- Kate (6/5): Passable and pleasant - Central location. Good amenities. Easy. Clean. Sofa bed was hard but passable to sleep on. Security deposit was £260 for 2 nights, 3 people - taken from account and restored after 10 days after departure. No hold on card option available. Read the policy before booking - personally didn’t read before booking however I believe this is unreasonable for a 2 night stay. Un-clear communication from property managers.
- Emanuela (9/5): Vacanza piacevole - L'appartamento era davvero spazioso e comodo per due persone. Fornito di lavatrice e asciugatrice oltre che di lavastoviglie. Era a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla DLR e aveva minimarket vicini. Il palazzo è anche controllato sia di giorno che di notte.
Lo prenoterò ancora per i miei viaggi a Londra. Sarebbe stato utile avere qualche piatto in più e più posate ma tanta gente non usa la cucina

- Indi (10/5): Chic, comfortable and clean. Brilliant find! - Gorgeous flat, it’s actually a lot bigger than in the pictures. Super comfy bed with extra linen and pillows. Big bath tub with a lovely hot, high pressure shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer which was perfect if you’re travelling. It has big beautiful windows you can open or an easy to use thermostat to make sure you’re always comfy. The flat screen TV with all online streaming channels was great too. The area itself is bustling with restaurants and artisanal shops but the building is quiet and peaceful. Very happy with my stay and how quick and helpful the host was. Hoping to come back soon!

- Robert (6/5): Gdyby w mieszkaniu była klimatyzacja ocena byłaby dużo wyższa. Jej brak znacznie obniża komfort. - Powierzchnia mieszkania, bez problemu zmieszczą się 3-4 osoby. Lokalizacja w bardzo atrakcyjnej dzielnicy. W salonie duży telewizor. Duża łazienka z wanną. Bardzo blisko do sklepów spożywczych. Przy słonecznej pogodzie i temperaturach ok. 30st. w mieszkaniu jest bardzo gorąco. 2 wiatraki tylko nieznacznie pomagają. Okna można tylko uchylić w pionie. Część sprzętu kuchennego mocno zużyta.

The apartment was very clean, airy and cool in the recent hot weather.
There was enough space to chill out after a day out.
All communications were courteous and helpful. We would have like electric lighting on both sides of the bed..
The sofa needed more padding.

The flat was very clean and well equipped, including a washer dryer that is a great plus for short stays. Great neighborhood. Our manager Lisa was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help us out when we had a mishap. Not much really.

- Natsuko (8/5): Great stay except for the check-in/out procedure. - I was able to extend the stay for one night with a reasonable price. I needed a self check-in/out which is to collect/drop-off the keys at the third party shop (6-minute walk from the apartment) with a key collection code issued by the service provider. There were 3 problems - 1) the key collection code was supposed to be emailed by 3pm but the email was delayed for 1.5 hours; 2) the shop didn't open till 11:30am though the email instruction stated that it opens at 9am; the keys can be posted to the shop's letterbox but it was not easy to find; and 3) the service provider takes email inquiries only and it didn't provide quick responses even in the emergency. Overall, the self check-in/out procedure, including email instructions, should be improved to avoid the customer's confusion/frustration.

- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment well situated for canary wharf The key collection and drop off is a pain. The key collection is in a fast food restaurant a few mins walk from the apartment. Unfortunately it's further away from canary wharf and the closest DLR station, so adds 10 mins to getting into the flat if coming from that direction.
- Yvonne (7/5): Nice apartment though it could do with better maintenance. - Its well located in Canary Wharf and have easy access to the DLR, the underground and buses. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment has a nice layout and comfortable to stay. The bed was very comfortable. Collecting keys was troublesome especially when you can only arrive late and after walking around the city the whole day, you do not want to have to find the cafe to get your keys. I find the registration abit of a hassle especially when you are on the road travelling. I found the sofa bed screws all lose so it cannot be used. There were no washing machine tablets. The cutleries were still in the dishwasher when I arrived. The dining table and bed side table shaky. The kitchen towel was almost finished and no extras in the kitchen. The ironing board was broken but they sent a replacement and washing tablets the following day. Had to return keys to the cafe again when checking out, I had to lug my luggage all the way there. Very troublesome.

Very responsive management and easy self-check in process.
We had some trouble with the washing machine and they immediately offered a solution. The apartment is functional but I wouldn't call it comfy. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the apartment could have been cleaner.
I think the place could easily be made more comfortable by changing the (old) mattress, adding some more utilities to the kitchen and maybe another comfy seat in the living room.

Meet and greet was very good. - It was ideal for our travel to the 02 As a self catering apartment it could have been better equipped. Items like a colander, bottle opener, fry pan. Chopping board so as not to damage the lovely work tops. More Pyrex dishes and a baking tray in the oven. Sink plugs that fitted properly to stop the water running away. For a 4 night stay we only had 2 dishwasher tablets. The TV only operated on BBC 1. The front door lock was faulty and could only be secured by keys which was a problem when leaving the apartment on departure because we couldn’t pull the door to and secure it.

Supermarket and lots of take aways in easy walking distance Some noise at night, but to be expected as in a built up area, bring ear plugs. A better quality bed duvet would be something to consider.

Across the street from a Tesco market, good uber eats in the area, easy delivery location Tired apartments. No wash cloth or paper towel to wipe down. Just a dish scrubber sponge. Had to buy some basics right from the start to make the kitchen workable.

The bed was comfortable and the flat was in a good location near to the DLR station and the Jubilee underground station at Canary Wharf. The shower needed sorted out but the management company did their best to fix it the next day.

All facilities need (yet without air conditioning), good wi-fi, good and large bad in sleeping room. Safe place. No air conditioning and was not possible to open wider the windows in living room. When I was I London it was 30 degrees heat and it was almot not possible to sleep in living room when there was no possibility to let any fresh air

- Luiz (5/5): SCAM & HUSTLE avoid it - Quiet place, some markets close. Kitchen can come at hand. So, I booked and paid in advance for this property December last year, as me & the family spent a long time planning this vacation. Upon 24h left to go, I received a private email asking for £250 as a “security deposit”, in which the information on how to get keys to property were conditioned, otherwise, who knows? And that this would be quickly refunded. After we left, 4 days later, i asked host for the refund. So host started to make up reasons to not refund me those 250£. He claims I did things that were already in a certain way in the apartment the moment I entered. Such as: after the first bath, the water took almost 10min to drain in the bathtub. He claimed me/my family gloged it and he had to call a plumber.
There is this cheap plastic cabinet & cheap locker on it, that when I entered the property was wrapped only on one of the door hands. Hanging on the right side. Out of curiosity I opened this cabinet as you do with the fridge, drawers and etc when u enter a new place. He claimed I broke the locker & “contaminated” things there (towels/bed sheets) whatever that means!! And that I somehow had this cabinet broken. He then claims you should have read all the mumble-jumble that you only see thru a direct link or specific print on the rules contract hidden somewhere at the property website at Booking. I’ve been using booking for over 10 years, countless countries, 3 for this specific trip and had NEVER had a hustle like this. Why on earth would I take my family on a 10.000 miles trip, that costed me a lot of money to break a cheap locker? Is it right for someone to “take” 250£ from you cause you used an extra bed sheet or towel? So, beware. You might be next.
Extra bed is very uncomfortable. Apartment has no blackout curtains and cleaning when you get there is mild.
So, to my experience, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY OR PAY FOR THIS IN ADVANCE!

We are happy with it. Late check in is a challenge. Could opt out with a IoT smart tool that can solve this issue better.

- Liz (9/5): Very comfortable stay in an excellent location - Excellent location few minutes walk from Canary Wharf, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe, it has a communal entrance with concierge. In the recent very cold weather it was lovely and warm, it was also very clean. it’s a small thing but a dishwasher and no tabs is irritating, also no condiments meaning you have to buy Salt Pepper and oil for just a few days.

- Lynne (6/5): Great apartment but awful management company handling it - This apartment was nice, in a great location, its defo not suitable for more than 2 people as the couch bed is not suitable for sleeping on. I want to give it a better review because it was an ideal little apartment and probably shouldn't get a bad review because of the people managing it..... However, the stress and unprofessional manner of the management company the night before we were due to travel, was very upsetting and really ruined our trip. They saw an opportunity to con us out of additional cash, £120, but as a regular user of booking.com I was very knowledgeable and when I contacted booking.com they agreed with me and advised the company not to charge us.
Other people may have just paid the money, so please be careful of this. Also I would like to add we dealt with 2 different people, one was thankfully very professional and had a different attitude, unfortunately the first person I dealt with, was completely unprofessional, rude and had absolutely no customer service experience. I actually felt as though this person was trying to get me to cancel a non refundable stay, and I came close with the totally unprofessional messages I was receiving.
But I would like to add that the customer service team at booking.com are absolutely fantastic, always so helpful, knowledge and fair.

- Mihaela (4/5): Apartment ok but read terms conditions prior - Apartment clean and spacious BUT make sure to read all terms and conditions before you book. This property does not have a reception/front-desk which means you have to predict your arrival in advance and tell them the EXACT time even weeks prior to your trip. They will bug you with emails until you do! For any delay you THINK you may have they will charge you late check-in fees (in advance). After I paid late check-in fees for 2 hours and arrived eventually only one hour later, I had to wait 10-15 mins for the person to meet me with the key. Also, the person came upstairs at 9:30 pm and took pictures of the whole house, counted glasses etc. just weird. I understand this is the process but everything was so annoying. Also, you will pay deposit and cleaning fees.

- Juan (2/5): Bumped from Lantern Court Apartments - I was given less than two days' notice about being relocated to Canary Gateway Apartments. A two-bedroom apartment at Lantern Court (which I had never requested) had supposedly been damaged beyond further use, and it was the company's justification for my relocation.
I pointed out that I had requested a one-bedroom apartment and that the damages to the other apartment should not affect my reservation. They seemed not to care.
After more than a dozen futile email exchanges, I than requested an early check-in (at no addtional cost) at Canary Gateway so that I could acclimate to an area which I had not researched previously. Of course, my request was denied and communicated to me while I was in-flight from California to London.
I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them.

- Paul (6/5): Perfectly satisfactory. - As long as you've read the booking page and know that there are various apartments across a large complex this accommodation is fine. It's as described.
The apartment was comfortable and had everything you'd need.
A couple of areas to improve - it was warm week and the only way to get the apartment temperature below 26 degrees was to have a through draft with lounge and bedroom windows open - but this means you have noises throughout the night. In the absence of Air Conditioning, fans would be helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location for my conference at Excel - Canary Wharf is a rather nice and somewhat quiet area in London that took me about 30 minutes to get to Excel. The apartment was clean and comfortable with reliable Internet. There were a number of lightbulbs burned out in the apartment, but they were fixed the day after I informed the staff about them.
Not the most existing place to stay, but I really can't complain, it was exactly as advertised, and conveniently located for my week.
- Great Oscar (10/5): Decent apartment in great location - The apartment is very clean, well secured and in a modernized location in London. The staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to two big supermarkets, restaurants and the DLR train station.
- mom of 3 (8/5): Clean and comfortable - This was a good choice for our family of 5. The facilities were clean and the train was 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. We didn't see the staff while we were there except for the person who gave us the key. This is a good choice for people who don't need or want a lot of coddling.
- Claudio (8/5): Cómodo, nuevo y a 20 minutos del centro de Londres - El apartamento es prácticamente nuevo. Es cómodo y muy espacioso. Falta algo de mobiliario para hacerlo más confortable pero tiene todo lo necesario. El barrio es muy tranquilo en la zona financiera de Londres. Para llegar a la zona centro sólo debes de caminar 5 minutos y en 5 estaciones del metro estarás en el corazón. El servicio del personal es muy atento y presto al servicio. Muy recomendable para viajar en familia grande (5 personas) con comodidad y controlando el presupuesto.
- Kathy (4/5): Wrong complex - We picked up the keys only to find that they had booked us into a completely different apartment complex. I showed the lady our booking reference however she said she had no idea about bookings as that was all handled by their booking office, so we were forced to stay at the incorrect apartment.
They finally moved us after 2 days, however the apartment that was then made available was missing blinds (making the living area unusable during sunshine) and had been damaged in the past. We received no discount for the mistake.
The apartment would usually be lovely and new, with beautiful views however was clearly not ready for guests this time. We were quite disappointed as we need a number of apartments over the year ahead and are not confident that these will confidently use this company.
