- Louise (7/5): Good - Couldn't work bath and instructions on where to book out was not clear Apartment changed by host and no idea where we were staying until driving down to london
- Echezona (2/5): Reservation cancellation by the host - Our reservation was cancelled by the host without notice. Check in details were not sent at 3pm on the day we were meant to check in. Upon phoning the Property Manager, I was told that the reservation was cancelled by the host without any reason - at this point we were already on our way from Scotland to London. We ended looking for another accommodation which costed us double what we paid for this accommodation. Very frustrating
- Thomas (2/5): - Owner stiffed us. Ten days of trying to contact to find out how to check in when we arrived went without response. Never got to property. Had to pay for a hotel at last minute. Dreadful experience.
- Kondwani (10/5): Holiday Inn still in game - The staff were great, night staff at late check in and late check out. Break staff including Prerna in dining were top notch.
