for central London and access to Kings Cross trains and tube (subway). The walk along the Grand Union Canal in either direction is outstanding - right outside the front entrance. Also great to have a well stocked small grocery store (Co-op) right beside the apartment building! Washer/dryer was key as well. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer were great - it hit all the check marks. Took the high speed train from Heathrow to Paddington (15 minutes) then a cab to the property - it was easy to get to. Very safe area, very safe building with good security. really nothing to put here - like I said, it hit all the marks

The views over 3 sides of London are superb. We arrived late at night but this was not an issue as there is a receptionist. The apartment is advertised with parking. However, parking on the street requires a local permit during the day, so that is not an option. The nearest parking facility costs 38 GBP/day. This could have been advertised more clearly, which is the only reason I lowered the score a bit.

The location couldn't be better - everything we needed nearby and being right on Regents Canal was magical! The wifi was inconsistent. Difficult to figure out what all the switches on the walls were for.

Katrien (7/5): Een modern verblijf op een boogscheut van Coal Drop Yards, King's Cross en Camden. Aanrader! - De locatie was super. De vibe viel zeker in de smaak. Het appartement had alle nodige voorzieningen. En we hadden er met onze twee tienerdochters voldoende ruimte. Het appartement was zeker netjes. Enkel de ramen hadden wel eens een lapbeurt kunnen krijgen. Dan hadden we nog net iets beter van het sublieme uitzicht kunnen genieten ;). Nu waren ze wel echt héél erg stoffig aan de buitenkant. De temperatuur was moeilijk te regelen. We kwamen toe in een appartement van 26 graden. Nadat we hier melding van gemaakt hadden, kregen we de handleiding van het volledige systeem. Ook de Wifi was zwak. Ook al is het een grootstad, we misten wel die persoonlijke touch. Dat had ons zeker over de streep getrokken om de volgende keer Londen opnieuw voor StayCozy Apartments te kiezen.

Stacey (8/5): Lovely place, would consider staying again. - Good location. Nice to have a balcony. The air con was welcome and easy to control. Lovely and clean. The building was very secure and the sky lounge was a nice bonus to see views over the city. Difficulty sleeping due to noise and the mattress was a little firm for our liking. We didnt get a hydrabath as advertised on booking - not a big issue for many but with an autistic child, this was a bit of an issue as he was looking forward to this.

Thorvaldsdottir (8/5): Smart apartment in a fabulous location bud beds were very uncomfortable - The location was fantastic, the apartment was spacious, clean and looked nice. Felt very safe and was very quiet. The beds were all uncomfortable but especially the bed in the main bedroom which was simply faulty so we slept terribly the whole week.

Carrie (9/5): An enjoyable stay at the Enclave. - The apartment was generally clean and in a new condition. We enjoyed staying there and it was located within a 8-10 min walk to King's Cross St Pancras station . The gym was equipped with Technogym equipped and great for workouts. There were many restaurants and cafes around . Co-op supermarket was right next door and there is a M&S supermarket at St Pancras station. Staff manning the conceirge were friendly and helpful . Walking through the underpass at night to get to the Enclave. But it was brightly lit and we always got back safely.

Stefanie (10/5): - Die Lage war super, 12 Gehminuten von der Bahnstation King' Cross entfernt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, hell, sauber und freundlich. Absolut zu empfehlen. Betten waren sehr bequem. Parken konnte man leider nur zu bestimmten Zeiten abends vor dem Haus. Das Parken allg. in London ist schwierig. Im Parkhaus Lomax Carpark , 38, Pratt Street, konnte man vergleichsweise günstig parken. Es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber für 4 Personen war der Esstisch schon recht klein. Wir waren aber super zufrieden und würde jede Zeit wiederkommen.

Stefan (9/5): Sehr schönes , komfortables Appartement in guter Umgebung, seinen Preis wert - Hell, sauber, in sehr gutem Zustand, zwei große Bäder, gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Betten. Zwei minimale Beanstandungen: - Elektrische Beleuchtung teils zu hell und deshalb nicht sehr gemütlich (Esstisch) Andererseits an manchen Stellen zu wenig Licht (Waschbecken im Bad und Küchenzeile) Kleinere Schäden : Toilettensitz und ein Nachttisch defekt, eigentlich nicht der Rede wert, aber nicht zum sonst guten Gesamtbild passend

Jan (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could be better. - Great Location close to coal drops yard and Kings Cross. A coop supermarket just across the street. Three bathrooms makes life easy in the mornings with a group of six. The Appartment was not 100% clean. Dust under the beds, breadcrumbs on the counter, one toilet seat had stains, one toilet flush was constantly running and a bathroom sink was heavily leaking. The outside terrace had cigarette buds and plastic packaging lying around while the cleaning fee is 120£. Also, even though the picture shows differently, there were only four chairs at the kitchen table. We had a booking for six.
