- Natasha (9/5): - Location was great, short walk to the train station and metro. Heaps of restaurants and roof top bars with in a 5min walk. Pools were great and our apartments were very clean. Unfortunately when needing help the manager was so unhelpful. Fortunate we were able to solve the issues ourselves but would hate to have to deal with the manager on more serious matters.

- Angelo (5/5): Convenient location to Brunswick St & Fortitute Valley Station - We've stayed here quite a few times - the location is convenient during the day if you want to travel by train as it's just across the road to Fortitude Valley Metro station. Car parking is convenient and price is generally really good value for money. Apartments are always generally clean. Fitness centre is really well equipped. Wouldn't recommend families with small kids looking for a place to eat & walk around at night as the surrounding streets are a bit dodgy walking in and around Brunswick St & Fortitude Valley station. Beds are hit and miss depending on what room you get - the last 2 times we've booked have been very hard & uncomfortable, whereas previous times have been good. On every floor, the hallways have also always had a bad smell - not a deal breaker, just an FYI.

Impossible to get to sleep. When watching TV I had to turn the volume up very high but that didn’t even block out the noise.

- Natasha (5/5): Quite disappointed with stay, $25 parking a night is terrible, filthy hotel. Spend money elsewhere! - The location is fantastic for events, right in amongst all the restaurants and bars really. Honestly the apartment was filthy, hadn't been wiped down and there's absolutely no privacy, whilst sitting on your "balcony" enjoying some wine and cheese you have the tenants/workers walking up and down a hallway that has full view into your entire apartment... very uncomfortable. I had this hotel booked for my birthday in June but after staying one night for a concert with my fiancé this week, I will be cancelling.

- Bree Styler (9/5): Great location and good value for money - Room was massive, 2 levels with lots of sitting areas. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Fluffy towels and the view was wonderful. Check in was easy and when we parked in the secure car park it was so easy to get to the room. We didn't have time to check out the pool but it looked great in the pictures. Nothing that I can think of.

Not a big fan of paid reserve parking, but thats just me...I know its pretty common I just dont like paying for parking. That's really the only negative. Oh and the pillows were a bit stiff but thats only if im being really picky. Still had a decent night's sleep

- Jenna (3/5): Bad service if you need after hours help - The hotel room was fine for the price. There was no after-hours front desk for late check-in, and the front desk does not open until 8:30am, after I had already left for work, so I could not provide my credit card for the deposit even though I had paid for the room in full. They locked me out of the hotel since I did not provide the credit card within working hours, even though I tried to call to provide it twice during the day and could not get through, and also then provided details over email all before 11am. I was stuck on the street in a dangerous area at night and had to get someone to call their support line as my international phone would not accept their number. It was a terrible experience and I'm a bit traumatized from it.

- Kerry (10/5): Fantastic overnight stay in a wonderful 2 bed apartment in great location - Location was fantastic. Within easy walking distance to things. Also a bus stop just around the corner. The bed was extremely huge & comfortable. So much space in the many wardrobes but sadly we were only there for one night. The apartment was well equipped. The pool, gym, jacuzzi & sauna looked fab even though we didn’t use them. Nothing to dislike
