The suite is beautiful, well-equipped, and feels like a real home rather than a hotel. Perfect for a family trip. What truly set this stay apart was Lorraine, the manager. She was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we enjoyed every day of our holiday. Her care made a real difference to our experience. We left with wonderful memories. Hussain (9/5): Superb - very warm welcome from the staff ‘Lorraine , she was amazing and took her time to explain all the details in the apartment. super clean, very cozy, nicely renovated apartment so everything is new. Prime location I stayed in apartment B on the second floor building 14. I believe the building has only 3 apartments so it’s peaceful. as mentioned when you Book the building has no elevators. If I’m back definitely will stay in the same place. I thought it was a bit expensive, having said that it’s in a prime location. The apartment is in Mayfair, one minute from selfridges Oxford street and less than five minutes from marble arch. Second thing it says the apartment has an air condition, but it does not. only the bedroom had a window AC. no problem in winter, but summer can be a pain. the living area has no AC. Third, the entrance is next to The Mayfair Chippy. The costumers of the restaurant keep blocking the Entrance
