- Marcia (10/5): - I wasn't able to stay as long and though the walk from Metro 5 to the hotel was rough looking and this was during the day, and I was about to be possibly mugged in the Metro 7 line but it was my Birthday, 12am and i looked super American. Although that's the same reason they backed away LOL. I would book again because the hotel was AMAZING the room was clean(I'm a germaphobe), the pool and restaurant patio were aesthetically beautiful. I wasn't a fan of breakfast full, the location right around the hotel was quiet and seemingly safe just be aware of your surroundings at night because it get really dark. I can't wait to return, probably with family and/or friends
- Latrenda C (10/5): - Absolutely love the vibe, feel and look of this hotel. Very quaint, boutique-ie, pretty. Love the bonus of the pool and spa access. Very satisfying for my first time stay in Paris. Lastly staff is super friendly and professional.
- MAKEDA (10/5): - We had an excellent stay at the Bloom hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We received a very cute toddler pack too with spa slippers for my 3 year old daughter which was a wonderful touch. Great location and stunning decor. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm glad I booked.

- Deepika (8/5): Cute little hotel - Cute little hotel in the 10th arrondisement. Close to gare du Nord, Louis blanc, Stalingrad metros. Area can get a bit shady at night but nothing scary. Close to cafes for a quick cafe

- Cecelia (10/5): - The staff at the property are exceptional! From check in to the bar there were some of the nicest people we encountered on our trip. 10 out of 10. The room was nice, and the pool was nice. My only complaints are the restaurant was not open (apparently it opens again In September, and that on Expedia it says there is a hot tub. The pool is a very comfortable warm and there is part of the pool that has jets and bubbles but it is not a hot water soaking tub of what I would expect on the United States.

- Hayley (10/5): - I needed a last minute place to stay after a train delay at Gare du Nord. I was exhausted, grumpy and just wanted to lay down! So glad I was able to find this place. It was a relaxing and tranquil reprieve from the chaos of the day. The room was pretty small, but I didn't really need a lot of space since I was traveling solo. The gym was great and the amenities were top notch.
- Geneviève (8/5): Perfect except food service - Everything was perfect except de restauration service : it was announced that if was open for dinner until 10 PM but when we arrived at 9 PM, we were told that it was not possible to eat.
- Melissa (10/5): - Lovely modern hotel. Staff were so nice. Only downside was room for your things in the hotel room. Space to hang things but didn't affect us as was only there one night! The pool was amazing. Daughters got a little treat bag for their bdays.
- Tracy (10/5): - I absolutely LOVED my stay here. I went to the sauna and pool first thing each morning, and truly enjoyed how easy it was to get around the city from the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, smells amazing, and is beautifully designed. Highly recommend it, I want to stay here again next time I visit Paris.
- Matthias (8/5): - Loved the two connected rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur. Rooms were small however and had no closet and only very limited storage space. Swimming pool is nice. Most interactions with staff were friendly. Breakfast was understaffed and service was not up to the level and price of the hotel. Location of the hotel is good for fast arrival from Gare du Nord or Gare de l’Est but not the best neighborhood and not directly connected to sights in the centre.

We only stayed for 1 night as we were leaving the next day but we wish we had stayed a few more nights to really enjoy the hotel! It’s not super close to the airport so that is the only thing to keep in mind! But hotel is amazing.

- Chris (10/5): Great stay close to Gare de Norde - Very convenient to Gare de Norde. The hotel was amazingly quiet for being so close to the train station - tranquility in a very busy area. room and bed were comfortable and staff was great.

Clean very clean but honestly if you stay a week they don't clean your room till later in the afternoon which is no good if you want to come back after a hot day n shower... the room is ok but the beds are double (kinda expect a bigger bed for this price) and the bathrooms are sort of in the bedroom. The two things tho that got my goat were unfriendly staff and the area is dog rough. The quality of the breakfast was really very good. The cold water was a nice touch but again really small caraffe to put it in. Its trying but just needs some tweaks. 4 coathangers and the clothes are on a rail. 1 drawer. When we turned up afternoon on monday we were told restaurant shut and room service is only available when the restaurant is open. Bar staff are friendly. But i didn't find other staff friendly and when I phoned and asked for a loo roll (room hadn’t been cleaned and we ran out) nothing came. Luckily I found a cleaner trolley and got one myself. Its all little things bit i just expect more for the price.

- Preea (10/5): - Conveniently located. Easy to catch an Uber or the metro, or simply walk around. I didn't have time for a massage but enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub everyday, which stayed open until 10p.m. I had a few issues - safe got locked, electrical stopped working. They were solved fairly easily by staff, who were always very friendly but it is a little annoying and can impend on your plans - I didn't want to leave my room until the safe was unlocked for instance.

- Jennifer (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bijou, and have a fascinating layout of having the sink of the bathroom in the room itself, with a modesty curtain you can pull around if you so choose. I have to say I'm not convinced by the "city view" of my balcony, but it was fun to be able to peer down over the outdoor eating area and see all my fellow residents as all balconies face into the same sheltered courtyard area. The pool and sauna are lovely, though the water was a little chill, but given it was 30 degrees when I went, I can't complain. There is a little gym with bikes and a rowing machine. I didn't have any meals at the property so cannot comment on that, but the bar was well stocked and had a relaxed atmosphere. Overall this is a nice oasis in north Paris, well served for public transport by being near Gare Du Nord and Gare De L'Est and a few different metro lines. Would stay again, but perhaps wouldn't spring the extra for the balcony!
- Tim (10/5): - Not my favorite part of Paris BUT 7 minute walk from Gare du Nord, great service, very clean and safe feeling! Not to mention they have connecting room options with a queen and two twins for families! We will definitely stay here again!
- Mellani (8/5): - This hotel is well located for Gare du Nord and probably about 6+ other metro stations within a 10 minute walk. Restaurant and downstairs areas are really nice. Buffet breakfast was also reasonable at 22 euros each. All staff very nice and helpful. We were on the top floor with lovely decor and a nice balcony. The only issues i had was there was no functional wardrobe - only a bar with 4 hangers provided. There was also no drawers anywhere in the room - even in the bedside tables so was very difficult with 2 people staying for 5 nights. There was also no mini bar/fridge. I feel like there was room for this under the desk and would make a big difference to people as somewhere to keep snacks etc. Perfect hotel for a short weekend trip or if you need a base thats well connected to other places in paris. Dont think its the right place for longer trips. The area can also feel quite shady at night if youre a solo female traveller. I was with my husband so wasnt an issue for me but wouldnt have walked there alone at night if i was on my own.

- Marine (10/5): Beautiful hotel close to Gare du Nord - Beautiful hotel situated in a quiet street 10min away from the station. Location wise it’s perfect and easy to find. The check in and rooms were perfect absolutely no complaints and the private balcony was an added bonus. The hotel itself is well decorated (smells really nice inside). The only slight downside was the slow service at the bar where I had to ask a couple times for a menu and to order even though it was quiet. But I can’t fault the actual politeness or kindness of the staff and would definitely come back again if I needed a quiet and stress free stay close to Gare du Nord.
- Michael (4/5): - I did like this property but there are a couple of simple things which did heavily disappoint me. The thermostat in the room did not work so I was unable to change the temperature in the room without calling reception which is very annoying and I had a marathon the following night so I did not sleep well as the room was either too cold or too hot, which as you can imagine was not very nice. Next, there was no fridge in the room for the value of the room you would expect. More so, the size of the room was smaller than expected. But the staff was excellent and the hotel is very nice with nice spa facilities but these things made my stay less pleasant and disappointing.

- RITA (10/5): Very convenient for Stansted - It’s right next to Stansted Airport, to the right ony a few minutes walk from the coach drop off, keep walking along the walkway to the end and you’ll see the hotel. No need for shuttle bus or taxi. The beds are lovely no complaints and there’s a busy bar downstairs.

- Lisa (10/5): A very pleasant & modern hotel - Lovely, modern hotel in easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Loved the decor and water fountains on each floor for still & sparkling water. Nespresso machine in the room. No air con so I imagine it’s very hot in the summer or noisy with the window/door open. Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working during our time there (28-31 March) which was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel. The swimming pool / jacuzzi were however great. The gym is small with aesthetically pleasing gym equipment but very cardio-centred.
- Tammy (10/5): Home away from home - Celebrated my birthday at Bloom House hotel and I couldn’t be happier. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Ali the mixologist gave us the best cocktails and our hotel room was exceptional. Can’t wait to go again!

I ate lunch at the restaurant, napped, used the gym and the facilities which was just what I needed. Had room service for dinner. Good night of sleep. Bed comfy and quiet. Buffet breakfast was good the next morning. Staff were very attentive. I traveled on my own and I’m really glad I picked this hotel for my first night in Paris before I met up with my friends.

- Daniellar (10/5): Blooming Lovely! - Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room with clever layout. Smart TV that allows you to chrome cast so not limited to local TV, good for those who want to chill in the hotel room. Pool & other amenities were very good. The hotel presents very well & looks like a new hotel. We had a 6 month old baby with us and the cot in our room was very comfortable & baby slept all night. The hotel is located at about 15 minute drive from Gard du Nord station and has grocery shops & restaurants within walking distance. If I had to improve something, though the staff as a whole were great, the restaurant service team could’ve been friendlier. Also, the beds had one rather flimsy pillow per person so could’ve been more comfortable. Nonetheless, we are planning to stay again when visiting Paris.

- Deborah (8/5): - We had a small but very comfortable room. The spa is a nice way to relax away from the hustle and bustle. We know Paris well so knew what to expect from the location; it’s a 10 minute walk to Port St Denis which has great restaurants. There isn’t anything obvious in terms of dinner/drinks immediately by the hotel. That didn’t detract for us but I think it could be more challenging for first time visitors.

- Dhruti (10/5): - We stayed at the property with our children (13 &10year old), for 3 nights at the beginning of Jan. It was very cold outside so we stayed in the hotel for much of the day. The pool, sauna and gym were lovely. Pool was a good size and water nice and warm. The staff were amazing very accommodating. We reach early and as our room was ready they let us check in before time. Also the resturant was closed during that time but they were kind to let us use the dining room tables to eat our own food. The only minor quibble we had, is that the shower has a clear glass door so no privacy. Which wouldn't be a problem in a double room, but we were in a family connecting rooms, so had to announce if someone was in the shower so they wouldn't come to the room. Also even if you locked the room from inside you could go into either rooms with the keycards so again a privacy issue. But other then that hotel was great and we had a fabulous time.

- Graham (10/5): - The hotel is lovely. We had a very comfortable stay with our two teenage kids. They had an adjoining room which worked really well and was good value compared with paying for 2 rooms. The spa and pool are easily accessed in the basement from the lift and they're kept very clean, well stocked with towels and beautifully warm. We went there each day after miles of walking round Paris and it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

We came during Christmas period so it was really refreshing to come back to a more quiet area. - ADRIANA (10/5): One day in Paris - Cute hotel, all remodeled, smelling so good (I even bought their Home diffuser Parfum!) and the sauna and swimming pool with hydro massage where a big plus after a day walking and visiting places in Paris! The street is nice but the neighborhood around is not so nice, but we’ve used Uber and it was close to Gare du Nord, which was very practical for us to get our train back to London. We had a wonderful stay! Also the restaurant is fantastic: delicious French dinner and buffet breakfast! Staff is really nice and polite!

The safe in our room was broken, The air conditioning didn’t work, The room didn’t have a fridge or an iron and the rooms were quite small (normal for Paris) but the hotel itself has a thoughtful design. Also, no doors on the showers so make sure you’re comfortable with guests!
