PATRICIA (8/5): - We really liked the location of this property. We were able to walk to the Underground and get all around London. The space was perfect for us. Having a separate kitchen and living room, apart from the 2 bedrooms, was so nice. We really liked how quickly the management office responded when we had any questions. The only thing we didn't like were the beds. We did see reviews before we booked, however we thought maybe they were over reacting. Well - they weren't. Unfortunately, the beds were horrible ... painful to sleep on. We never imagined just how uncomfortable they were. Maybe the property owners could just add a topper or something to make them a little more comfortable. They were really bad and none of us a good nights sleep. We were all glad to get up every day and out of the painful beds. Please get new mattresses or at the very least, a mattress topper. Otherwise - the property was great for the week.
