- Liam (10/5): - Very friendly staff!
Spacious apartments with excellent amenities.
Very comfortable bed + heated air con if required.
Thanks for the lovely stay!
- Cameron (7/5): - The room was excellent, the staff were fantastic and the location was exceptional. The bed. It was awful. Six nights of very average sleep. Big dip in the middle, and way too soft. It really ruined what was otherwise a fabulous room.
- martin (8/5): -
- Ruth (8/5): Clean, convenient and safe. - Safe, clean and convenient. The bed was super soft and therefore not very comfortable.
- Gavin (8/5): -
- Deepak (10/5): ECXCELLENT - ITS LOCATION , ASTHECTIC OF DESIGN ,VIEW FROM BALCONY . ONFACT IT WAS GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY 1,A CURTAIN NEAR TOILET SEAT CAN ADD MORE PRIVACY
2. HANDLE AND A LOCK ON DOOR OF WASHROOM IS FELT NEED FOR COMFORT OF WASHROOM USER
3. SOME BASIC ITEM LIKE SALT PEPPER AND BUTTER MAY BE PROCIDED
- Mary (10/5): great stay - good location, close to shops and central hobart, room was comfy, bed was great and room was clean had level 1 which was like basement, would have been nicer in an upper level to have a bit of a view
- David (9/5): Well located apartment in North Hobart, where the locals eat and drink. - A big apartment, on the ground floor with an outdoor patio, plus great location in North Hobart close to maby good pubs, bars, cafes,
- Pam (10/5): Clean, comfortable stay, central stay. Close Cafes & Restaurants - Clean, large room & friendly staff. Had a small gym & parking was easy. Walking distance to cafes & shops and 20min walk to central Hobart.
- Jodie (9/5): A great stay, comfy, clean and perfect location for a walk into main downtown. - Very clean and comfortable! Housekeeping left the room very clean and brought fresh towels regularly. And very accessible to town I think for the price of the room it should be compulsory for some free water bottles to be offered or left in room.
- Nigel (10/5): This property is probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. I’d stay here again here again. - Exceptionally clean
Comfortable bed
Convenient Nothing
- Sara (8/5): Great location A shame the bed was awful to sleep on. - We loved the proximity to Elizabeth Street and the cbd.
The apartment was so clean, a great design, spacious and comfortable. The bed was really soft and terrible to sleep on.
When my partner moved or rolled over I was woken up, due the bed being very spongey/soft and wobbly 😞 .
We are of average/athletic build and the room could certainly be enhanced with a King Size bed, for added comfort.
If you are a bit larger, 2 in the bed will be an uncomfortable fit for you..
The room had all items we needed, a working fridge, toiletries, ketle, plates, cups etc. There is even a hot plate.
- Desley (10/5): Excellent.... great value, great location and exceptional presentation..... thoroughly recommend!!!! - No breakfast included however self contained and numerous cafes/restaurants close by.... Nothing really...
- gaye (8/5): A comfortable and convenient property which gives us easy access to North Hobart. The cleanliness of the rooms is excel - Great location , very clean and comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. Easy parking for $10 per night and convenient access from the parking to the rooms via a lift. Couch was small and hard to sit on and power points were in strange places or hard to access.
- Bronwyn (10/5): - Comfortable clean rooms with great facilities. No view
- Fred (9/5): Confu - It was a lovely place to stay — easy check‑in, clean, and very comfortable.
- Rachael (9/5): -
- Gary 4551 (9/5): - Good location, comfortable bed. Walking distance to many dining options. Good value for money. Na. Overall nice place to stay, would stay here again.
- Debra (9/5): Vety pleasant stay in a location out of city centre with good choice of food around. Staff polite. - Location 10 min walk up Elizabeth St from city centre. Surrounded by many restaurants cafes take away food. Buses available into city centre if needed.Foyer clean very presentable. Staff helpful and polite. I left my bag with staff as I arrived early. I was offers an upgrade but had already settled into my room. Thank you anyway! My room was spacious with an outdoor area. No noise from adjacent apartments. It was a wet cold windy weekend in Hobart but warm bedding and air con fixed that. My only concern was that the wind howled through the corridor of my floor and it sounded creepy. Perhaps I should have taken that upgrade!
- Elizabeth (9/5): -
- Grant (10/5): - Location is handy with easy access to good restaurants and bars. Chris was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing
- Michael (10/5): -
- Michael (1/5): nothing to say -see above reasons - we were given a room which was adjacent to the garage, a dungeon would have been preferable.
Tried to change room , pay more however staff wouldn't comply as we had booked through booking.com
There were nicer rooms available .
Our worst experience with booking.com in all our 10+ years the location of the room- shocking
- Robert (10/5): Great place to for access to hospitals - Security
- Haylee (10/5): Will stay again! - Super friendly staff, clean room and great location. Hard to say - Car parking was tight for a large car. But still doable.
- Allison (8/5): A lovely place to stay - A lovely clean space with comfy beds Nothing other than paying for parking
- Bonnie (9/5): Comfortable, clean and great location - The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was soooo comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony.
- Alanna (1/5): - Felt and smelt like an old hospital. So bad we didn't even stay.
- Dion (9/5): -
- Amelia (9/5): -
- Melbourne (9/5): very, very nice - There was breakfast? I wasn't aware of that : (
Love the 11am checkout. the exhaust fans in the bathroom and laundry need to be cleaned. They are absolutely filthy.
And the filters in the AC/heat should be cleaned as well.
I didn't look at them, but if the bathroom vents haven't been cleaned there is a good chance the AC/heat filters also need a good clean.
- Steve (10/5): -
- Xavier (8/5): Great location with everything you need for a short stay! -
- Counsell (1/5): A new hotel in an okay location with overpriced studio rooms and really poor customer service - Good location The studio rooms are really poor value.
Cell phone reception was non existent in these rooms.
- Chris (10/5): Good - Cleaniness Nil
- Josie (9/5): Easy to deal with and comfortable rooms - Location
- hyunju (8/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): Lovely apartment, good size for 2 people for a long weekend stay. Kitchen well equipped if you want - Good layout, having a separate bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Always like hooks and towel rails in the bathroom. Enough seats and to invite friends who were staying there too. Easy walk to get the bus down to the city. Mattress very soft, felt like my head was above my feet! Inconsistent shower temp. Could do with foil so less need to clean oven trays all the time.
- Amanda (8/5): We would stay here again but would check the car chargers were working. - The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding was super comfortable except for the pillows as 3 out of the 4 provided were extremely hard. We were very happy with our room and the 11am check out was appreciated. We found the charging for our electric car which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here very frustrating.
- Reuben (9/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): Loved it here - Love it here. Room was ready so they allowed us to have an earlier check in which was really helpful. Really comfy beds so had a good rest. 20min walk to Hobart town centre. Lovely stay thanks! NA
- Tim (10/5): A brilliant choice for a shorter or longer stay in a vibrant, central Hobart neighbourhood - Easy check-in, great reception staff, the room was spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The accommodation is in a great location in North Hobart, with pubs, cafes and restaurants right there, and only a short walk to the CBD and Hobart waterfront. Nothing springs to mind other than the apartment not having any laundry facilities.
- Habib Tony (9/5): Great stay, great location. Would stay again. - Great location - lots of choices for restaurants and cafes nearby Bed very soft
- Jo (9/5): - Very conveniently located The only thing I would suggest is to have a larger sofa for comfort
- Isabella (6/5): -
- Danielle (8/5): Great location and parking close to city centre - These apartments are in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants and about a 20 min walk to the city centre and another 10 min to Salamanca Market. Onsite parking was affordable and convenient. The room was spacious, and had really good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Soft pillows and having a flat sheet on the mattress which got messy and made sleeping uncomfortable. The tv remote stopped working after we got back late so we couldn’t use the tv for the last night of our stay.
- Craig (7/5): -
- Mandy (9/5): - Close to North Hobart restaurant strip. Unit was very spacious & quiet, no road noise. Very clean. There was no washing machine in the unit.
- Susan (10/5): - Fantastic apartment, very spacious and very well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with lots of cafes and restaurants very close by
- Jenny (10/5): -
- Samantha (8/5): Very comfortable and convenient - Excellent location, close to many fabulous eateries and some gorgeous old buildings. Also conveniently located on a bus line that takes you to the CBD. The water pressure of the shower was really really low. Nobody at reception after 6pm - my TV remote control's batteries ran out on my last night and I couldn't get any more
- Jack (5/5): Very uncomfortable sleeping quality - Clean, good location and in-room kitchen The bed mattress is way too soft. My wife & I are both less than 60kg, but we feel like sliding towards the middle of the bed when lying down.
- William (9/5): -
- Quentin (10/5): We had a great stay. We were worried it might be a bit noisy being so inner city but it wasn't. - Location was great. Easy access to the city and main roads. Walkable to many locations.
Lots of good restaurants local to the hotel.
Great parking with lift access.
Great cinema five minutes walk up the road. Nothing.
- Christopher (7/5): Not a bad stay. - Location, Size of the room and amenities. The bed, far too soft and sank right into it, turn mattress round but still had problems, didn't sleep too well sadly.
Most of the items in the fridge and basket, we're out of date, see photos.
Food and drink was out of date.
- Sean (10/5): -
- Louise (9/5): Comfortable with close eateries - Comfortable bedding and roomy layout The rooms outlook was only wall😕
- Tracy (7/5): - It was clean Very small
- Janice (8/5): Clean, Tidy and Spacious - Rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. It was in a quiet location too which was appreciated. Otherwise nothing else stands out. Bed was too hard for me and woke me up in night. Checking in was very stressful. Receptionist made it so convoluted that it was impossible to really understand him. The Receptionist also passed on my personal details to another guest without my permission as he thought I had hit this other guest's car in the car park through a miscommunication, so I got this irate phone call from a stranger whilst out for dinner. I did NOT hit this man's car! Anyway, it was very unpleasant, upsetting and stressful and my details were passed on to the hire car company. The Receptionist was new though apparently and did not have great English which probably explains the miscommunications. His boss the next day genuinely apologised profusely to us for his behaviour. We did part on good terms after this but the experience shook me and has put me off staying here again.
