Shelley (6/5): Clean and comfortable hotel but amenities very poor compared to what is advertised. - Location was ok. Room was clean and modern. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. One of the more comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. View from room was beautiful, overlooking the Adelaide Hills. The car park we picked was a short walk from the hotel, but it was good value, using the exit tickets from the hotel ($28 a night) Water pressure in the shower was dreadful, worst I have experienced in a hotel. It made it difficult to properly wash my thick hair and get all the shampoo and conditioner out. On Saturday night we went to the restaurant for a late dinner (19:15). We were informed that the kitchen was closed but were welcome to have a drink. It was advertised that the restaurant was open until 21:00. We went back to our room and a short time later I placed an order for drinks to be delivered to the room. I was informed that they could supply bottles, but the bar was closed so I couldn't have the cocktails ordered. This was at about 20:00, again, it was advertised that the bar was open until 21:00.

Petra (8/5): Lovely room and hotel with minor issue. - Good location, nice room You could not switch off the a/c and it would blow straight onto the bed. That was very unpleasant. Also, during breakfast time a guy was vacuuming around the breakfast area. It was incredibly loud and took ages for him to finish. Spoilt our (expenive) breakfast because you couldn‘t even hear what the person opposite you was saying. I fully understand that cleaning is necessary but why not doing it at another time when the breakfast area is NOT full of people? Next day we went somewhere else for brekki, luckily there are good options nearby…

Joshua (6/5): - The staff, location and the brand - Wyndham. The bed in the first room ( 7th floor) was extremely uncomfortable - i woke up at 0300h with a a very sore back. I am very grateful though for the staff member who kindly changed my room ( to a great one on the 6th floor). The room was great and the bed was very comfortable.

We have been owners for over 30 years and have always had free to air options at other resorts. Also the remote for the air conditioning was complex and inoperable. A microwave would have been very useful.

Cheree (7/5): Average, definitely not as good as my previous stays at this location - Location is great. Breakfast was ok. The Mexican food I got as room service was great (very impressed). At breakfast, the bread was too large for the toaster so had to flip it over and reinsert which meant the middle ended up over cooked and the edges where undercooked. Water pressure was poor and there was a bad smell coming from the drains. Also, the pillows were either really hard or really soft (strange and uncomfortable combination)

Martin (10/5): - Lokalita je vyborná, cca. 20 minut pěšky od kongresového centra, kam ale lze jet i autobusy, s tím, že zastávky jsou kousek od hotelu, 5 minut pěšky od hotelu je velký park (Athletic field, location: -34.93662620955765, 138.60552407116396), kde lze běhat. Snídaně byly výborné. Velký park nedaleko umožňuje i noční pořízení snímku souhvězdí zvaného Jižní kříž, které je viditelné jen na jižní polokouli. Ve 03:00 ráno mně noční služba v hotelu ochotně ukázala, kterým směrem je souhvězdí vidět a doporučila výše uvedené místo (Athletic field), a snímky se podařily. Moc děkuji za ochotu!!

saad (3/5): Poor service hotel, could have stayed at a better hotel for the same price. - - breakfast at mamacita was alright and kitchen staff were accomodating. - its in the city - Staff were never present at the desk after 4pm, - Got told at check in that because i have a 2 night stay that means my room will never be cleaned and that if i need toiliteries i need just call, - i had to reserve a cot for my room that once we arrived realised was too big for the room and we needed the space and can have baby sleep on pram so i called reception who on the first night said housekeeping had “left” by 7pm, then promised will be handled in the morning, morning came and still cot was there, i left that afternoon and spoke to reception face to face and she assured me it will be handled by the time im back, came back that night to find the cot still there so i took it out myself cause i was sure housekeeping would have left for the night. - its an adelaide problem but for a hotel staff to not know what “halal” means and consider it for their breakfast options was sure a disappointment. Not muslim friendly

We enjoyed walking to all the inner city eating destinations, and walked to the AFL match at the Adelaide oval. We didn't like nothing. We thought the hotel was well run, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay was at our fingertips.

Ralf (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren sauber und recht groß. Das Personal war freundlich. Bei unserer Buchung war das Frühstück enthalten, es war ok. Die Lage ist recht zentral, in der Nähe gibt es viele Bushaltestellen. Restaurants, Cafes und Sehenswürdigkeiten teilweise auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es waren Kleinigkeiten. Das Personal schaffte es nicht, in 3 Tagen den vom Vornutzer verschlossenen Safe zu öffnen. Das Zertifikat vom TRYP Wifi war seit einem Monat abgelaufen. Es gab keine Desinfektionsmittel im Gym.

Kate (9/5): Excellent location, comfortable beds and a great shower. - The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice big shower. The location was great, walking distance to the shops and Victoria Park. There was a bit of smell from the drains, but it didn't really affect our stay. We would definitely come back again.
Neroli (8/5): Will ask more questions next time when I book - Great sized room, very quiet, happy to store luggage from an early arrival, accommodating with having the chef assist with cutting some foods for us as we had forgotten a sharp knife. I had the disability suite. Good thing I bought garbage bags with me as there was no bin. Room was the furthest room away from the lift which meant I had to walk further. If I had been in a wheelchair would not have been able to get into the bed as it was too high.

PASCAL (7/5): Un bon hôtel si le prix reste raisonnable. Attention à la facturation du parking le week-end. - L'hôtel était très bien, le personnel très agréable. La facturation du parking par l'hôtel le week-end au même tarif que la semaine alors que le parking avec lequel l'hôtel a un accord a un tarif plus faible le week-end. Attention de ne pas vous faire avoir. Le tarif un de la chambre un peu élevé pour la prestation
