• Murilo (4/5): Check in prático mas no geral eu não recomendo. - Localização boa, modo de check in prático. Limpeza: barata morta dentro do quarto. Conforto: pedi cama de casal, eles aceitaram, colocaram duas camas de solteiro. O pior, um deles estava afundado no meio dificultando muito dormir.

L'accueil a notre arrivée Une cuisine est présente mais sans équipement. Pas d'assiettes, d'éponges, de torchons... Difficile de manger sur place

• Anonymous (1/5): We didn’t realize it would be one room with 2 twin size beds, dorm style, not what we thought we were getting. - The area where it was located We thought this would be two different rooms, based on the photos and descriptions. It was more of a “dormitory” set up. The shower didn’t have anywhere to put soap or shampoo (no shelf) and they were limited bath supplies, when they said they’d be provided.

• Mauricio (2/5): Not for me! - If you are <5’6 and <140 lbs, and still do not mind being in tight spaces, this is the place for you. If you don’t mind street entrances that do not close, landlady that has an automatic messge that says that she is not available even if your water runs out…this is the place for you! An A/C that does not cool in summer? Just do not expect anything but a kettle to boil water and a refrigerator.

• Diane (7/5): Good - Easy walk from the train station. Room was on a side street off the main drag. You needed a code to enter the building and a separate code for our suit which had 3 or 4 rooms with a shared kitchen/sitting space. You needed a final code to access the key box to get our room key. Room was clean and quiet with a private bathroom. We were on the second floor overlooking the streets. Everything was within walking distance. We even walked down to the laundromat. They need to fix the main building door. Sometimes it didn't shut/lock unless you pushed it. Because most places don't have screens, the mosquitoes chewed on me. :(

• Jia-yin (1/5): A very disappointing stay - In a good location Personally, I thought the value for what I got was extremely poor. I paid under $687 AUD for 2 nights with stained bedsheets and stained blanket. A very small room and bathroom for 4 people. There was an extremely bad smell at the entrance of the property when there is laundry sitting there until 10pm. The extrance to the apartment/property smells really bad and not much ventilation in the room. A lot of mosquitos and the air conditioner doesn't work that well. A small rubbish bin in the bathroom for 4 people.
• Rene (5/5): It was a good place to sleep--quiet. It was near everything, all walking distance. - Breakfast non-existent, but a nearby coffee shop saved the day. Location good for walkers. They should explain that there is no breakfast for the price. They called themselves Bed and Breakfast! It should be Bed and Bath. There was no staff meeting me when i arrived. If not for a cleaning lady, I wouldn't have gotten in. There was no staff to do check out. A true impersonal experience.
• Heimy (9/5): Superb - Everything was just like the pictures they shared. Nothing too fancy but fair to what they offered. It was clean, they give us the option to leave our luggage after check out. Small shower

No blankets for bed, (florence had just finished having a heat wave and then an unprecedented cold, so we requested blankets and they brought them the next day), ac didn’t go low enough to cool room
• Christophe (4/5): - Maybe I'll start by saying that all contact I had with the personnel was via social media. Clearly some messages were automatic. Personally I'm not impressed by short messages, I prefer to meet humans f2f. The room was simple, functional, clean. However the ventilation was poor and opening the window made it worse as the minimalistic inner courtyard's walls were crowded by sewage pipes, both noisy and certainly leaky as far as the smells could tell. I close by stating the obvious, Florence is saturated by tourists also after the summer period, and prices of hotels and rooms are on average 2-3 times higher than in Paris or London for the same quality. This was no exception. Consider daytime mingling among tourists in the centre and spending the night away, trains function well enough for half an hour's commute to a place where quality matches price?

• Susan (4/5): Never again. - The location was good. Very noisy tiny room by the front door and kitchen. Doors slamming, people coming in and out. Walls are paper thin. I don’t know about other rooms, but I wouldn’t stay here again. No sleep.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - The Accommodation is good 12 minutes walk to Florence Santa Novella Station.2 beds double & single. Central for Florence attractions. The check in and communication via WhatsApp was good. 40 minutes walk to Fiorentina Stadium. All good.

• Patricia (9/5): Would happily stay at B&B Leonie again. - The location was fantastic, with main attractions in easy walking distance. The room was very quiet despite being in a busy part of the city. The room had a high ceiling and was large enough to move around easily. I would happily stay there again. This was not an issue for me but the room is not accessible by elevator. It is on the first level and there are about 25 or so stairs to negotiate. The shower was adequate but small, again not a problem but may be helpful to know.
