• Moenoa (7/5): Good for what we needed - Location, had everything we needed. Comfortable. Nice, tidy and clean. Check in instructions- Got confused looking for a mailbox that was completely covered by bush. Found it after abit. Also Noisy aircon! Can be heard throughout apartment. And the apartment complex pools quite dirty.

• Emma (10/5): Amazing, spotlessly clean apartment - This was our second stay at urban quarter and I couldn’t more highly recommend it. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the air conditioning is amazingly cold in Townsville’s heat, our host was easily to reach and helpful. The beds are so comfy. We will be back!

Everything we needed, including laundry and ours own bathrooms (2 couples). Very secure, pool is fabulous! 2 sets of keys would be great so we could be easily independent.
• Patricia (8/5): Would definitely stay at these apartments again - Location was excellent easy access to Flinders Street, Palmer Street and the footy ground. Mentioned a couple of maintenance issues to Steve the host on leaving and he was straight on to it 😀 have to say they didn't spoil our stay.

• Emma (10/5): Excellent, serviceable apartment, highly reccommend - The property was well appointed and felt like a home away from home, the beds were super comfy and everything was easily accessible. The veranda was a delight overlooking the water and the complex was clean, tidy and felt very safe. The air con was superb and super cold! It would have been extra helpful to have a spare doona in the cupboard or a doona on the bed, with the very effective cold air con I found myself a bit chilly sleeping at night

• Naomi (10/5): A lovely place to stay - A beautifully decorated apartment with everything a family needed to spend 2 nights. I loved the location, with a walking path at the front entrance so the kids could burn off energy. Beautiful view of the city and river. The apartment was well equipped with good quality cooking pans & cutlery. Secure parking on site in an underground carpark, space to park outside off the street also. Elevator to make carting your luggage easier. Lovely pool area & BBQ. Beds were superbly comfortable. Was a little difficult to find the letterbox to get the key. Key fob didn't want to work at times when re-entering the garage. Would be handy to get information on which button opens which door. Some mould present on ensuite ceiling.

Our large 4WD with roof rack fit in the undercover parking which almost never happens! Air-conditioning settings were fixed at a particular temperature, at times a little cool. Microwave on top of the fridge was not practical.

If you like walking like me it is in a nice walking distance to the Strand and to the Goat Track up Castle Hill. Location, excellent security and comfortable spacious living.

• Chloe (9/5): I believe you won’t be disappointed with your stay! It made us see Townsville in a new light! - Amazing location, unit was beautiful and clean. Fitted out with good quality furnishings and sheets. It is wonderful to have unmetered wifi and a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is secure and beautifully kept, we recommend taking some tennis racquets to enjoy the court and the pool is beautiful. I’m fussy about where my car is garaged and the under cover parking was extremely secure and roomy enough to fit our MUX. Also the lift from your car park spot is super close. The view over the river is beautiful in the early morning and afternoon. The stadium is just across the small bridge and you are there. The location is perfection for the stadium, a stroll to the strand, flinders streets markets on a Sunday and the Grand chancellors buffet breakfast is delicious! Also very affordable too. The unit was lovely and quiet, well thought out with spare bin bags, dishwashing tablets, etc along with a sneaky bottle of wine was a lovely touch to arrive to. The plate options were great too, I had to make a platter and they had chopping boards and a huge square plate available to use! Steve was fast with communication and happy to help with questions we had. I don’t think I’d book anywhere else if I returned to Townsville! Can not recommend this place enough! The unit does need ceiling fans, the ducted aircon is just not cold enough at night when sleeping for us. Soft close toilet seats would be better also. Wish list item would be a bar height 6 seater setting on the balcony, the 4 seater is just a little squishy.
• Elizabeth (9/5): A very comfortable apartment in a handy location. - Really nice apartment, lots of space, great kitchen. The pool is good and the whole complex is really well kept, neat and tidy. There is a Woollies and lots of restaurants close by plus a bus stop if required. The manager was really helpful in arranging early check-in and late departures so we weren’t hanging around for hours and hours before and after flights. If I had to nitpick, I’d say a few things that would have been helpful in the kitchen are glad wrap, foil, sealable plastic containers for leftovers.
