• Oleksii (7/5): Great for couples, great for sleep and location - The property is perfect for 2 couples stay with its 2 private bedrooms. It’s very quiet inside, and beds & mattresses were comfy making sleep excellent. Location is also great, making it a 15-30 minutes tube ride to many points of interest. 1. There was a lot of moths in the property, everywhere. 2. There were no proper toiletries - mostly leftovers from previous guests. 3. Hosts communication was bare minimum if not to say rude. Eg they warned/intimidated multiple times about check in and checkout times, and other stuff.

• N (9/5): Perfecte locatie voor.trip Londen - Fijne locatie! Rustig straatje maar om de hoek bij bar, supermarkt, bus en metro. Er zit wel een school recht voor dus ik weet niet hoe het buiten vakantie om.is met geluid/drukte in de ochtend. 2 heerlijk grote slaapkamers plus eigen badkamer! Fijne bedden. En een grote.woonkamer en keuken. Niets. Misschien wat nieuwere pannen en overige keukenbenodigdheden als je veel en uitgebreid wil koken.
• Stéphane M. (6/5): Situation parfaite mais propreté pas au rendez-vous. - Situation parfaite et tailles des pièces idéales. Check-in simple et efficace. Proche du métro ! Le nettoyage n'était pas satisfaisant. Les salles de bains et les moquettes n'étaient pas très propres, tout comme la vaisselle mise à disposition. De plus, il y avait des restes de nourriture ouverte. L'appartement manquait de charme et n'était pas très accueillant, et quelques petites attentions auraient été les bienvenues. Moins de produits ouverts, quelques assiettes, verres, couverts simples et propres et un lave-vaisselle propre. Tout cela pour créer une expérience accueillante et se sentir comme chez soi, même s'il s'agit d'une location.

• Louise (10/5): Fabulous - Beautiful spacious apartment. Everything you need is at hand. We had a lovely stay here.
• Rae (9/5): A spacious, contemporary apartment with en suite to both bedrooms. - Spacious, contemporary with en suite to both bedrooms. It wasn’t clear how to heat the property. We figured out how to turn the heaters on in the bathrooms but couldn’t find any thermostat for any other heating system.

• Sushmita (5/5): The house is okay, spacious and big but under maintained. - The apartment is big, which is lovely. Two rooms had private bathroom and additionally there is a third toilet The cleaner/ person. who handed the keys was in the apartment sleeping in one of the rooms when we came in. The person didn't respond to text or call whilst we were on our way to the apartment. We were given the apartment late. We had to wait after specified checks-in time for the apartment to get cleaned. We had to further delay our plans due to the wait.
• Sharon (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment - Lovely apartment, really spacious and in a great location. Super clean and very well equipped. Check in was super easy as was check out. We had a lovely stay.

• Madeline (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and successful! We would stay there again. - Both bedrooms had a private bathroom (one had a shower and the other a tub and shower), plus there was a third toilet in the hallway. That was a welcome surprise! The flat was really comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The management company was always responsive and very helpful. P.S. The lift was repaired during our stay in March 2024 so it is working again! Bedside lighting -- there was none! The light switch was by the door (in both bedrooms). Getting the key was no problem, but there was only one even though the flat can accommodate four people. As we were on different schedules, this required some coordination every day.

• Louis (7/5): Lovely and spacious with a great location close to the underground. - Very spacious flat and great location Not as clean as I expected, mould around bath and quite dusty in general. I wished that we had been told before arrival that the lift was out of order (apparently for over 8 months already!) and that the freezer wasn’t working. We had ordered a food delivery for our arrival only to be told it wasn’t working. Small details but would have been nice to know beforehand.

• Adrian (9/5): Nice, clean, roomy, well-furnished, good location. - Nice roomy apartment. Clean and very nicely furnished, with amenities (e.g., kitchen, bath), well located. It was impossible to contact the person who was supposed to give us the keys. We were late arriving from the airport, and wanted to inform them, but no one replied to our messages and phone call. We were worried because we thought for a moment we had been scammed. In the end, the person was there and everything turned out okay.

• Michael (7/5): Fantastic location, great modern appartment, agency feels a bit start up/one man band. - Location was perfect, there was air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. The property appeared lived in, lots of random items including shoes, clothing and other items around the place. The agency responsible felt a little unusual, mainly due to the fact they can take a damage deposit but are unable to refund it to the card used to pay and require you to submit additional bank details via email/message after the stay. In my case the refund took some time to come through ostensibly because the agency bank had “held up some payments due to fraud concerns”.
