- Wolfgang (6/5): - Sehr sauber neu renoviert Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen waren total durch gelegen. Im Bad fehlen die Haken für die Handtücher. Als Frühstück gab es nur einen Gutschein für ein Cafe in der Nähe. Es besteht aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant.

Het is wel handig maar beperkt. De buurt is 'speciaal' en oud (erg verschillend van de accommodatie zelf)

Additionally, the room was not ready when we arrived and the internet did not work. The place inside is clean but outside feels like a very ghetto and unsafe space.

Мы ушли на завтрак,оставив вещи в номере,пришли -наш номер был на распашку открыт,наши вещи слава богу остались в порядке,но это было шоком для нас что вот так без присутствия нас к нам кто то заходи. Кафе в котором должен был быть завтрак-было закрыто. Целую ночь кто то во дворе разговаривал,с утра было еще громче.Не выспались.

- Fatima (10/5): - Hallo 😊 Unser Aufenthalt in Neapel war super! Sehr zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unterkunft war sauber & angenehm, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Service war top – die Gastgeber waren immer hilfsbereit und sogar bereit, uns zu fahren 🚕. Anfangs war Neapel für uns etwas ungewohnt, da es eine alte Stadt ist und der erste Eindruck vielleicht abschrecken kann – aber unsere Gastgeber haben uns diese Unsicherheit sofort genommen. Am Ende hatten wir eine wirklich tolle und schöne Zeit dort 🌟 Sehr empfehlenswert!

- Lisa (6/5): AVOID NAPLES!! - The room was comfortable and clean. Which is the most decent thing I can say about Naples. Poor communication from hosts. Room was not ready at agreed time. Breakfast supposed to be included. It was on the first morning because we brought the business cards to find the location, but on the second morning, even though they recognised us, the cafe partner would not honour the deal as we did not bring the business card (apparently required but not communicated). Staff at the cafe are very rude, as was everyone we encountered in Naples. A filthy inhospitable city. Do yourself a favour and stay in Pompei or Amalfi Coast if they are destinations you choose to visit.

- Charlotte (8/5): Lovely, an experience - The staff were friendly and welcoming and gave clear instructions. The room was huge and very clean. The facilities were lovely, (a loo roll holder could be added) but otherwise amazing. There was wardrobe space, the bed was very comfy and an area to make coffee and tea. The actual complex of the building and the room looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned everyday immaculately. Would stay again. Similar to other reviews the area and location of which the B&B is situation is very scary and rough. Google street view before booking! It was very uneasing and at first we thought about going somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend if you’re a solo traveller. As our stay continued however we felt and became more comfortable with the environment and the actual accommodation was very safe and secure. We didn’t have any wifi for the majority of our stay which was disappointing but not the end of the world. We didn’t actually have the breakfast included but it is not situated at the accommodation, you go to a cafe with a token and you receive your breakfast there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an outside seating area. The host was so helpful, interesting and interested, he could not be more helpful There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

The guy that was accommodating us was very nice and helpful. We were in the Maradona apartment and the bed was totally worn out. On both sides, there was a dip in the mattress. The flat is not really in the city center, you´ll walk approx for 20 minutes.

Greeted easily, great contact from the owner. Continental breakfast was arranged and free with a local 2 minute walk cafe. Perfect for our needs, as a one night pit stop before flying home, close proximity to the airport, easy taxi ride (15 minutes away). The room had a fridge and a kettle, which was good for cool water storage. Towels were provided. There was no hand soap provided by the sink, no milk for coffee. Only coffee pods provided. No tea. The plane noise, the general area was a little dirty outside the apartment.

And call to let them know when you are coming. But the room is really nice and clean. Surroundings not so much. The room is spaceous and so is the bathroom. Very clean. Amazing towels. Cleaning every day. But the bed mattress was awful. We did not get any sleep in it. Big ditch in the middle. The breakfast was organized by the nearby Café (pastry and Juice. Would definitely stay again. - Great location, short walking distance from the busy city centre and near enough to the airport to even walk. Very clean and spacious room. Shower and bathroom were ideal with fresh towels everyday. Didn’t manage breakfast as it was cash only and they didn’t speak English. Unclear whether it was included or not. Unclear how to check in. We were waiting outside for 25 minutes.

Tucked away in the bustling marketplace and residential area of the old town, this accommodation felt like a hidden oasis. Once inside, we were greeted with a modern and beautifully done up space that offered ample room. The rooms were spacious and well designed, providing all the comforts one could ask for. The state-of-the-art tech used for access added a touch of convenience and security to our stay. What truly made our experience memorable was the hospitality of our host. They were very helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their personal touch during check-in, along with valuable recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, made us feel truly welcomed. Additionally, the accommodation's proximity to Naples Metropark Centrale station, just 15-20 minutes away, made exploring the city and beyond extremely convenient on a rental scooter. Overall, Rafilina's House offers a good blend of good location, beautiful accommodation, and attentive hospitality. We wouldn't hesitate to return on our next visit to Naples. Highly recommend. The approach to the accommodation can be a bit unnerving at first, due to it's location. But are soon reassured on entering in.

- Jade (10/5): A nice comfortable stay in a new looking room that gets cleaned daily and has good wifi! - The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had a really good wifi connection. The shower was a decent size too with big bath sheets provided. Nothing, it was all good. If they wanted to make it even better, adding a second chair, some more coat hangers and a toilet roll holder would be nice.
- Aikaterini (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was near the center of Naples which made it really easy for our transportations. The room was perfectly clean and also despite the general vibe of the city it made you feel very safe and comfortable.
- Simon (5/5): Great Fun except for the lack of hot water and showers. - Cleanliness, spaciousness and the nice fresh fluffy towels provided everyday. We liked also the location, you walked out of the B&B right into the busting life of the historical centre. The hot water was very unreliable. Luckily we had a kettle and could boil up some water for washing. But a shower every day, for each of us, was not a possibility

Prima di accede alla camera ci sono due portoni a serratura elettonica e la porta di camera a serratura analogica. Quindi mto sicuro ma non freddo perche il personale è presente a check in e check out
