• Eyal (9/5): Best location, Best space - The location, it's the best you can get in London. A lot of space, very clean and all the kitchen stuff you will need. Perfect place for families. The WiFi connection is very very very slow.

• guy (9/5): - The location is great. Very central (leicester square and covent garden) and close to the tube but also being at a side street with not alot of traffic. The apt is fully stocked with all the appliances you need and everything is well maintained. The staff were very nice and even gave us the room early. We were five people and the fifth bed was a mattress on the floor.

The property is well stocked and comfortable. Nothing really but if I had to be picky the exhaust fan wasn’t working in the bathroom.
• Bradley (10/5): A great place to base a London Vacation - The apartment was great - super location, very nicely updated and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was great for going to shows and getting transit to other tourist locations. Our family of 5 was very happy staying there. Meeting up to get the keys was easy to coordinate and they promptly answered any questions we had. The only issue someone could have is street noise from people hanging out outside at night and city noise, but we always travel with sound machines and it was easy to drown out.

• Daniel (8/5): Confortable apartment in the heart of London - Location Cleaners arrived to clean before the checkout time.
• Traci (3/5): Unsafe street with daily regular drug activity - Absolutely huge space for anywhere, let alone London. Well appointed kitchen. Facility management brought a new iron the same day when I reported the one in the flat was damaged/unusable. While nearby areas are great and even just a block over feels perfectly safe, this quiet street is a favorite of drug addicts and the homeless. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights and we often we had to ask them to move from the doorstep in order to get into the building. In the worst incident the individual had been preparing his drugs on the doorstep when we arrived and he pleaded with us and our children to be very careful stepping over the powder. The listing states that the apartment is for families and not bachelor/bachelorette parties, however this location is VERY MUCH NOT FOR FAMILIES with daily visible drug activity and loud arguments between homeless individuals hanging out on the doorstep/ledges of this building. The price of the apartment is completely out of step with the location and the amount of locks/bar holder on the door (and robust security system panel that I saw on the wall) shows that the owner does not feel this location is safe, either.
