- Dana (1/5): Miserable stay. Appartment is scorching hot in summer and the fans they provide are cheap and totally inadequate. - Property location is excellent. Primary bedroom is as described and quite nice secondary bedroom is very small and not well represented in the photographs. Could barely shut the door with the nightstand in the way and there is no room for luggage. The biggest issue is there is no air-conditioning and the fans are cheap in adequate fans that you have to plug in. These fans do not cool the apartment down at all! It was 26.5° in the apartment and the fans provided no cooling in the bedrooms. There is no fan in the giant living room. Overall, a very unpleasant stay with zero help from the staff or phone number provided. No air conditioning. The cheap portable fans they provided are totally inadequate and did not provide any cooling at all. On-site staff and phone number to call for help did not resolve any of the issues we had with our stay. Again, the fans are totally inadequate to cool this apartment down. Not an apartment you would want to stay at in the summer!

- Michael (5/5): Passable - The staff and location We were locked out of the apartment at 11 pm and it took an hour to get in touch with anybody from the management to get it rectified. The elevator stopped working. It took them 3 days to get it repaired. The water in the taps suddenly ran dry and it took a while to get it rectified. We were lucky it happen d during the day.

Took care of our luggage because we arrived earlier than the check in time. It was taken to our apartment. |Took the time to explain the area around us and offered all the info required.

- Dr.maria (10/5): Amazing cozy apartment with perfect location - Location was perfect,size of apartment very big,all you need for the home away from the home,very close to everything,easy to find…perfect for family of 4…we were in P apartment We stayed for 7 nights…I think for the stay more than 2-3 nights they need to organize cleaning at least in every 3-4 days once…and to give more clean towels…or to change it without payment…cleaning is available upon request for 85 £ and I think it is too much…
- Maureen (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived early, the staff let us store our luggage and change. When we arrived back to our room our luggage was in our room for us already. The concierge talked to us about the city of London and gave us great tips. They also arraigned a taxi for us to get to the airport. When we arrived we had no heat, and so we tried to adjust and nothing worked. It took 24 hours for them to come fix it but then it worked great.

Even though we were in a prime location and close to everything it was still a quiet street. Robert was a wonderful host and very helpful! The floor plan was spacious!!

- Basma (9/5): Superb - Robert was an amazing help. He was our go person. The spacious apartment was simply amazing in terms of layout. While we were 2 only, the size of the 1 bedroom 2 bathroom can fit 4 people comfortably. They promptly responded to all our emails and provided us with what we needed. The location was very central and a few steps to bond tube station. Some hair on the cover when we first checked in and no remote control for the tv. They left a remote foe us the next day but without batteries..so we simply purchased a couple ourself.. Advertized as "serviced" and the inhouse manual said it was daily serviced/cleaned but that was not the case. It is done weekly so we had to pay for an additional cleaning service.

- Rob (10/5): Great clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Mayfair - Location was right in the heart of Mayfair within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The apartment was more than spacious for a London apartment. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was the property agent originally told me I could check in early, but on the day the previous guests were late and the room was not ready. I had to stall for a few hours but not a big deal getting something to eat while I waited.

- Jana (10/5): Beautiful modern stylish apartment in an incredible location - Modern style, clean, well furnished, fully equipped, daily cleaning service. Good location for shopping and eating out. But most importantly we liked our concierge Robert. He did absolutely everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Staying on the lower ground floor on our 1st night: the noise is unbearable.

- Saimohan (10/5): Once you stay here you won’t stay anywhere else in London . - Awesome location ! Nice rooms . Daily hotel style housekeeping. All facilities provided in top shape. Across the street from st Christopher’s place which has nice restaurants. 2-3 blocks from selfridges - basically at the edge of Mayfair close to oxford street . No Airconditioning , but they do provide fans . If they could only consider a slightly later check out time - 10 am is too early for me - other than this point this is a total JEWEL!

The location is unbeatable - just a few meters away from the subway, shops, restaurants, attractions. I heard that this is the most expensive area to live in London. It has a concierge on site and daily cleaning so it’s just like living in a big suit in a hotel. Robert at the concierge is very friendly and knowledgeable, he accommodated all sorts of requests I have. I’ll for sure stay in this accommodation again

We’ll definitely stay there again! No tissue boxes at all in the apartment. When we asked for tissues, they only offered one tissue box in an apartment with two bedrooms for 6 people. Also there were no slippers to use during stay.
