• Gabriella (10/5): Kellemes kikapcsolódás gyerekkel - A házi gazda nagyon kedves segítőkész volt. A szoba és a fürdőszoba szép és tágas. A szobánkat gyönyörűen kitakarították az ott tartózkodásunk alatt is. Nem volt olyan, ami ne tetszett volna.

• Muriosa (6/5): Not bed and breakfast. - Location is good. Close to the seafront. No elevator to property. The cleaner only made the bed and did not clean the rest of apartment as the bathroom was left full of hairs and dusty underneath bed. Water was only replaced when we asked and was advertised water would be available in the common area which it never was during our stay. Coffee machine was not descaled, a soft packaged ready made croissant and carton of orange juice and a small orange tart does not classify “bed and breakfast”.

• juliette (9/5): - Lovely spot, a great and friendly host. Free water and coffee. And a cool location, up the road from trendy bars and close to the promenade I didn't have a working phone. You need to be able to contact the host otherwise its a bit hard to find. But I found it and it was awesome. Perfect for a nights stay.

Lo único mencionable es que el " palazzo" no tiene ascensor y se trata de un 2°, pero es prácticamente un 3° por las características del precioso inmueble...Al ser " sixteenagers" nos perjudicó un poco 😉

• Karen Paola (9/5): - El lugar está ubicado en una zona muy central para los turistas. La habitación estaba recién remodelada y limpia. El anfitrión fue muy amable. La habitación es mucho más pequeña y oscura de como se ve en las fotos, pero igual estuvo cómodo.

Očekivanja su bila nešto veća jer je bio u odvojenom restoranu ali barem je bio blizu s pogledom na more. Lokacija jako dobra Još jednom se zahvaljujemo na ranom check in-u u 11h HVALA Teško smo našli apartman jer je loše/nikako označen. Na svu sreću Francesko je bio jako ljubazan pa je ublažio nelagodu. Jedina loša stvar je bučna ulica - iako je mala morali smo spavati sa zatvorenim prozorima.

• Francesca (10/5): Fantastico - Praticamente tutto perfetto. Pulizia ottimale, camera completa di set di cortesia, macchina del caffè, bollitore, tazze e frigo bar. Condizionatore e tv. Letto comodissimo, personale preciso e attento ai dettagli. Bagno grande e completo di tutto. A pochi metri è disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento giornaliero, attraversando la strada ci troviamo sul lungo mare Caracciolo pieno di ristoranti, a due passi da castel dell’ovo. Centro raggiungibile a piedi o con taxi. Nulla da ridire, l’unica cosa è che purtroppo essendo una via trafficata, si sente il rumore dei mezzi che passano ma ovviamente non è una cosa che dipende dal proprietario.

Presente anche la macchinetta del caffè e tante piccole accortezze (es: acqua fresca, crema corpo) che è raro trovare. Il titolare è molto accogliente e preciso, ci tiene a dare per bene tutte le informazioni del caso. La posizione è chiaramente ottima, praticamente sul mare Come molti BnB di Napoli l'affaccio è su strada e quindi c'è rumore. Erano però già presenti in stanza degli ottimi tappi

• Eleonora (6/5): Palestra a un passo dal mare🥰 - La vicinanza al lungomare dove è possibile trovare qualsiasi tipo di intrattenimento e di cucina locale. È un meraviglioso palazzo del 700 sprovvisto di ascensore con due bambini piccoli le valigie e i passeggini è stata una tragedia due piani (52 scalini contati ogni volta che salivamo più e più volte al giorno)abbiamo fatto palestra che non ci fa male😝.

• Roland (10/5): Napoli ha sempre il suo fascino. Torneremo - Molto carina la stanza ed i colori stupendi. Location di una comodità incredibile. Due passi dal mare e dal centro. Tutto a piedi. Parcheggi in striscia blu pagabili con app comodissimi e disponibili.

• Gail (8/5): Near the sea - Loved the position of these rooms, in the street behind the seafront. Bright decor in the bedroom, although the furniture was pretty 'hotel' style rather than boutique room style. The hosts were amazing with greet and informative on the local area. The bathroom and big shower very nice! The seafront is lovely for a nice long walk and the rooms are very near all the shopping in the area. Please note the rooms are on 2nd floor, 4 big flights of stairs, no lift. No safe in the room, but those stairs should deter anyone as secure door at bottom and on entrance to the rooms. Very noisy at night, we had dogs barking on balconies, and the next door room had issues with their toilet so the walls bust be pretty thin! (no idea, don't ask!). All in all, a decent place to explore from on a short stop.

Camera accogliente, bagno pulito e tutto molto tutto ristrutturato da poco La colazione non ci è piaciuta, siamo andati a farla in un altro bar a pagamento... Quella che offre il b&b viene , fatta ad un grandissimo bar di un grande hotel a 50 metri dal rua de mar.. Sensazione di essere trattati un po' in secondo piano perché veniamo da un b & b e facciamo la colazione a, gettoni, da esterni Grande bar ma nessuna cosa da mangiare senza lattosio disponile... Cornetti serviti molto scadenti, abbiamo girato Napoli e sappiamo come sono i dolci, quei cornetti vengono serviti a chi fa la colazione da esterno, quel servizio è paste serviti a noi non sono all altezza e del nome che ha il bar.. Consiglio al rua de mar di cambiare partner

• Christian (8/5): - Die Lage war super. Zur Hafenpromenade brauchte man 1 Minute zu Fuß. U-Bahn war in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zum Frühstück musste man an die Promenade gehen wo man in einem Cafe ein Croissant und einen Kaffee bekam. Super Ausblick auf den Golf Es war sehr laut in der Nacht. Es kam extrem viel Lärm von der Straße ins Zimmer.

Personnel très sympa, donne rdv en amont pour remise des clefs via WhatsApp. Petit déj sous forme de jetons à remettre à un bar sur la jetée ! Top ! Rue très bruyante (impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte) , le prix a payer pour être aussi bien placé.

• Juliette (10/5): Perfect location and stay - Such a great location, lovely size and super clean. The rooms have been recently renovated to a high standard and communication was easy. Breakfast token was at a great little café, just around the corner on the waterfront. This is an AirBnB so don't expect to see signage outside. But once you've found the place you won't be disappointed. There are approx 3 flights of stairs, but good to walk off all the amazing food which is just around the corner.

Staff super disponibile nel fare il check-in oltre l'orario prestabilito; struttura impeccabile appena ristrutturata in una zona centralissima a due passi dal centro. Consigliatissimo!

• Pasquale (9/5): - Alloggio pulito, accogliente e ben posizionato. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio! Unico punto da migliorare: la colazione presso il bar convenzionato. Abbiamo ordinato due spremute, non incluse nella colazione, e ci sono state addebitate a 5,50 € ciascuna, un prezzo un po’ esagerato. Consiglierei alla struttura di rivedere la convenzione per offrire un servizio più equilibrato.

La struttura non ha il servizio di colazione all'interno della struttura ma una collaborazione con un bar nelle vicinanze che però apre alle 9. Per esigenze di orari lavorativi non ho potuto usufruire del servizio.

• ALESSANDRO (6/5): Solo la gentilezza dell’host salvano la struttura - Posizione Bagni senza il sapone nei vari e numerosi dispenser. Sulla mensola nella doccia una rimanenza di un blister di un prodotto uso personale. Dunque viene effettuata una pulizia distratta e parziale

• Annalisa (7/5): - The location is very convenient since it is 2 minutes from the Lungomare and 5 minutes from Castel Dell'Ovo. The staff is very kind and nice but it is present only from 2 to 8pm. You have some free bottles of water in the room and espresso. The room was very warm even if it wasn't hot outside (~13-15 degrees at night). The breakfast is in a bar about 2 minutes away but it doesn't open until 9am. So if you travel for work, it is inconvenient. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty so nobody checked to see if it needed to be refilled. The espresso coffee machine had a used pod inside, so nobody cleaned it when the room was made.

La colazione è servita nel vicino gran caffè Cimmino con una vista favolosa. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con consigli e suggerimenti. Assortimento della colazione, rumorosità proveniente dalla strada.
