• Alexandra (8/5): - It's very basic but does the job. The area has lots of shops but was quite loud. Easy to get in and out etc.

• Ron (6/5): - First, the positives: This apartment is right downtown, close to Brick Lane, Sky Garden, Tower of London, and many other attractions. Check in was easy, and communication was excellent. The bed inside the room is very comfortable. And there are multiple grocery stores nearby, which made it convenient for us as parents of a child with severe allergies (we need to do all of our own cooking, a fact I should have mentioned). On the down side: the neighbourhood was noisy and chaotic. Every day someone was either being arrested or a fight was breaking out below our windows. There were scores of ambulances, due to a hospital being nearby. The kitchen seemed to be designed for show; with super cheap pots and no spatula or other basic implements, cooking was difficult. When I asked for a veggie peeler I was told (very nicely) that they didn't have one. It would have been good business to spend the 90 p on a cheap peeler and drop it off. The shower seems to have been made for little people, and the tub is treacherous to stand in, especially if you intend to turn around. The bathroom is kept ridiculously hot, like a sauna, and none of our attempts to turn the rad down worked. Lastly, the cheap Ikea sofa beds in the main room were horribly uncomfortable and left our daughter with a bad back. Many things could be improved to make this apartment stay a better experience. But I guess this is what you get for the price we paid. A lesson in London values, for sure.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely property. Might be noisy for some people. Wifi OK but not amazing. Super convenient for public transport but was asked for money (not aggressively) on way back to property on both evenings
• Yongshik (10/5): - A Korean business traveler, this property was excellent, easy to check in. I felt pleasant and refreshing going to LHR16 every morning. One thing I was dissatisfied is that Apt No. 4 has no microwave oven, unlike the photos of kitchen spaces. Overall, this place is a great choice for me the first time visitor to London.

• Lyle (8/5): - Nice property setup and good sleeping arrangements for a family of 5. Some areas of the apartment appeared to be unfinished or broken (walls, tub floor, kitchen counter.
• Catherine (4/5): - Communications good and allowed to check out early. Master room the sheets had stains on them so opted to sleep on sofa beds instead. Kitchen good. Not much equipment but enough for our needs. When cooking pain au chocolat in morning the oven tray had some bread on it from previous guests. Mirrors in living room both cracked. Very hot day and flat was hot too. There was a fan but only had two pins (no earth) and it didn’t work anyway. Tv didn’t work either. We tried every option to make it work but couldn’t. Instructions didn’t mention about how to navigate set up. WiFi worked well. Location was great for a night out in Brick Lane. However it was very nosy having the windows open.
• Nicola (10/5): - Really had a great stay, only one night but very efficient and the communication from the staff was excellent.
• Verified traveler (8/5): basic, roomy and clean - I didnt recieve the access code email so had to use the support chat to ask on the day, but got a prompt response from the owner who was helpful and friendly. The flat inside is basic but clean and a good size. The sofa beds were all made into beds even though i was a solo traveller which was a little annoying as i wanted to relax in the evening on the sofa so had to un make the sofa bed.
