• Anna (10/5): Polecam, świetne miejsce i pomocny gospodarz - Byłam z koleżanką, Claudio już dzień wcześniej napisał z zapytaniem kiedy będziemy, wyjaśnił dojazd z lotniska, mogłyśmy już rano wejść do pokoju, bo akurat był wolny na wiele godzin przed planowym zakwaterowaniem, cokolwiek nie było nam potrzebne Claudio służył pomocą, zawsze w bardzo dobrym kontakcie, z poczuciem humoru. Samo miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane - autobus i tramwaj pod blokiem, pociag kilka minut na piechotę. Autobus spod bloku jedzie do metra. Wygodne łózka, pokój, kuchnia, prywatna łazienka też z balkonem. Blisko market, kawiarnia, pizza - wszystko co potrzebne. Przezabawny czas spędzony na pogawędce z Claudio w rytmie Italodisco ;) Bardzo mile będziemy wspominać czas. Polecamy każdemu. W związku z dobrą komunikacją - dosyć głośna ulica pod balkonem, może przeszkadzać jak ktoś lubi spać przy otwartym balkonie, ale jak się zamknie balkon to jest dobrze wyciszone.

We felt welcome, we were really taken care of. - It's one of these cases when some minor things where maybe not 100% satisfactory but the overall impression was so great that I would be happy to give a 11, not only 10. Extremely nice and caring host - thank you again, Claudio! Very clean and spacious apartment, nice furniture. Large bathroom. Many grocery shops and restaurants in the vicinity, close to tram and bus stops, not far from metro. Very comfortable bed, very good wifi. The room on the noisy side. Common kitchen, whitch was not a problem, because we were the only guests, but if there were more, we would have only one pot to share. Bathroom detached from the room -again, no problem this time, but it might be a little awkward sometimes.

He welcomed us, gave us helpful directions, traveling tips and recommendations for really good dinner and breakfast places nearby. The room we stayed at was very nice with a great view over the city from our own balcony. I would definitely stay there again on a future Rome trip. Thank you!

• Alicia (10/5): Exceptional property, and an even better host! :) - The host, Claudio went above and beyond for catering a safe, comfortable and memorable visit. I arrived late in the night, yet he still waited to greet me, despite a several hour train delay. He also provided me with many recommendations, even after leaving Rome and continued to check in, to ensure my safety as a solo traveler. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, and the property is conveniently located right in front of a tram stop, allowing for easy transportation to and from. Hope to return again one day.

The apartment has everything we needed within 1 minute walk - caffes, supermarket, pizzeria, bus and tram stations. Overall perfect stay! will definitely return if we get a chance to visit Rome again
• Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional - Had a wonderful stay at the Urban cosy rooms. The checkin was super easy and we're met by the co-host Lala. The room is spacious with a balcony and a detached private bathroom. The place was spotless clean. A fully fitted kitchen with generous supplies of tea and coffee is available. The location is outside the centre but easy to reach with multiple transport options. The host Claudio is easy to communicate and followed up before and during the stay. Thank you Claudio for the recommendations for fhe authentic restaurants in the area (all very reasonably priced). You and Lala made us feel welcome and helped make our stay memorable. Would love to come back again. We had too little time. Rest was all perfect.
• Alla (8/5): Clean comfortable room for a short stay in Rome. - Cosy clean comfortable room. Located not in touristic centre so the are a lot of nice pizzerias, gelaterias, bars with more affordable prices where locals eat.
• Eiji (10/5): perfect - There are many things to praise about this hotel. First of all, the location is great. You can access the center of Rome in about 20 minutes, and it's about a 1-minute walk from the station. Secondly, the interior of the room. It's clean and has everything you need. I especially like the fact that you can do your laundry. The interior is also stylish and wonderful. And the best thing is the host, Claudio. He is very kind and gentlemanly, and always supports us. Thanks to him, the value of this hotel is multiplied. Thank you for the best accommodation! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Nothing!!! There is so much to praise about this hotel that it will be a shame to leave.
• James (9/5): Well appointed and clean accommodation. Great location and great host. - Claudio is a great host who is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. The apartment is in a great location and it's easy to get into the centre of Rome on public transport. There's a good supermarket just around the corner. The three available rooms all share the same kitchen, and the King Room has a bathroom that is separate from the room itself.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The owner, Claudio, was very helpful and kept in regular contact to make sure that I was happy and that I had everything I needed. The young lady who checked me in upon arrival was also very helpful and they both went out of their way to make sure that I had a good stay. The centre of the city was only half an hour away either by tram or by bus and metro.
