One hand towel for hand washing is not enough and no internet connection for the first days had to call. But The apartment is nice and clean. We had a good 6 days

The apartment also came with appliances, utensils, condiments and cleaning supplies which was very convenient. We did not enjoy our neighbor who kept her music very loud! We confronted her about it and she reluctantly turned it down. She implied that she was a resident not a guest so unless we were sleeping she could have her music up. We would definitely come back and rent with them, however I would bring up the rule about tenants and loud music.

- J (10/5): - I liked the private access on the second floor. I disliked the amount of broken down buildings around area, but it still has its own unique appeal.
- Melody (6/5): - There were boogers on the wall, hair on the floor in the bathroom, odd stains on the doors and walls, the walls are paper thin and people were yelling and yell talking and blasting music at all hours of the night. I was in town for business and had to be up super early, so sleep was not in the cards for me. Upon entry, the heat was blasting and it was hotter in my room than it was outside. The area is apparently in the development stages, but I didn’t feel the most safe walking around alone.

- estelle (10/5): - This loft was absolutely perfect and so comfortable. It truly felt like I was home. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need in an apartment inclusing a washer/dryer. It was quiet and safe, with plenty of parking. The customers service was unparalleled. Roami's texted me and checked on me from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I will be staying there again every month when i visit Miami. I highly recommend Roami.

- Beloved (10/5): - Clean!!! Everything was perfect. Communication was elite. Only things missing was frying pans, body wash and shampoo. The toilet was running. Definitely need to get repaired. Those are all minimal needs that can be corrected. I'll definitely be back to stay there.
