If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.74% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay or JCB card. Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. Your credit or debit card will be charged within 48 hours after the booking is made. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Aifee (10/5): This is not the first time been stay at your hotel. Our last stay, we came from Brisbane because of our church conferenc - So handy to where I had my conference, only 10 minutes drive from there, and also close to the shops. Nice & Clean

nevillemaroon (3/5): - It's hard to remember with the bad experience towards the end ruining the whole trip and our last night being cancelled without our knowledge after booking paying it so we were left on the streets thanks to one if your staff (parking manager) having a very mood day. I'm not even going to go into it because it would take me a few hours and more space to list the bad experience.

One of the highlights was the spacious swimming pool, along with the sauna, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests 24/7, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the high-quality bathroom amenities—they smelled amazing and added a touch of luxury to the stay. A special thank you to Vy at the reception for her warm hospitality and continuous support throughout my stay. She truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Ehsan (6/5): The management can consider the shortcomings mentioned above otherwise it is a very welcoming place - New, clean and pristine building. The modern deco and fitting. - only three lifts servicing the entire 31 storey building resulting long delay every time used - the main wardrobe mirror doors are tinted making it difficult for female guests to use for makeup and dressing, and - there is no study desk or power outlets to use laptop. Could have setup easily in the spacious unused entry passage - essential for both business and recreational stays.
