- Kaila Lin (2/5): - I was told I could not stay at this property because it was damaged by a previous guest. I have been unable to get a refund. I was offered a room in a house nearby, but I booked an entire flat and didn't want to stay in a house with others. Now the rental agent won't return phone calls or request for refund. If you read the reviews (I wish I had) I'm not the first person they've done this to.
- Boris (2/5): - Property was advertised as self contained apartment. This is not true. It has shared bathroom and kitchen. It is very dirty and full of bugs. Wonder when was the last cleaning done. No communication with owner to get my money back. I moved out after first night.
- Dominic (2/5): Possibly the dirtiest place I have ever been to - On Arrival at booked property was told there was an issue and could I stay at another property close by. On arrival at the alternative location. I was met by an unmade bed with stains of a very dubious nature. Rubbish all over and a pile if dirty plates in the floor, empty and full beer cans and a strange green blanket/sleeping bag screwed up on the dirty sofa. I immediately contacted the vendor requesting a refund an offer to send a cleaner in for 10 mins was rejected. A week with a hazmat team would not have been adequate to try and clean up what can only be described as a sh1t h0le. I took a video but not sure if this can be uploaded. I feel itchy and need to take a shower even thinking about that Hovel.
- Neil (2/5): AVOID ANY PROPERTIES BY CRIBSURFERS - Utterly disgraceful treatment from this "hotel", I booked back in February and received no communication from them despite calls and messages until two hours before check in was due in July, when they asked for screenshots of the booking and what platform it was booked through. They then cancelled on me over an hour after check in was due and I have yet to receive a refund. Same excuse as with previous reviews: ‘damage by a previous occupant’.
- Brett (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - The place didn’t ever bother to communicate with me. Couldn’t check into the accommodation. Had to book something else on the day. Hotels.com won’t issue refund because they can’t get in contact with the property. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
- Eduardo (2/5): Avoid avoid avoid - Arrived for 2 night stay, contacted the hotel for details of how to access the flat, was told it was not available due to damage by previous guest. Left stranded 19:15 on a Saturday evening. So far unable to get a refund as Hotels.com not getting a response from them and they've only communicated with me via Snapchat. Terrible service, do not use them.

- Noah (4/5): Awful - Absolutely terrible, poor communication from the company and awful mattresses, window was broken and we couldn’t enter the property until management could be bothered to let us in.
- Darren (2/5): Terrible - No front desk so we couldn't check in at the property so i tried checking in 3 days before the stay date by text to the hotel and twice more including the stay night, but no response from the hotel, couldnt stay because we couldnt check in and had to make other arrangements which was costly
