ÖNER (2/5): - The 600 square feet Expedia guaranteed us was 300 square feet. The unit assigned to us was clean and almost all the items had never been used. But there were insects, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The internet was never working, I wanted to change the door security password and no one wanted to help. They wanted to enter the unit because of my complaints about my unit. I told them they couldn't enter the room until I came. They entered our unit even though I did not give permission. Their excuse after entering was that they could not wait for me until the evening. The bed was incredibly noisy. I swear we couldn't sleep. It's a very problematic company. I would write longer. but it's really not worth it.
