JONGWOO (5/5): 과도한 보증금과 개인정보 요구 - 교통이 편리하고 시설 청결도는 매우 좋았습니다만, 과도한 보증금(3박에 800GBP)과 보증금 환급처리 절차는 매끄럽지 못해 불만스러웠습니다. 보증금 문제는 결국 이용자의 신뢰 문제라서 그렇다고 해서 지나치게 과도한 수준이며, 특히 개별회사에 신용카드 정보와 개인여권 정보까지 온라인으로 제출해야는 것은 지나친 것으로 보입니다. 다음에는 다시 이용하고 싶지 않네요.

Alanoud (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is amazing close to Oxford street and Edgware Road . The price is reasonable compared to the location. Some apartments have difficulty going up and down due to some stairs, despite the availability of an elevator, which makes it difficult to carry bags

Jayesh (7/5): Good - Clean room and bathroom. Good amenities , TV coffee machine . Location is central . Carpets outside room stink. Very noisy area. Location surrounded by ride men on street and people smoking hazardous and odorous hookah pipes. Stayed for a week , only for one towel and no cleaning services. Doesn't have a luggage storage facility !

Grace (8/5): Very good - It is quite central and the room feels like home! It was hard finding the property even though the host contacted me before arrival however, the phone number given wasn't reachable/busy. Thankfully, we got in after 10 mins
Bronwen (10/5): I would stay here again and would recommend these apartments to my friends and family. - The location was perfect for us for the events that we were attending at Nobu Hotel and the Hilton in Park Lane, we also were perfectly located to go shopping on Oxford Road and near enough to keep bringing our bags back. The apartements are also located near food shops and some good Arabic restuarants. I dont like the fact that additional costs are charged for the amount of people that stay in the apartment. I believe that if an appartment sleeps 4 then you should be charged for the appartment and not per person.
Jueyi (10/5): Exceptional - The whole place was wonderful, it was very clean. All the electrical suppliance and furnitures were high quality (not the flimsy and wobbly kind from IKEA). There's even a Nespresso coffee machine, Tefal pots and pans! They have one a/c in the living room and another one in the bedroom, it was very nice to have them during summer. The sofa beds and beds were also very comfy, the blankets were thick and heavy enough. Alexandra was also very welcoming and helpful.
