- Cliff (5/5): Convenient to where my daughter lives. Otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed here. - Rooms are very small with a lot of conveniences (kitchenette with fridge and stove, closets, bathroom) packed into a space so there is no room for any tables or even chairs. But the small space combined with the lack of air conditioning makes the rooms surprisingly hot with no air circulation even when it’s cool outside. We were glad we stayed in early May. In the summer time I expect the rooms would be stuffy and unbearable.

- Otman (4/5): - It’s clean and the garden is nice The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were responsive on WhatsApp, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing.
We were asked to complete an online check-in and upload our IDs before arrival, but still had to wait around 30 minutes at reception. This made the online process feel pointless.
The TV in our room was not connected to any network for the entire stay. We reported it, but the issue was never resolved — a receptionist was sent, but they didn’t seem able to fix it.
There was also a constant disturbing noise coming from the door monitor. We requested a room change, but were told there was no availability, even though booking platforms were showing otherwise, which was frustrating.
In the end, we had to check out earlier than planned. While communication was there, it felt like issues were acknowledged but not actually resolved. Overall, not what I would expect from a 8.5 booking rating .

- Marco (10/5): - La struttura è davvero bella e ben tenuta

- Rachele (10/5): easy and clean - its cleanliness nothing in particular
- Ena (10/5): It was a great calm comfortable stay Great shower 🚿 - Manager Queen and receptionist could not be nicer.
- Marco (10/5): - Tutto ... Ottima location ...
- Kunal (4/5): Bad - No room service. No proper kitchenettes. The tv remote wasn’t working. There was no receptionist at checkin, we waited for long. There was no microwave anywhere on the property. The Theatre wasn’t working.
- Sarine (9/5): -
- Roberto (9/5): -
- Sylvie (8/5): Nice property with a great design - The location was ideal for our stay. And the property is beautiful with a warm and thoughtful design The room was small , especially walking around the bed was tricky as there is barely any space .

Staff gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi.
- Dainis (6/5): - Location Extra small room and not very clean.
- Christine (9/5): Really enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment, quite, comfortable and secure - Staff were extremely helpful and the building was very secure. The inside is immaculate and the external gardens surrounding the building were lovely. Bed was comfy and shower was very good and we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms.
Kitchen with fridge and freezer was a nice bonus although we didn't use it The lightweight cream curtains didn't cover the entire window so there was a gap at the edges that let the light in early in the morning, which in itself wasn't great, however added to this was a security floodlight (possibly from an adjoining property) that kept activating during the night and shining into the window so I woke on several occasions each night due to that.
The top of the pull out kitchen cooker fan hadn't been cleaned
There was also some slight disturbance from the entrance door to the floor level next to our room occasionally as it closed

- Beattie (10/5): -
- mark (7/5): - Staff were awesome and facilities good The rooms are not air-conditioned, they have a standing fan but with a very cramped room its always in the way. The room width is so tight that getting around the bed is almost impossible.
- dileka (9/5): -
- Sangeetha (6/5): Will not choose this property next time - Overall it was okay since the stay was short. However, the space is very very compact and there is no space to even go on the other side of the bed. We understand the space constraints but at least 0.5 meter space around the bed is useful to go on the other side and near the windows. It is so compact that sometimes it becomes suffocating as there is no AC nor heating. Secondly, there is no board outside the gate on Willesden Lane about the property and most cabs had difficulty in finding it.
- Robert Craig (9/5): I would recommend others to stay at your place - Our hostess Queeny was excellent and went out of her way to help us thank you In all honesty I can’t think of anything as we had everything we needed well

- Siw (6/5): - Veldig fint hotell.
Men rent sengetøy.
Veldig smal seng, men ganske god å ligge i.

- Youri (8/5): Great hotel but some things like WiFi and included towel changes and bedding would be better. - The studios are really nice and the included kitchen is fantastic. The overall vibe of the hotel is amazing aswell. The location is great and close to the tubes to central London or Wembley. WiFi was terrible and we had no mobile service in our room as well. We had to open de windows in order to get some service. Also you have to pay extra for clean towels/ bedding etc. We expected that at least this would be included in the price as other hotels (even budget hotels like ibis etc) do this aswell.

- Carlo (10/5): - Luna was very helpful with any questions I had and Queen was very friendly with a smile when she took care of any questions I had as well after meeting with her. It’s a well run poperty!
- Carola (9/5): -
- Procopio (10/5): - Un excelente lugar cerca del estadio wembley. Relajado y excelente comunicación.

- Barbara (9/5): 2nd time here.. It’s become my favourite place to stay -
- Hull (9/5): -
- Alethea (10/5): - I love their properties. I stayed at the location in Battersea last year. The staff is very pleasant!
- Andolfi (9/5): Bello bello, tornerei per fermarmi più tempo - Moderna, spazi organizzati perfettamente, quartiere tranquillo
- Choudhury (10/5): Amazing - Modern, sleek, high quality. Rooms don’t have AC.
- Johnathon-dylan (10/5): -
- Jeremy (8/5): - Small rooms and not designed for two people to be in room doing anything at the same time! Clean modern nice and beautiful but small and really inconvenient
- Kam (8/5): Very good -
- Tounen (7/5): Good - Clean, own kitchen, well deisgned space, although small. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, well-equipped. No climate control - the room remained at 30 celsius in July, unacceptable. The provided fan was not enough. The check-in process on their website is long and frustrating. The hotel name different in booking vs building, so we got lost.
- Luna (8/5): Very good -
- Asem (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice Not worth to mention
- David (9/5): Very comfortable - Facilities eg laundry, gym Air con a bit warm
- Krystyna (10/5): Beautiful property with very helpful and friendly staff - girls at the main desk ,common areas ,close distance to the tube lack of air conditions
- Jordan (8/5): would be a nice stay in the winter time, beautiful hotel. short walk to willesden green tube. no aircon at all and had t - the room was very small and cozy. the hotel has a library, outdoor space, monopoly and a pool table which was so nice to use during the days we wanted to stay in but didn’t want to be cooped up in the room. the room got uncomfortably hot. our room was sitting at 28°+ most of the two weeks. i also don’t like how we were only provided one towel for a two week stay, and had to pay for a mid stay clean which we needed but did not want to pay unfortunately due to the inflation.
- Geoffrey (7/5): Enjoyable place with interesting decor. - The decor and overall vibe.
Staff were very professional and always helpful. Bedroom very small difficult to place 2 suitcases.
- Priscilla (9/5): Superb - The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but they managed to prepare a room for us on short notice.
- Sara (7/5): Great value for leisure travel, but not spacious! - Great vibe, friendly staff, good facilities, secure access, quiet location. Rooms are very well equipped, particularly the kitchenette. Lovely big shower. Both my rooms were very small and quite oddly configured. I was very glad to be travelling solo and also grateful for the fan, as there was no AC.
- Irantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julaihabee (10/5): https://www.instagram.com/reel/DKpwIFfIxWR/?igsh=MmFuaWczZWE4cTdq - The wifi and the mobile network
- Valeriia (10/5): One of the best options o saw available in London! - Amazing hotel for a good price and located close to the metro and bus stations
- Sarah (9/5): Great place, beautiful design and helpful staff - Exceptional facilities, very thoughtful, modern and very stylish Issue with no air conditioning but a fan was on site and did the job
- Mr El-Hassan (10/5): - Lovely experience. Definitely will love to come back again. 10/10 service
- Janine (8/5): Very good - Good little kitchen area, comfortable bed, good pillows Room too hot and when we asked about reducing the temperature, the receptionist told us "just open the door". The receptionist also didn't have any recommendations for local restaurants or any idea about booking a mini cab. I feel these are essential things that visitors would often ask about
- Shiya (9/5): Perfect value of money - Quiet suburb, tube 10mins walking distance and supermarket nearby
Oven and stove in the room can do some basic cooking is good No aircon and no cleaning
- Renata (8/5): Good value for money. - The hotel is situated in a very quiet and safe environment, close to grocery stores and good options for food, also close to public transport. The staff is very friendly and oriented to solve any issue that may arise. Good facilities for working / meetings. I didn't like the fact that during 4 nights of our stay the room was not cleaned
- Jean (9/5): Perfect property but we did have an issue with cleaning - Everything Nothing
- Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - Lady at night shifts was really nice she said she is new but she deserve raise.
- Robert (10/5): - Excellent service, clean, comfortable. Ideally located very close to major metro and the staff was wonderful! Keep in mind no AC in case weather is Hot. I had wonderful weather and was very comfortable would definitely recommend.
- Roisin (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was perfect. The grounds are beautiful. The cinema room, on-site laundry and option for free coffee in the morning were an added bonus! The public transport nearby makes it so easy to get around. The staff are so nice, Maria was so helpful, she answered any questions we had and was so friendly. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book again.
- Mahnaz (8/5): - The quitness of the place
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Interesting Experience - I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month.
Positive side
- Offers some excellent free amenities
- Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus
- Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven.
Negative side
- The availability of free or paid latte seemed inconsistent, with milk frequently being out of stock throughout the day.
- Internet situation was particularly frustrating. The Wi-Fi password apparently changed without any notification frustrated me few days, and it took multiple attempts to get the new password (through email), and contradictory information from CS (WhatsApp- told me without changing the password).
- The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping out for extended periods (10min to 2hr or whole night), which significantly impacted my ability to attend online meetings/WFH.
- No-internet TV was also useless =D.
- Requesting necessities/cleaning was inconvenient, had to be made via WhatsApp. Toilet paper took +1day and Shampoo refill +2days. But gave shower gel and hand wash, needing further follow-up again.
** Nestor has confirmed due to their internet security issue where personal information was compromised and accessed by a scam party and they have tried to contact me multiple times.
- Arcan (8/5): Very good -
- Ann-marii (7/5): Great stay. - Good location, friendly staff. Room was not very clean, floors were dirty and wine glasses unwashed.
- Marcus (10/5): - Great place with really good facilities and friendly staff
- Aderonke (10/5): My Nestor experience - A more comfortable mattress and pillows Matress and pillows
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Francesca (8/5): Nice and quiet - Comfortable and in a quiet and peaceful area. Good value for money The big TV takes too much space, in my opinion is unnecessary but some people might enjoy.
- Nayna (3/5): Uncomfortable stay - The decor and facilities i.e. cinema, library etc. The gentleman at the front desk (on the night shift) was helpful. The design and layout of the room was very poor and made no sense. The bathroom had an unnecessarily large/long sink that intruded over the toilet and left little room for a reasonably sized shower. My partner had to climb over me at night just to use the bathroom because there was no space to move around the bed. Our curtains were not big enough to cover the window and we lacked privacy- it was also not fitted correctly and was not blackout. We paid £120 per night and amenities were scarce, no lotion or complimentary waters in the room. The bed was also very shaky due to the confusing design of the bed which slides up vertically for some unknown reason. The sheets were low quality and not breathable, quite scratchy on the skin. It's a shame because the hotel has some great potential.
- Alessandra (9/5): Superb -
- Jana (10/5): A hidden gem of a hotel for a very decent price - A lovely hotel with a peaceful atmosphere, the room was a very good size for London, with a well-stocked kitchenette. The decor feels luxurious for its price range, all of the staff attentive, guests can use quite a few big lounges, with fireplace and a pool table, as well as a shared kitchen, a gym, a home-cinema room and two rooftop terraces. It may be slightly hidden in a residential part of North London but being on Jubilee line (10 minute walk from the hotel) you can get everywhere pretty quickly. Some nice options for breakfast on the high street too. I booked this place for a birthday trip and couldn't be happier with my choice. The shared kitchen had hardly any cups even though they offer free coffee in the mornings. We could, of course, bring them from our room but one would expect them there.
No food options and no bar, though that's less of a problem in a big city.
The branding says Dandi everywhere (the name of the residential side of their business) which is quite confusing on arrival. Should be mentioned in the check-in info.
- Khay (8/5): Very good -
- Steffen (8/5): Ok. - It was all ready and easy. Nothing.
- Molly (7/5): Nice hotel, good location, cleanliness let it down - - Good location, the area was really nice and easy to get to and from the city centre
- Good price
- Spacious room
- Big TV - TV wasn’t on the wall so you couldn’t see it properly from bed (too low down)
- awful lighting, needed bigger lights
- toilet flush wasn’t great.
- issue with cleanliness — the backslash had food on it, the bowels were dirty, the kitchen sink wasn’t clean, the floor hadn’t been hoovered? The bed was only partly made.
- Martynas (9/5): Superb -
