• Alexis (10/5): - The place is nice and neat. It has everything you need to use. Read the instruction for parking before you park. The only thing is the weird smell whenever i enter the room. I think the smell is from the new polish that they used on the wall.

• Gurby (1/5): Horribly overpriced - save yourself the headache and book a hotel - Great location and really comfortable bed No wifi so we had to hotspot when working (suggestion was to use neighbouring WiFi, because that’s safe?). Pool was not working. Staff were unresponsive. Broken blinds. List goes on and on but to top it off the fire alarm went off for an hour with no explanation.

The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable and convenient experience. From the modern appliances to the thoughtful details in every room, it truly felt like a home away from home. Cleanliness was impeccable — the entire space was spotless upon arrival, and everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained. The organization of the apartment made it easy to settle in quickly and enjoy the stay without any hassles. Overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and functionality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Miami. We felt at home and the beds were comfortable. It would be useful to have more cooking appliances such as pots and oven gloves. It would be good to have mounted mirrors on the wall in the bedrooms .other than that our whole experience has been excellent. I would highly recommend it!
• Jill (9/5): Over all I love this place and will be back to stay in the future. - Parking on site, balcony, being on the 4th floor is easy accessto the gym and swimming pool area, washer & dryer, dishes available, extra toiletry items left for our useConvenient to walk to everything, restaurants, stores, playground, & banks. Bathroom towel holder and toilet paper holders falling off walls. Dishwasher rack broken and living room couch/sofa bed dirty, balcony needs to be power washed. I was not made aware that the swimming pool was under construction and not usable during our stay, as my grandkids was looking forward to using the swimming pool.

The beds were uncomfortable and creeky, the floors were filthy (we had to clean and my goodness, the filthy was unacceptable), and we did not have wifi (they were actively trying to fix it but unfortunately, we did not have any wifi for our stay which was detrimental to our business trip). Also, the pool was underconstruction, so we didn't even have that to look forward to. However, we knew this before we booked. It was just a bummer.

• Vaughn (8/5): Great location, spacious rooms - Excellent location-down the block from Coral Gables Art Cinema, Books & Books flagship store, grocery store & many restaurants. Spacious condo with beautiful large pool area, gym, big kitchen, split bedrooms, in unit laundry, & easy parking in the attached garage Toilet in primary bedroom would run loudly for 30 seconds about every 40 minutes. Two of the vertical blinds in the living room were missing which decreased nighttime privacy on shared terrace space. Pool blocked off for resurfacing although no work done during our week stay. Mostly quiet although one night had loud music until midnight maybe from nearby restaurant.

Then the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had to come many time to fix it. It didn’t work and they didn’t resolve the problem. The ended up not answering and not replying to our emails.

We were very upset as we were holidaying from Australia with our family with kids who really wanted to swim and we were told so late. Upon asking for a refund as it wasn’t what we wanted without the pool, the owners refused to do it for us. We had no choice but to keep the property as it was so last minute to rebook somewhere Disappointing as they didn’t even offer a discount
• Calvi (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment was very old and didn't match the photos in the listing. Rust stains in the bathrooms, bugs flying around when we entered the unit and very noticeable cosmetic wear and tear on the unit. I recommend host update photos of the apartment because what we got is not what was advertised at all. Also the building staff entered the apartment without knocking while my wife was inside! Very unprofessional, thankfully my wife wasn't carrying her firearm! This could have turned out bad! I won't be booking here again.

The room was not as described and did not have a sofa bed or a tv in the bedroom. The patio floor definitely needed sweeping and upon arrival, there was no WiFi information which resulted in 20 minutes in the phone with customer service and multiple emails back and forth.

• Manoj (4/5): Great property and location, devalued by inadequate service and support. - location, cleanliness and quality of rooms, linen, utensils, etc. Apartment did not have promised wifi for over 4 days of our stay. There is no staff onsite and only a virtual help available...they were unwilling/ unable to resolve this issue despite our continuous follow up. This meant we had to stay out of the apartment and spend time and money in avaiing wifi for several important meetings/ calls that I had to attend. They also had only queen beds in our apartment (they accepted that the website promised king beds) and only after protesting they upgraded us to a bigger apartment with 2 beds. These 2 major issues marred our otherwise good experience.

The workout room was very nice I assumed the pool would be done this time because it was under construction LAST year. We were thoroughly disappointed, not to be able to take advantage of the pool. We had to ask for towels and repeatedly ask for remote controls for the TVs. I thought it would have more kitchen necessities and cookware that was better. Every time we cooked, the food stuck to the skillets. The nonstick skillet needs to be thrown out because it is chopping. The hot water doesn’t last for even 1 shower. There were slats missing in the bedroom vertical blinds this time and in the one that we stayed in one year ago as well. Someone needs to come in and put some eyes on attention to detail.

After trying a number of times I call host and was told the unit number was incorrect A/C would have been nice, the temputer was 78 degrees during our stay. We arrived late in the evening I called, I was told a maintenence person would be dropping by I should wait for an email. The email arrived this moring.

If you need to go to the colombian consulate, it is a 45-second walk The A.C. was extremely loud. The first night we checked in, the fire alarm was beeping. Woke me up, but I was getting up early anyway. I called the manager and told them they could come in and change it all day. we would be gone. No one did it, so I took it off the wall. The Tv in the bedroom didn't work.

The 2 BR, 2 BA apartment layout was perfect. The gym and pool table room were also great. The pool was closed and appeared under construction (although we didn’t see any work happening during our 5-day stay). We would have appreciated disclosure of the pool closure before we booked. We received an email with this information days before our stay- past the cancellation date. A few extra blankets would be helpful.
• Anne (9/5): Great apartment and facilities, good location. 20 minutes to downtown Miami. - The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. We used the gym and table tennis room. Washing machine was also very useful. Close to good restaurants and a small mini market downstairs. I read reviews about the difficulty people had entering the building. I didn’t read the instructions properly and we ended up in the west side instead of the east. We rang the helpline and they were helpful, even as this was 2am as we had a late flight. Unfortunately the access code for the room was wrong, but another phone call sorted out the problem. Read all the instructions properly when entering from the road.

The staff is very responsive and friendly. I appreciated the complimentary cleaning supplies. The unit needs an update, but the apartment is very comfortable.
