- Jasmine (5/5): meh. - bathroom smelt funky. just Canberra in general and that you can't cancel your booking. Also the fact you can't connect your phone to the tv even though it says you can. Mostly upset that you can't cancel even if you give a valid reason. A family member could be dying and they probably wouldn't give you a refund.

- Hassan (9/5): satisfied. - great value for $ it’s pretty hard to reach under the beds. i dropped both my keys & charger under the beds by accident and it took me around an hour to fish both of them out using a piece of rope…🤣 i feel like it wouldn’t have been possible to retrieve them otherwise if it wasn’t for my sheer resourcefulness and creative skill. anyone else would have lost both their keys + charger!

- Axel (9/5): Nice social place, deffinitely worth staying at - Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and beds were nice. The cooking erea was big and well equiped. Everything was clean, and there were more then enough toilets and showers. Also the events were fun, both travellers working people and staff have fun and have chats which made it verry fun to get to know everyone For how big the hostel is there is not to many people staying there, i booked a bed in a room of 8 but it was never full

- Ryley (8/5): Clean, basic, and comfortable - Great location. There is are plenty of shared spaces including multiple seating areas, a kitchen, and a dining area. Lots of bathrooms and they are cleaned fairly well. The rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable. The staff are also very friendly. Bring your own lock for the locker, and bring your own towel. They sell towels at reception for $8. The fridges are the one area of the property that isn’t cleaned regularly and I noticed food from people who checked out weeks ago 😬

- Rachel (9/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - The beds are really comfy. I like the code system, it means you never lose a key. The staff were friendly & helpful & there were events to meet people. The barhrooms & kitchen were in good working order, clean & there was always room, I often had the bathroom to myself for example which is great for a hostel. There were a couple of problems with another guest & with the lift but when I spoke to staff they sorted it out. It’s a good location, close to the city centre & also some nice parks.

Unexpected bonus were shampoos etc, digital keys allowing all members of family to access room at anytime without keycard, plus in-room mini fridge and tea & coffee. Didn't use the kitchen area but it looked clean and spacious, and the rooftop deck / chill out lounge was lovely. Heating wasn't working but luckily weather wasn't cold. Staff offered extra blankets if needed (they weren't).

- Maria (8/5): Nice bedrooms - Rooms are spacious and clean, each bed has a socket, curtain and a lamp. There is a nice common area and a rooftop to hang out. Aircon in the rooms! Bathrooms are decent with soap provided. Many times there are missing utensils in the kitchen such as forks or cups, simply not enough for the number of guests staying. Personally I don't like using my phone to unlock the room, I had to memorise the code instead. I would say it is on the more expensive end of the hostel range.
