Guest Reviews
- Tina (6/5): - Very small compared to photos. Things you expect not there (salt and pepper!!) or even a coffee machine.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious and well located. - Excellent location if you want to be in the thick of Soho, noise to be expected. Opening windows both sides, one side over a park - unexpected in Soho. This is a modern and very spacious accomodation. I nearly didn’t book because of some earlier poor ratings, however glad I did. I would have rated more highly if it were not for some maintenance that needs doing (light bulbs not working, hinge and some doors not freely opening, fridge not cold, bathroom needs regrouting. Fix these and I would have given a five.
- Rasmus (4/5): Hostel apartment - I booked this apartment with my 11-year old son for 4 nights but ended up spending just two.
This is somewhat on me, but the area is Soho and as such feels quite unsafe with drunken and homeless people everywhere, lots of garbage and so on. Again, that's just the area in general and I should have known better I guess.
Pictures on the website look good, but apart from the bathroom, everything has a very hostel feeling.
The apartment has an overall worn-down feeling to it with spots on furniture and floor, dusty plastic plants and so forth.
As this is an apartment and not a hotel, you would imagine they would put emphasis on that, but no. The kitchen had a close-to-defective refrigerator: shelves were moldy and defective and when we arrived I had to clean it and remove tons of water. The built.in fridge was not installed correctly, so it couldn't close the door all the way.
The kitchen remedies were the absolute CHEAPEST one can possibly buy and pass off as working, The CHEAPEST IKEA utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc. And there are only two pairs of forks/knives/spoons/plates etc. The disposable utensils we got at take-away restaurants were of better quality.
The windows were so dirty that one could barely look out of them. The bed/mattress is the cheapest possible option with no mattress topper, so the springs are felt through the linens.
Bathroom was very nice, with lots of water pressure and it was definitely the best part of the apartment.
The TV was the smallest possible
- Andrew (10/5): - The property was exactly like the photos shown. Will definitely stay again!
