We make use of the parking as it's not a tight parking lot like some other spots in town. The room is clean and comfortable. We've stayed twice and found the bed always comfy. The bathroom is nice and the shower has good pressure.

- Nicola (8/5): - We had a late check in. 20 minutes after arriving in our room we pulled the covers back to find a very large yellow stain on the bed. The kitchenette had food splashed on it with a large stain on the bench top. There was hair throughout the bathroom and on the floor. Thankfully after calling down to reception to inform them of the state of the room, the manager promptly placed us in a new room which was much cleaner. It wasn’t the same as the room we had booked but we were happy it was clean. Disappointing start to the trip. Beds were comfortable. Hotel access was easy.

- Tanya (8/5): - We stayed for 4 nights over Easter. Great area to stay in with Trams nearby and loads of places to eat. The hotel sits on top of a shopping precinct which is great. Not noisy at all and handy to duck down to if you want something to eat or drink. Unfortunately for us we stayed over Easter so our room was never made up during the day due to staff not working, but apart from that it was a really nice room, clean, comfortable and had a small kitchen area. Would definately stay there again

Room overlooked a car park with a lot of teens hanging out in cars and on bikes filming and taking photos, some noise about . Washed our clothes and the washing machine leaked to the door and needed to use our bath towels to soak up, dryer didn’t work so everything wet. No house keeping so didn’t make beds, or replace dirty towels and no replacements of coffee.

- Taylar (4/5): - honestly this was super disappointing. my partner and i booked this for our anniversary and the only positive was the location. the room was dirty, black mould in the shower along with the grout being orange, not white. finger prints all over the mirror and the kitchen utensils were not clean, along with the counter top. we booked a king bed room and were given two single beds put together, which was uncomfortable. the whole 7th level also smelt really strongly of what we believe was dr*gs?? not sure if any other guests reported this but we didn’t feel very comfortable. our room was also right outside the elevator. won’t be booking again

Nesuto was a nice place to stay but their beds were not comfortable and some amenities are hard to find in the rooms. Also their reception communication is not the friendliest. Otherwise nice to place to stay max for 1-2 days. Not more than that.

The street around the hotel this time was filthy, and there were smokers literally outside the main entrance, making entering for an asthmatic a nightmare.We also found multiple hairs in our bed-not ours- and there was no coffee or milk, so we had to buy some.The saving grace for this hotel is the staff are very friendly and helpful, so we will stay here again, just hope we don't get evacuated again!! haha

There was yelling and yahooing from people walking down the street at all hours, as well as noise from kids going up and down the hallway in the morning. The door was hard to open and the gap under it was large enough for a large moth to come and go. The air conditioner in the room was super loud. Pillows were uncomfortable, towels were scratchy and toilet paper was cheap. For the price I would have expected more.

- kim (10/5): - Great location. Parking is a strange set up with elevators not going to all levels and having to walk out to the car park for reception but all in all a good property.
- Lloyd (8/5): - Very convenient location with good parking (shared with shopping centre). Easy walk to the dockland piers and great restaurants in the area. Rooms are a good size and were clean. Would stay here again.
- VICKY (10/5): - Easy access to a lot of things, close to a shopping centre which had grocery, as well as dining options.
