• Gözde (1/5): VORSICHT BEI DER AUSWAHL! - Das einzig positive an der Unterkunft ist die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft wird von einer Privatperson geführt. Wenn dies nicht der Fall sein sollte, fühlt sich das so an aufgrund der folgenden Probleme! In der Unterkunft gibt es sehr viele Bemerkungen, dass das Bett sehr unbequem ist. Trotz der vielen Beschwerden wurden die Mängel nicht beseitigt!!Beschämend! Mein Rücken hat von Nacht 1 bis zur letzten Nacht schmerzhaft gelitten! Nicht nur mein Rücken sondern auch mein schlaf. Die Matratze ist so dünn, dass ich gefühlt auf dem Bettgestellt direkt geschlafen habe. Die Matratze war gelb durch schweißflecken, die Steppdecke blutig! Das Waschnecken voller dreck und Pilze. Der Mini Kühlschrank ist durchgehend laut und das war ein weiteres Problem für unsere Schlaflosen Nächte! Das Zimmer ist bereits sehr klein sodass man nebeneinander nicht einmal stehen kann! Zusätzlich ist der schnitt sehr ungünstig, was den Raum mehr einengt. Die Toilette ist direkt unmittelbar an der Tür, Personen mit langen Beinen nicht zu empfehlen, die Tür geht nicht zu! Ich hatte in diesem Zimmer Platzangst und jeden einzelnen Tag schlaflose Nächte! SEIT VORSICHTIG BEI DER AUSWAHL FÜR DIESE UNTERKUNFT! Ich habe keine 90€ Erstattung bekommen, obwohl ich sagte, dass ich aufgrund der Rückenschmerzen zur Massage gehen musste (zu zweit). Die Wohnung liegt im 3 Obergeschoss und jede einzelne Treppe ist so eng das ein 60Liter großer Koffer gerade so passt! 25KG 2 Frauen mussten zu ungünstigen Bedingunden mit einem großen Kampf diesen schweren Koffer Tragen! Wenn diese Unterkunft eine professionelle Führung hätte würden Mängel beseitigt und auf die Reinigung acht gegeben! Ich habe keine Kommunikation gehabt, ab dem Moment nachdem meine Beschwerden angefangen haben! Keine Reaktion keine Antwort von zuständigen Person! VORSICHT BEI DER AUSWAHL!

• Mila (8/5): - It smelled nice and the bed was comfortable. Nice wifi, clean towels and sheets. We knew that there were steps, but we didn’t know they are steep. Door was kind of hard to open, no soap in the bathroom, the toilet rained water when you flush it.
• Lagier (8/5): Muy bien - Ubicado en pleno centro histórico, muy lindo, salís y ya estás en la magia de Nápoles. Al ser un edificio histórico cuesta la entrada y demás pero luego el departamento es muy lindo. Estaba limpio y tiene aire acondicionado
• Laura (9/5): Très belle découverte ! - La localisation est idéale dans le quartier historique et la chambre offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour à Naples! L’arrivée était facile et l’hôte réactif :) Notre seul point négatif concerne le pommeau de douche qui était un peu usé
• Nicole (6/5): Okay for the price. - It’s just behind the Main Street and the shower was very good. The air conditioning was also good. They were somewhat responsive to messages and calls, but only one person appears to be dealing with customers. The door didn’t unlock easily being nearly impossible to work out at first, the instructions for where the keys to the building door were incorrect, the cistern leaked, and after checking in they informed me of a city tax that was supposed to be covered in the Booking.com fee as advertised. The area didn’t feel very safe for solo female travellers, and I had friends walk me into the apartment.
• Junsei (8/5): - 地下鉄駅から徒歩圏内。 ナポリのメイン観光地、スパッカナポリの中心部に位置しているので観光に最適。 部屋、ベット、風呂、トイレ全てとても清潔だった。 ドアの開け方が分からず、ドアを開けるまでに1時間ほどかかってしまったが、すぐに対応してくれて非常に助かった。 ドアを開けるのに非常に手間取った。 地上階のドアは開けるのに強い力が必要。 部屋のドアは開けるのにコツがいる。ドアノブにセキュリティキーを入力したあと、ドアノブを押したり引いたりしながらドアを強く押さないと開かない。

• Damian (10/5): Just perfect - Everything was better that I was expected Hosts are very helpful, localization is perfect, in the middle of old town. It is very quiet street, on the terrace you have a window from an old church which just make it even better. I dont think You can take a better place if you like to be in the middle of Napoli life Breakfast was in caffe 2 minutes from an apartament and it was good. Flat is not big but enough for 1-2 people. Just dont think and make a booking ;) nothing I wish I could stay there longer Okay, maybe stairs are a little big steep, but it was not a problem for me.
