- Daniel (1/5): Unprofessional Follow-Up and Poor Accessibility Awareness - I want to share my experience so that future guests — especially those with accessibility needs — can make an informed decision.
We stayed here in early September. As a wheelchair user, I asked if I could place my portable ramp in the hallway during our stay. The hallway was wide, empty, and would not have created any obstruction, yet the staff still refused without offering any alternative solution. This made entering and exiting unnecessarily difficult. Good accessibility often requires a bit of flexibility and understanding, and unfortunately, that was not shown here.
The more concerning issue happened after checkout.
We checked out on September 6th, and despite multiple polite follow-ups, I still have not received the invoice for our stay. Every time I reached out, I received the same standard message stating that invoices are sent “during the second week of the month following departure” — a message repeated even long after that timeframe had passed.
The chat history shows repeated copy-and-paste responses, no actual progress, and at one point they even requested my email address again, despite the entire conversation being visible above. I have also attempted to call several times, but the phone has never been answered.
I understand that administrative delays can happen, and I’m normally patient. But after nearly three months and numerous attempts on my side, it is clear this is not just a delay — it reflects a lack of follow-up and accountability.
If a hotel can’t even handle something as basic as providing an invoice within a reasonable time frame — or tell the truth about their own communication — you can imagine how little they care about guests once you’ve paid and left.
Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property.
- Ludovic (9/5): Un excellent séjour professionnel - Excellent séjour professionnel dans un grand appartement spacieux et confortable, bien éclairé, bien situé, bien isolé sur le plan sonore, et ayant fait l'objet d'une rénovation très réussie. Une très bonne expérience ! L'équipement pourrait être nettement plus complet (très peu de vaisselle, pas de saladier, pas de sèche-linge notamment...).

- بلال (10/5): الشقة أكثر من رائعة وخيار مثالي لعائلة تحتاج إلى شقة متكاملة ونظيفة وقريبة من الخدمات وذات جودة عالية . - كل شئ رائع داخل الشقة .. الشقة مثالية لعائلة كبيرة من ثلاث غرف نوم لعدد خمس أفراد .. الموقع والقرب من الخدمات والنظافة وجودة أدوات المطبخ وغسالة الملابس وغسالة الصحون والميكروويف كلها من ماركة بوش الألمانية وتعمل بشكل رائع . استمتعنا كعائلة بالإقامة بالشقة على مدار تسعة أيام دون أية منغصات ولله الحمد.. انصح بهذه الشقة للعائلة لأنها باختصار شملت على 1- الموقع 2- الجودة 3- النظافة
الشقة كانت في الطابق الأول ولها إطلالة رائعة عبر النافذة لتقاطع شارع مليئ بالحيوية .
المضيف او المالك اللي كنا نتراسل معه كان في قمة التجاوب والأخلاق ويرد على استفساراتنا من خلال المراسلة معه عبر نفس الحجز عبر بوكينج. لا شئ .. كل شئ ممتاز
- Kawthar (8/5): We liked it and would return again super location enjoyed drinking my morning tea looking out the window. Will miss that - The location the atmosphere and sitting area was spacious and charming the security guard was nice. The furniture very modern and the bathrooms modern the whole style of the apartment was nice very very nice. The beds were small uncomfortable for two to sleep also the pillow covers of at least half the pillows were turned inside out to be honest which I found strange.

- Yalaz (2/5): Disappointing experience due to poor hygiene - - Location, the place is central closed to many attractions.
- Facilities -bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer- working well. Unfortunately, the place did not meet minimum hygienic standards and handed us the apartment with dirty blankets stained from previous guests. Despite repeated requests, it took the management over 24 hours to provide clean linens, leaving us unable to use the main beds on the first night. We also requested compensation for the inconvenience, but never received any response to our emails to the management. Future guests should be aware of the poor hygiene and lack of responsiveness from the management.

- Nicole (9/5): We loved exploring London from this very central apartment! - Location was very central. Close to Marble Arch tube station, restaurants, cafes, Hyde Park. Secure apartment. Bathrooms were clean, water pressure strong, wifi good, heating good. Main bed could have been bigger for added comfort. Heated towel rack in 2nd bathroom did not work.

- Kim (9/5): Great stay In London - Very spacious apt with 2 bathroom, nicely decorated. A properly functioning washer dryer, good heating systems and with lift facility. Comfy bed, and shampoo, shower gel n conditioner provided. Kitchen should provide a wipe down cloth ( kitchen paper towel is provided) , shower screen should be full so when shower didn't wet.the toilet, dust cleaning under furniture could be improved....overall very good stay in london.

Trash pick up instead of having to take the trash ourselves down the street would make the stay more convenient. Also, providing coffee pods for the nespresso maker because the grocery and convenient stores nearby dont carry that size nespresso pods. Possible throw/blanket for the living area while sitting on the sofa would be nice.
