Also very convenient located 3 minute walk away from Farringdon Station. The bed was comfortable. Lastly always received quick responses to our questions and concerns. The bedroom was small and the kitchen did not have an oven.

• Chris (10/5): Fantastic in Farringdon - Superb small studio apartment, perfect for our 3 night stay. Well appointed, beautifully presented, really comfortable, quiet and huge by London standards. Great bed, nice little kitchen and all round just a great bolt hole away from the madding crowd of the capital. Farringdon tube 2 mins walk. Will be back. All great.

• sbuiret (8/5): Satisfaits de notre logement mais une prochaine fois nous choisirons un appartement à l'étage - L'emplacement est vraiment top, à 2 minute d'un arrêt de métro et sur la ligne Elisabeth (donc directe depuis l'aéroport d'Heathrow) Interlocuteurs très réactifs et sympas. Appartement vraiment propre. Notre appartement se trouvant au sous-sol, il n'y avait pas de fenêtre, ce détail devrait être mis plus en évidence sur l'annonce. De ce fait la ventilation-clim' qui tourne sans arrêt pourrait être un peu gênante pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Les bruits provenant des autres appartements (particulièrement les portes se fermant fort) résonnent dans tout le bâtiment, un peu gênant au milieu de la nuit.

• Mika (9/5): 立地と清潔さが魅力 - Farringdon駅から近く、ヒースロー空港・ガドウィック空港どちらにもアクセスしやすく便利な立地です。建物は新しく全体的に清潔感があり、水回りもきれいでした（タオル掛けが洗面から遠いけど）。1階に無料で使えるランドリーがあるのも助かりました。無人の施設ですが、チェックイン前に入室に必要なコードがメッセージで送られてきて、案内も丁寧でレスポンスも早く、安心して利用できました。 ベッドはかなり硬めで、好みによっては寝心地が悪いと感じるかもしれません。また、ランドリーは洗濯機・乾燥機が各1台のみのため、タイミングによっては待つ可能性があります。

• Christina (1/5): Terrible - I travel A LOT for work in this area. I only spent one night there, and I woke up with the WORST, itchiest rash I have ever had. I don't know if it was bedbugs or the cleaning products they use on the sheets, but I imagine it was bedbugs, since I haven't been allergic to any other hotel before (I stay in central London one week per month, and this has never happened). They would not give me a refund or even a discount. The photos are terrifying, so I won't post them here. Stay away!!

• Saumya (8/5): An excellent, clean and practical place to stay in Farringdon, especially for a few days of work in - I had an excellent stay at Cleveland Residences Farringdon. The location was extremely convenient for me, just a few doors down from my office. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a very good option for working in the city for a few days. The kitchenette, double bedroom and small lounge area made it feel more practical and spacious than a standard hotel room. There is no café on site, so breakfast is not included. This was not a major issue for me, but it is useful to know if you prefer having breakfast available at the property.

Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in deposito gratuitamente fino alle 14.30. La struttura è a due passi dalla metro Farringdon comodissima sia per Heathrow che per Luton Airport. Tornerò sicuramente. Nulla.

Ils ont tout de suite répondu. Donc tous s'est bien dérouler.

• Nam (9/5): Great central London stay - Modern, clean and convenient place. Although nearby pubs can be quite "intimidating", we never had any problems with the noise. Location is fantastic though. Shared laundry room, but they did state that before hand.

• Roberta (10/5): Ottimi appartamenti in zona comodissima - Appartamenti situati a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Farringdon che, servita da ben 3 linee, consente di raggiungere facilmente tutta la città. La zona è tranquilla e ben servita, nei paraggi ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. Il palazzo è sicuro, sorvegliato da telecamere, e la zona è tranquilla. Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi, arredati con gusto, comodi, ben rifiniti, completi di tutto e davvero molto puliti. La comunicazione con lo staff è eccellente, rispondono sempre in pochi minuti. Ottima la possibilità di poter lasciare le valigie in appartamento per qualche ora dopo il check out. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerò! È solo un dettaglio, ma sarebbero comode una mensola in più in bagno (appartamento 4 persone) ed una piccola lampada da comodino nella camera principale

Good connections with Elizabeth line Farringdon. Two grocery stores nearby. Good supply of sockets. All noise from neighboring room clearly audible. It was hard to find the place with no sign and confusing numbering of houses. Embarassingly enough I was not able to use the coffee machine.

• Esther Wong (10/5): Nice stay in central London - The apartment is very central in location. Easy access to everywhere. Tugged in behind the main streets so not too noisy. Staff is very helpful when i have to arrive early. Everything easy to use in thet apartment and got pretty much everything you need for a short stay. The walls a bit thin - so depends on your neighbour you can hear quite some conversations next door.

Basically everything is well thought through, worked a was a high standard. The property itself is great. We were in room G which is next to the laundry and stairs and I assume smaller than the other flats

The apartment is very well-equipped in a modern building. Everything was very clean, both the apartment and the common areas. The responsiveness of the people we spoke to on the phone was truly appreciated. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The apartment is quite far from the center of London but very close to the Underground and bus lines. The bed in our apartment was comfortable. Le gros souci de l'immeuble, que l'on retrouve dans d'autres commentaires, est l'isolation phonique à l'extérieur car on entend facilement les bruits de la rue mais aussi à l'intérieur. Chaque étage est un plateau qui a été divisé en deux pour faire des appartements. Les murs comme les portes sont très légers donc on a un peu l'impression de vivre tous ensemble. Sur nos 3 nuits passées là, deux ont été compliquées à cause de cela. Nous avons été obligé d'intervenir une fois car les personnes parlaient encore à 3h du matin. Pour résumer, l'appartement est très bien mais selon le voisinage cela peut être compliqué... The building's biggest problem, which is also mentioned in other reviews, is the soundproofing, both outside, as street noise is easily audible, and inside as well. Each floor is essentially a single unit divided in two apartments. The walls and doors are very thin, giving the impression of everyone living together. Of our three nights there, two were difficult because of this problem. We had to intervene once because people were still talking at 3 a.m. In short, the apartment itself is very nice, but depending on the neighbors, it can be challenging.

• Maria (9/5): Febrero/marzo 2026 - La habitación está muy bien equipada, es amplia, buena calefacción, cama cómoda. El baño equipado con lo necesario, crema corporal, gel y champú. Además contaba con secador. Estaba limpio. La zona es maravillosa, al lado del metro de Farrindong, una calle tranquila y nada ruidosa. Es cierto que se escucha el ruido de los apartamentos de al lado y arriba, pero no fue gente que molestase, solo se escuchaba las puertas y los pasos del apartamento de arriba. Además, el día que nos íbamos guardaron nuestras maletas hasta medio día y eso fue cómodo para poder hacer la ultima visita antes de irnos. Por poner una pega, que las paredes son muy finas y se escucha a los vecinos. Pero todo fue muy bien y respetuoso
• Anthony (9/5): - My partner and I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. We both agreed that each of our double beds were comfortable, with the pillows being particularly sumptuous. The apartment was immaculate, and the furnishings and equipment were top quality. There were also lots of extras such as tea, coffee, uht milk, biscuits, hand wash and shower gel. It was in a great location being just a 5 minute walk to Farringdon tube station, and there was also a Tesco Express amd Sainsbury's Local 2 minutes walk away. The only downside is that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and we both ended up with lower back pain ; it was hard, had no arms, and it was so narrow that if you put a cushion behind you to try and get more comfortable you were virtually sitting on the edge. It's a shame as if they put a proper sofa in it'd be absolutely perfect.
