• jacqueline (3/5): Beautiful house but neglected - The location Was not very clean windows really dirty fly screens covered in spider webs sand n some of the floors Front porch was full of garden rubbish and the garden most of the plants were dying from neglect

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the spacious, beautifully designed rooms. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The decor throughout the living areas and bedrooms was elegant and exceptionally well thought out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What really stood out were the thoughtful extras — from the collection of books to the variety of board games — which offered plenty of ways to relax and enjoy our time together. Overall, this property exceeded all expectations and provided the perfect balance of comfort, style, and entertainment. The only drawback was that the rear doors and windows had no blinds, which meant the inside of the property was visible from outside. This did impact privacy and would be worth addressing.

• Jessica (1/5): Bad - The place was double booked and I found out the day before my wedding when I rocked up to the accomodation to check in. There was no other accomodation available in albany that would fit the wedding party. Booking.com were rude and dismissive. They did not help us at all and we ended up being significantly out of pocket. I would highly recommend not booking this property through booking.com and going through the owners directly
