There are some maintenance replacements required to parts of the building - eg the mosquito screens and windows. They are all functional however there is an argument to be made about the overabundance of electric tape.

We had to shower in ice-cold water for three days, and our kids cried every time they had to get in. The contact provided for assistance was completely unreachable. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times with no response. We stayed for three nights and never received any help or follow-up. Very disappointing.

Beds were comfortable Nice size apartment for a family of 6 The kitchen and lounge room floor was very sticky when we arrived and there was a significant ant problem. Ants were all through the bathroom, kitchen and floor and seemed to be heading under the dishwasher. Ants were all over the sealed food on the bench when we woke next morning and we had to spend alot of time cleaning, spraying and wiping up Ants..

It was a great spot for a vacation and I really enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for the refund of my $300 AUD bond. It’s been over a week, and I haven’t received it yet. I reached out to the staff to follow up, but their response was quite rude and unprofessional. I also asked for a receipt or confirmation of the refund, but never received a reply. It’s disappointing to have such a great stay end on a frustrating note. I hope the management can improve their communication and refund process, as this experience has made me hesitant to book here again.

Great closet space in every room and hangers in the closets a bonus. Underground car parking was huge bonus esp as it rained for most of our trip. Bathrooms were really clean and overall the property is lovely. They also had a Google TV. Nice large kitchen, air conditioning and heating. All appliances worked with no issues. Overall our whole group enjoyed our stay. Thank you :) For a large apartment there were no large pots for cooking so we had to source our own. The small pots they did have didn't have lids. The towels were not absorbent at all, so we brought our own. Other than that, it was great.

- David (8/5): I would come back, especially in cooler months - Great location, clean premises, modern house Fly screens at the time had gaps so our first night had a lot of flying insects infiltrate every bedroom. Owner was prompt in attempting to seal the following day but there are still some gaps. Air condition was only available in living room, insufficient for the heat of summer but that’s only short period of the year.

- Muru (8/5): It's quite comfortable to stay at the property with private parking & easy access. - The location has short access to eateries & pubs in the shopping area and the Nuggets shopping centre. The cafes and bakeries also offer choices to eat. The on suite bathroom on the first floor is too crammed; particularly the washbasin is unusable - it is so tiny & too low under the cupboard and persons using it bump the head constantly! It gets too warm upstairs on a hot day as only pedestal fans are provided there.

Perhaps there could have been a few extras like milk, tea bags and/or coffee, sugar etc supplied, as this would have been nice on arrival after a long drive.

- Lisa (8/5): Really comfortable place to stay for a trip to the snow. - Tidy, clean and comfortable property. Good heating, which was useful in winter to dry snow gear. Most beds were comfortable. Good value for money, relatively speaking. Lots of steep stairs to reach the upstairs bedrooms (we stayed with grandparents who found it tricky due to their limited mobility, but everyone else was fine with the stairs). Single beds were uncomfortable, but all others were fine. There were 2 car spaces, which was great, but car park had a height limit of 1.9m, so one of our cars did not fit but on-street parking was no problem.

- Latif (1/5): Bad - NOTHING The property itself was acceptable, but we had a negative experience with the owners. They deducted $300 from our deposit without prior notice. The dishwasher was not functional, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. We had to handwash everything because washing detergent and bin bags were not provided. On the day we departed, there were only 3 cups and one saucepan left unwashed, along with one plate of leftover food in the fridge. To our surprise, the owner, POM, called and threatened an additional $75 deduction for cleaning, specifically citing the unwashed cups and saucepan. When I requested evidence such as pictures, none were provided. I strongly advise against booking this property. The behavior of the owner and his wife is deceitful; they deducted funds from our deposit without disclosing this practice beforehand. Please beware and avoid falling into the trap of booking with them.

The bedroom downstairs was way to dark and the bunk bed frame was odd we kept hitting into frame as room was really dark when you closed the door. Would have liked some hanging cupboard in the upstairs room which had two single beds.
