• Karl Heinz Bernhard (9/5): Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. - Die Lage war für uns hervorragend. Es war sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Anmerken würde ich lediglich die relativ hohe Vorabüberweisung der Kaution sowie das dafür insgesamt recht aufwändige Prozedere.

Restaurants and pubs abound in the neighborhood. Excellent communication with staff and those on the ground were very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

• Lee (10/5): Fabulous flat, meets every expectation for a wonderful stay and well priced. - This is literally the perfect flat! Spacious, amazing location, beautifully presented, juliet balconies to main rooms, well equipped, and very clean indeed. Located on the third floor so is light and airy but with the bonus of a lift. Lady who met us was incredibly warm and welcoming, showed us everything in the flat. Cant praise the whole experience highly enough. Great value compared to other central London flats we have stayed in. Nothing.

• Asabe (8/5): Heartfelt Review - Clean utensils and big TV. Fantastic location and privacy. Yasmin and the other big guy at the reception were nice. We had a great week. Pillows needs to be changed immediately please. Add at least an hour to check out time.

• Ziyad (1/5): Bad - Bad reception they want you to clean your room after you leave they charge a high amount of insurance and if you didnt clean your room they deduct from it we asked for more blankets they didn't provide anything we told them that the sofa bed isn't comfortable they didn't do anything about it.

• Daphne (8/5): beatiful , central but inconsiderate. - The apt is very new and beatiful. it is large and very comfortable, It is very central and near public tranport. The apt was very expensive, yet had no lobby, and when we asked to leave our luggage a half hour after check out time (10 am), we were refused. We felt we were kicked out to the street with our luggage because the luggage storage only opened an hour later.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and essential services. The suite was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining the apartment's cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The amenities inside the apartment were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, every aspect of the suite was thoughtfully designed for comfort. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We can’t wait to return! None

• Lee (8/5): Very good - Location is great, high quality of fit out, spacious and nice furnishings. Quiet even though in busy west London and a stone’s throw from Hyde Park. Having to pay an enormous deposit that was hidden in the small print. Not just a card swipe but actual cash transfer. No dishwasher tablets provided.
• Gitta (9/5): Comfortable - Well kept apartment, comfortable and well stocked. Good location and modern amenities. The place is actually great but one issue we had was with the the sofa bed. It’s meant to turn into a double for my two kids but the bed was too thin and the spring was a little broken so we ended up using it as a single bed instead. The bed/ sofa needs to be replaced.

• Caroline (9/5): Great value for 2-3 people with modern feel - Loved that it had a washer/dryer, AC and heat, and a lift. It was about a six minute walk from Marble Arch Tube Station and 10 minute walk to Edgware Road Tube Station.
• Meliha (5/5): Passable - Location is great. So clean and use-full apartment. when we just arrived at midnight with my 2 small children after very long flight. The security stand by the door at the outside of the building and asked why we arrived so late as if he is our parent🤯and didn’t invite us inside of the building as we are quilty. 🫣 after I asked what kind of welcoming is it, he took us in. Also I paid much more than 30 paund for late check in by credit card before coming and he again ask me to pay it in cash to him. And I had to show from my credit card extre. This was very bad welcoming we couldn’t take back the deposit which is taken by sweetstay at the welcoming of our stay. Please make sure that u send it back. Also when we made the reservation through booking.com it is not clear that u will charge it extra. After booking u send those details and that is not fair. On the other hand I kindly Ask u to take my package from DHL and there were nobody in day time. It turned back. Hope u will fixed it up😔
• Dodi (8/5): Enjoyed stay as strategic location - - Clean and cozy - Walking distance to public transport - have a lift to go upper level After booking payment, I need to pay a security deposit (£800) and I had some difficulties to make the payment due to system link have a problem. If you don’t pay the security deposit, you won’t allow to check in. Upon late checkout request, the host will charge on the time request.

• Halah (10/5): A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of London - - The apartment was super clean and tidy (what you see is what you get) - The building was safe (security from 7AM to 3 AM: Our sincere thanks to our dear friend Costa!) - Our visit was during the summer heat wave, the AC was 110% efficient! “And quiet” - Grace was waiting for us upon arrival, and she always made sure we had our needs covered during our 13-night stay “Thank you Grace!” - Toilet rolls and cleaning tabs were supplied every time we asked - Kitchen was “almost” fully equipped for dining in - Utensils were of top-of-the-line brands - Washing machine and dishwasher were handy and made our stay much easier - Wardrobe and plenty of hangers - Brand new vacuum cleaner and floor mop - The location is superb! A 2-minute walk from the infamous Hyde Park and all shops and restaurants on Edgware Rd were literally at our doorstep - Wifi was disconnected for the 1st 3 nights and we had to spend £70 to buy SIM cards without compensation (issue was resolved later, thanks to the management) - Kitchen was short on some important utensils: a strainer, grater, veggie peeler..etc - No weekly cleaning service nor fresh linen and towels were provided (can be provided for additional fees which we think is not necessary given the rate of the rent)
