Was very clean on arrival.Tony and Tara were great hosts.We had an issue with entry system which was our fault and nor the fault of the machine.Contacted Tony who was very pleasant and politely pointed out what we were doing wrong.Internet went down one day that really was not a concern for me but again an email was received from Tony just to apologise and that Spectrum were on with fixing. Lovely quiet location.Pool area clean and quiet.Easy walk to Walmart.The whope complex felt very safe.If you want somewhere to stay that includes all you need then this is the place.Thankyou Tony and Tara. Nothing we didnt like.

• Birthe (10/5): - Alles war super! Es war nicht alles neu, aber sehr gepflegt und für uns als Familie toll mit den 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung war auch direkt neben der Poolanlage, die auch groß und sehr schön war. Es war dort bestens, es gab vielleicht Kleinigkeiten bei den Kochutensilien, aber wir sind im Urlaub, da kommt man auch so gut zurecht.

The place is very well located in the Disney area and has all the facilities expected for a pleasant stay. The owners respond quickly to any question and are willing to help. It has been a very satisfactory experience. Everything was ok!
• Nicole (10/5): Amazing Condo close to everything with lovely hosts - We loved our stay here! The condo is gorgeous, lots of space and really comfortable. We arrived late but the instructions and guide Tara and Tony provided meant we could get in straight away and find everything. The rooms are large and spacious with really comfortable beds. They left coffee for us which was much appreciated on our first morning and some ot the other needed basics. There were lots of towels and the kitchen has all the items needed. There are some board games too which we enjoyed. The pool area has ample seating and was quiet every day. The pool has a shallow end and a deep end and the splash zone was a big hit too. We had lunch at one of the tables one day which was lovely too. Behind the pool is a big lake area which is beautiful. There is a playground for the minis and a court for tennis/ badminton- perfect for pool days. The location is amazing! 35-40 min drive from the airport, 10-15 mins from all Disney parks and 25 to international drive. W Irlo Bronson has every food place going, Longhorn Steakhouse for dinner and Crackerbarrel breakfast are highly recommended. Walmart is a 5 min walk from the door of the property and loads of parking at the door. The whole family loved staying here and we would 100% book the same place when we return. Tara and Tony were amazing hosts and available when needed. They even checked in halfway way through. There was nothing we didn't like about staying here
• Collette (9/5): Awesome apt on a really nice complex close to Disney parks. - This apt is wonderful, really tastefully decorated, all mod cons, beds sooooo comfortable. It had everything we needed. Bathrooms modern and good power in the shower. Lots of towels and small selection of toiletries. Small balcony for those sunset evenings. Loads of TV options for the evening. Large and comfy sofa. Walmart within walking distance for groceries. The complex pool was clean and is heated , includes hot tub which was like a warm bath. 5 mins drive from Disney Parks, 2 mins from H2O water park and Margaritaville sunset walk that has restaurants and shops, very close by, check out Studio 1 souvenir shop which is a 2 min drive. Parking right outside the door and only a few steps from the clubhouse, which has a small gym and pool table. We didn't want to leave and would definitely rent this apt again when we return. Nothing really, we loved our stay and the apt was wonderful.

• Nicolas (10/5): Fantastic stay at this condo. Excellent communication from the owners prior, during and post stay. - We loved the close proximity to the pool. Very spacious condo with great facilities and parking at the door. Supermarket on the doorstep and Disney minutes away was a bonus . The only thing it lacked were towels for the pool which we bought ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.
• Petzke (8/5): Comfortable unit and great location - - Beautiful light and bright unit, pictures are accurate - the location is perfect for visiting the theme parks, Wal Mart within walking distance for food and necessities - the screened balcony was great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and warm weather - pool and hot tub are close by, in view from the balcony - dishware and utensils were cleaner than the typical rental - bedding was clean and comfortable - plenty of parking right at the unit entrance - Hosts checked in and were lovely to work with - TV and Wifi were easy to use - My toddler adored the mickey room with the bunkbeds - Laundry in unit - Dust, dirt and food remnants on/under some furniture and on some window sills; bugs in kitchen; nonstick pots worn out

• Monica (10/5): Loved our mini vacay at this beautiful condo! - The condo and property is amazing!! I loved my stay. Super comfortable and loved the layout of the condo. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property. I also loved the fact that the Walmart was right next door. So convenient and close to everything in Orlando. Will definitely book again when my family comes back to Orlando. Thanks again. Nothing. I loved everything about the property.

Plenty towels. Able to use our tv subscriptions. Hot water took time to get up to temperature. Minor point offer a small welcome pack, tea/coffee, and milk enough for one day, sachets of salt/pepper, cooking oil, washing powder & dishwasher for 2 cycles.

The cleanliness of the unit upon arrival was impeccable, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment. The highlight for me was the pool—just 30 steps from our door, it was the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. I highly recommend this property for its convenience, cleanliness, and fantastic facilities. There was nothing I disliked about the property. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, from the prime location and immaculate cleanliness to the delightful pool just steps away. It’s rare to find a rental that ticks all the boxes, but this one certainly did!
