• Lisa (8/5): Great place would recommend - Location was perfect 7 mins from tube. Great parking facility. Very clean. The second double bed was a small double not a full size one so a little on the small side.

• María Soraya (5/5): Difícil de explicar - Limpieza Fallo en el acceso a la casa. Estuvimos en la calle en pleno invierno esperando más de media hora... y con 3 niñas .. ( esto nos pasó 2 días) el dueño no cogía el teléfono. Contactamos con booking.com y fueron rápidos en contestarnos y darnos soluciones hasta que pudiéramos hablar con el propietario ... Con otros utensilios de la casa como el papel higiénico,nos dejaron 4 rollos para 5 días y 5 personas.. tampoco dejaron papel de cocina. No había adaptador pra europeos( cnd creomecesario, si tu principal cliente es Europeo).. Cuando llegamos, nos encontramos la casa helada de frío(15 grados). Había toallas de los anteriores inquilinos secándose y el cesto de la ropa sucia con sábana y toallas sucias de otras personas.. Salón-habitación todo junto... . Camas muy muy duras... la limpieza bien. Hay comentarios que dicen a 5 minutos del metro... para mí son 10 minutos y mas de 30 -40minutos al centro .

• Ildikó (7/5): Nice but cold apartment - We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation earlier. Well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Nice surroundings A huge minus point was that the heating in the apartment had not been turned on in advance in December, so it was 14°C in the apartment when we arrived.
• rebecca (8/5): Alloggio comodo a Laytonstone - Posizione molto comoda alla metropolitana, appartamento accessoriato di tutto, cucina molto comoda anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata. L'appartamento è confortevole ma mancano un po' di punti di appoggio, come ad esempio una mensola in bagno o un comodino con una luce di fianco al letto. Basterebbero pochi accorgimenti per renderlo perfetto.

• Beverley (9/5): Perfect stay for our flying visit to London - Gee was so friendly and so helpful. He made sure we knew where everything was so we could get the most from our very short stay. We were able to park outside of the house. All appliances looked new and everything was incredibly clean.

The photo above or on booking.com is different from the settings now. The dining room has been turned into another bedroom. I think it's a one bedroomed apartment, instead of 2 bedroomed. Besides this, everything was up to standard. Easy to locate the place.
• Chukwuemeka (10/5): Exceptional - Good location ( 7 to 10 mins walk to an underground station), super clean and serene apartment. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly helpful with local recommendations as well. Everything was exactly as advertised.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! We had a slight issue with the smart door lock not responding. I contacted the host, and he immediately fixed the issue remotely.

• Sammie (10/5): Fantastic. Would happily stay again - Very nice, quiet location. The host was extremely helpful and easily contactable. We were given clear, simple instructions on how to access the property and how to use everything inside (heating, etc). The underground was a short walk away, as was a large Tesco Superstore. The property was very clean and has everything you need. The only slight complaint is that the beds are very firm. This wasn't a problem for me (I actually had a fantastic sleep), but my sister found them too firm.

Comfortable flat in quiet safe neighbourhood and short walk from both supermarket and underground. We had booked tickets at the Olympic Stadium for ABBA Voyage, which was within easy reach by public transport. We would highly recommend this property.

• Amymiller1980 (10/5): Great value, lovely host, great location - The super-friendly host could not have done more to make us welcome. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location for public transport. Amazing value and checking in and out was simple and hassle free. Not a problem at all for my group of five, but for some groups of the same size the sleeping arrangements may not be suitable: a double bed in the bedroom and a double bed and single bed in the living room.

And this was the same as the description. The description was not accurate. It's not a 2 bedroom flat. There was no front room or living area. No heating when we arrived and we went to bed freezing. (10c). The kitchen didn't have enough essential equipment or utensils. Preparing food was not comfortable.

Nice, safe neighborhood with businesses and restaurant nearby.. No light over the bathroom mirror. Not much in the way of utensils and other hardware for cooking. Thermostat controlling ambient temperature was hard to figure out.

• Tomáš (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation in a quiet location, very close to Leytonstone Station (Central Line). Walking distance to the Tesco store, the dining options in the area are also good. Very friendly approach of the owner, the possibility to solve every problem with him. We would have liked a bigger kitchen knife, unfortunately this was not available, but we managed :-)
