• Mike (10/5): - We stayed at Appart'City for 12 nights while we explored Paris each day. Our hotel was located within reasonable distance of several Metro stations (10-15 minutes walk). It is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has great food with good variety, and staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was that housekeeping wasn't great- 2 or 3 times we had to get toilet paper or kleenex from the lobby desk when we ran out, as housekeeping had not replenished it. Otherwise a great experience.

If you have a water bottle, you can re-fill it. They also have complimentary flavoured water at the front & provided a bottle of water in the room too.

• Gail (10/5): - Very spacious room and bathroom by Paris standards. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located near the Gare de Lyon. Lovely overhead walk along the former elevated train track across the street from the hotel. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple of days and use the "food prep facilities", it would be a challenge. Not very much space, no toaster, not many dishes or cooking utensils.
• Jennifer (10/5): Great place to stay in Paris!! - Wish I had been able to stay longer! This will definitely be were we stay next time we are back in Paris. The hotel was clean, friendly and the beds were super comfy. The sound proofing was also great and the rooms were quiet and restful. There is a grocery next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance. I also walked there from the train station.
• Clare (4/5): - Good location, room is clean but needed brand new bedding, not linen (no fault of cleaners). Noticed lots of dust at night when spots on, which came from bedding/pillows causing allergies for us and having to take antihistamines. Opened windows but people smoke outside foyer so smoke comes in. AC just recirculates dust so couldn’t have it on. Would ask for high rise flat and new actual bedding- pillows, mattress protector next time.

The front desk staff is not helpful and provided wrong information. Please avoid booking this hotel via the front desk staff as they don’t understand English and book wrong rooms.

• Patricia A (10/5): This hotel offers it ALL. - Hotels near train stations are not always ok. This one was great! It was updated, bathroom and cooking area functional, equipped and clean and the hotel staff was exceptional. The hotel is actually a short walk from Gare de Lyon but there is a shortcut behind the station (where the coach busses park) that leads to the street where you can find the hotel. I had a large suitcase a satchel and it was not a difficult walk. To make things more interesting, there is an authentic "hot pot" resto (Fondue Chongqing) across the street for a delicious and healthy alternative to the usual fare. The bistro, Le Repair on the corner of Av. Daumesnil and rue Charles Bossut is terrific and offers a really nice traditional French breakfast. There is a Lidl just next door to the hotel for groceries and snacks as well. Finally, across the street there is the raised green space called "Coulée Vert Renée-Dumont" for a pleasant alternative to walking on the avenue.

• Max (10/5): - Beautifully designed modern luxury hotel PLUS all the convenience you would like in an apartment -- small kitchen, shared laundry and gym. Rooms are very large for Paris. About 6 transit lines within a 10 minute walk plus long distance trains from Gare de Lyon. Nearby bistro called Le Remontalou is superb.

• Robert James (8/5): - Excellent staff. Beautiful room, a bit small by my standards but by European standards I understand it was quite roomy. Very good breakfast. Except for the floor, room was very clean. Could feel debris on floor when walking around in socks. Shower had awesome pressure. Too hot in room and thermostat was admin locked - was hard to sleep when so warm. Only three hangers in closet - the kind where you insert the rod into a holder. Lobby had board games and other things to pass time. There were six broken holders so no more hangers could be added. A big bonus was the property is only a short walk to metro and train stations so you can go anywhere. Frequent sirens, property is near a police station. Homeless people on the sidewalk outside (not directly at hotel but very near). Supermarket next door was very convenient. Several cafes, stores and markets within a two minute walk. I would return and stay again.

• Sarah-Jane (10/5): - Great stay and would stay again. Easy to get to local transport (Trains, RER, Metro) and having a Lidl next door made it easy to stock our room’s kitchen area for our stay. Facilities at the property were good. Would just note that the microwave isn’t a duo oven combi-microwave, so cooking was more limited. Temperature control did not work in the room, luckily we stayed in the winter and could open the window to cool the room down. Bed was really comfortable and even though our room was next to the elevator, it was still quiet and a positive experience. Would recommend.
• Oksana (6/5): Cute room nice staff but far from everywhere - Hotel is really far away from where you need to be considering how bad the traffic is in Paris. It would take us 45 minutes to an hour just to get to an Eiffel Tower in an Uber. People extremely friendly staff is very helpful and speak good English. Do not recommend breakfast for €19, you can go out in town and get much better selection for cheaper. We went down to look at the menu, what they had of the buffet and they had barely any selection. Definitely not worth that money so we decided not to eat there. Also, the shower had somebody’s black long hair in it like he hasn’t been cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Plumbing in the sink in the shower was backing up. We actually had to unscrew the drains for the water to run down. Maintenance man walked in while we were watching TV without knocking because he thought room was unoccupied and he wanted to fix something. A few restaurants within walking distance, however nothing else does close by. Staff were great zero complaints, but I definitely wish I did more research on the location. If you want nice and quiet away from everything is definitely a beautiful little apartment however, if you wanna be closer to where you wanna be to the idea location, you might want to book elsewhere.

Kind of walking distance to Gare de Lyon station (about 1km), can be tiring after a long day of walking in Paris. But you can take a bus from one street down the station to the hotel.

There were two nearby stations however it frlt like you had to walk forever to get to the station. Staff were friendly and very kind. The room itself had good room and space. I wish breakfast was included in the rate. Path to get to gare du nord station is a little bit sketchy.l especially late night and early mornings.
• Slavica (6/5): - Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. However, the room amenities lacked items that would have made this stay great. For example, bathroom did not have wash clothes; only two thin towels and hand towels. Could have provided better shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and more toilet paper. Kitchen was very tiny and lacked space. Did not have dish rack nor paper towels. Bedroom lacked full size night stands - there was little space for items. No dressers in room only a small closet. No space to store luggage. For the price we paid this should have been a higher end setup. Otherwise the location was great.

• Greig (8/5): Great little find - A great hotel located only a short walk away from Garde de Lyon. Safe area. We had a ground floor room despite asking for high floor. It was an accessible room which meant larger and more space. Staff were pleasant.

The staff were amazing - they are unobtrusive and let you get on with with your stay but were instantly available if you need anything. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk from 3 metro stations including Gare De Lyon. We will be back
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place, friendly staff - This hotel is very close to Gare du Lyon, which made catching an early train very simple. We stayed here two nights, and the room was comfortable and the hotel is very modern and feels new. The breakfast was nice, with eggs made to order at request. Not a lot of restaurants options but we did try a couple in the area and metro was very close. Would stay here again.
• Tony (10/5): - Great place, I would book with Appart' City again & recommend the place to friends and family. It met my expectation of what a 4-star hotel should be/provided. Everything was new and modern, including the ability to seamlessly connect to wifi and cast digital content onto their TV in Gare De Lyon.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Stay was fantastic, showed up early and they were able to accommodate my early check in for only 25 Euros (if I recall correctly). The room I was provided was clean, and came with a small stove and microwave which was nice. Hotel lobby was staffed from I could see 24 hrs and had a multilingual staff. Self laundry was possible on site but you need to download an external app and it was somewhat expensive at 6 Euros a load. Hotel was also very close to Gare De Lyon and other metro stations as well.

• Deborah (10/5): Beautiful, well kept hotel! - This was a very lovely apartment/hotel that offered a nice breakfast for a surcharge. The room and shower were clean and maintained, and housekeeping came in every day to straighten up although we weren't expecting that. The beds were comfortable and there's a little kitchenette in the room along with an ice tray! We were so happy to find that little ice tray. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I needed to do a lot of work at my computer and the table worked well as a desk and there was enough light. Sundeck would have been great if it hadn't been raining when I was there!

Room was well appointed, although smaller than I anticipated, with small kitchenette and good sized shower room. Everything worked, including air conditioning which was absolutely necessary! Comfortable beds. Initially we were allocated a double room although we’d reserved a twin studio but this was rectified.

The facilities were great, very clean and modern. Only detail was that the housekeepers miss certain things when cleaning the room, like dish towels or dishrags and they do not provide wash cloths. Love the neighborhood and I would go bach for sure!

• Rita (8/5): - We stayed for 6 nights and found the hotel a great one in terms of proximity to key train and metro stations which makes travel so easy. Also, the room is spacious and style as shown in the pictures. The lobby is lovely. Only 2 comments were 1. can have a bigger bedside table and allow space for mobile charging and a glass of water 2. we havee no clue that we have to ask front desk for coffee capsule every morning. Suggest it should be mentioned at check-in and have a box of capsule at desk front for the guest to pick up. Other than these 2 minor ones, it's a great hotel and will definitely come back.

• Delina (10/5): - This property was one of the best locations for quietness convenience Transportation was excellent the hotel was one of the newest hotels in the area we had lots of options for eating for restaurants we always was able to come and go and feel safe in the neighborhood and they also had a convenient shopping a grocery store right down below the hotel. The staff was unbelievable they were the hostess to the mostest they took care of everybody's needs they also offer breakfast on site they have a gym on site they have a play area for chess and games for children they have a laundromat there they have a rooftop for you and I just can't explain this hotel was one of the best that I've had in Paris and very convenient they have elevator in the rooms I mean in the in the hotel which is great they have spacious spacious bathrooms they have also in their room they have the microwave they have a stove top they have a refrigerator the value of this hotel is unbelievable I like to thank everybody at the hotel Miriam was the one who checked us in from the beginning to the end the district manager he was phenomenal thank you guys for my time at the Park City hotel will be back soon thank you.

• Tiffany (8/5): - The hotel is bright and inviting and the rooms are well equipped for 2-4 people, with comfortable beds and space to relax and even cook. The kitchenette would be a huge plus for those wanting to make some basic meals at home and there is a very convenient food store right next to the property. I really enjoyed reading and book in the park across the street and hearing the music coming from the conservatory behind the hotel. There is at least one exceptional boulangerie across the street about one block up. We found some nice places to eat within a couple of blocks and there is a nice pharmacy right down the street. We walked and took Uber for transportation, but there is likely a metro station not too far away. Enjoy!
• Karan (10/5): Highly recommended hotel in Paris - Excellent Hotel close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy stations. We stayed for just 1 night in a room for 4. Very professional and helpful staff right from check-in, going out of their way to help us feel comfortable. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Lovely dining area with a kitchen quipped with a microwave, fridge and hot plates. We enjoyed the 24 hour bar in the lobby area as well. My gratitude to James and other staff who made sure our stay in Paris was memorable. Merci Beaucoup! Au revoir!

• Alfred (8/5): - Nice, boutique hotel that is around 600 meters away from Gare De Lyon train station and Dugommier metro station. Could easily walk with large suitcases in about 15 minutes. The apartment I stayed was clean with 2 separate rooms and a door to separate. Shower and Toilets were separate. The toilet was too small for our liking. Only one person could fit. Plus, there was no ventilation. So, the smell could well come into the rooms after usage. The room had an iron table as well as hair dryer. Also, it had a small kitchen with induction stove. Room was cleaned every day. Front desk staff were helpful.

• Heidi (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing place! Super clean and modern and super spacious for Paris! friendly staff too. They even have a rooftop garden and a water machine in the reception area to refill your water bottle. excellent service! Lidl right next door too

• Abigail (10/5): - Very close to one of the main train stations in Paris! Spacious rooms, modern feel, polite staff. The water-bottle filling station was nice since buying water in Paris gets expensive. Would stay again!

• Deborah (10/5): - According to my husband and son who stayed there, this was by far the best place they have stayed in for this trip they took The apartment was beautiful, staff were friendly, place was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable and it was the best way to end their holiday.

Dislike: We had reserved three rooms with Expedia, but they couldn't find one room reservation, we had to show printed receipt to prove we had paid reservation. No vegan. veggie options for breakfast, but the kitchen made some special meal on request Some of the staff were indifferent, not very helpful Some cleaning staff were indifferent, had to request to get cleaning, but others were attentive

• Ashley LeAnn (10/5): - The staff were amazing, attentive, kind and made my overall experience, perfect!! The hotel was beyond clean, with great room amenities. The surrounding area had many shops, bistros and dining, you would not be bored, and close to metro. I was VERY pleased and looking forward to staying at AppartCity again.
• Amy (8/5): - Overall we liked our stay here while visiting Paris. It is farther away from most popular tourist areas. It is a short walk to the subway (M) station however the M is over crowded at rush hour. The hotel is modern and clean. Our only issue is our room keys kept not working, we had to have them fixed 3 times during our 3 night stay.
• Debora (6/5): Great location, poor service. - The room was modern and the hotel was in a good location. That said, we only had our room cleaned twice in two weeks. We took our trash down, had to request clean towels. Etc. Finally we bought toilet tissue, coffee and tea at the grocery store so, we could stop asking at the front desk. Also there was a lot of dust under the bed.
• Damien (10/5): Modern large rooms . Awesome breakfast - Large room for Paris hotels, of good size and that includes useful kitchenette. Modern continental breakfast.
