- Stan (5/5): Miserable, Lucky we only had booked the one night - The place was well kept, the room was clean and communication via text was clear and information provided was good The main window on the living area had no blind just a light lace curtain. No privacy from the shared courtyard area. Or insulation from the cold. While the revers cycle air conditioner kept the main room warm, the bedroom was cold. Bedding was inadequate for this time of year. Just one small blanket in the cupboard. Should have been a Donna on the main bed in a Donna cover. Do not use them without a cover, not good Hygiene. Hot water is an on-demand system. The kitchen tap refused to provide hot water no matter how long we ran it, shower and bathroom sink worked fine. Noticed this building was different to the others being a light frame Fibro construct, all other buildings were brick and mostly empty. Also not everyone is comfortable using an electric blanket, we would still use it short term and turn it off after warming the bed. But not enough covers to keep the bed warm anyway. We slept in our track pants and hoodies to stay warm

Great location only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The only thing that was a concern was there was no sensor lighting coming into the property when it was dark. It was very hard to see when driving in but worse when we walked back from shops.

- Susanne (9/5): A great place to stay. - The 1 bedroom unit had a well equipped kitchen with oven and cooktop, air fryer and microwave. All cooking bowls pots and utensils Crockery and cutlery were clean and looked new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and included a washing machine if needed. All very clean. Situated near shops and beach. Front door was very tight to open and close. Had to be careful that it was shut and locked when you went out.

You have done an amazing job in presenting these extremely well equipped units. We will stay again soon. I didn’t see any staff but that didn’t really matter. Easy check in. Lots of cleaning materials. Maybe more towels would be good especially floor towel for the shower.

We arrived just after 2 looking then called the number to find out about drop box to pick up the keys. 28 degrees and to find out the pool was unserviceable until further notice, this was not mentioned at all even though we were given an alternate pool to use 1km but it takes a quick swim an adventure. Rubbish was found on the table inside.

Only negative in our stay was that on our fridge it stated that Unit 9 had a free Wifi service but when i rang up i was told there was no free Wifi. So we had to both use our mobile phone data which we both Thankyou at the prices if similar to this time we would 100%"stay longer than this time we srayed.

Couldn’t find laundry facilities, and no WIFI and personal hotspot was always great so made it slightly harder - also there was very loud families next to and opposite and across in fact in every unit they came away together so from 7am till midnight non stop parents shouting, banging and kids screaming running around outside our unit windows so with us as family having our kids trying to sleep was a bit difficult.

- Thuy-Anh (8/5): - Loved the location and the layout of the cabin. It was perfect for a short family getaway. We loved that it is walking distance to the shops, beach and playground. The only thing was the fridge wasn’t working properly so unfortunately our food was spoiled. I’m sure it would have been rectified but since we only stayed one full day, it was okay. Other than that, it was close to perfect for us!

That was changed quickly but cutlery and plates were left dirty and had to clean all ourselves before we could use them. Plumbing was very noisy...affected by neighbouring cabin.
