• Annecchini (7/5): Clean and accommodating - The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great, our view was nice and we really enjoyed the large indoor swimming pool. For the price, this was a great accommodation choice. It's not a fancy hotel, but you have everything that you need. We didn't use the kitchen as we were more interested in trying out the amazing restaurants in the city, but it would be useful to anyone who wanted to cook their own meals. The bed wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped and the toilet kept making a flushing sound even when it wasn't in use. Otherwise everything was great and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

The balcony was locked and when I asked the reception to open it they claimed that the balconies lock at 10pm. • Danny (9/5): Great value apartments in West Melbourne - Great staff, relatively convenient location (2 blocks to tram and 4 to southern cross trains and airport buses), excellent pool, grocery downstairs and supermarket nearby. Recommend if you are looking this area. Southern side of building looks over the remand prison to the city, not their fault I guess, this time we were on the north side.

It is conveniently left cated on the same street as the southern cross station and the trip from and the airport is a breeze. Just get on the Sky Bus! Traveling across Victoria could not be more convenient. The sound profiling in the building is excellent and even early morning trains will not bother your sleep. It is 5 minutes leisure stroll away from the beautiful park and victoria market. The convenient Asian grossery in the same building offers good variety of daily necessities. Amenities are all well maintained .they have a very impressive gym and large swimming pool to enjoy. Reception is very friendly and always there to help you from early morning till 11 pm. I would like to thank Timothy, Kristina and Mikosh for making this stay feel like home. I have nothing to be unhappy with:)

• Brooke (1/5): Continuously disappointed by this property. I won’t be returning again. - The location is fairly convenient. Close to the city but not right in the thick of the traffic and difficult parking options. Unfortunately, this property doesn’t value return guests. I’ve stayed here multiple times and each time I return, I’m more and more disappointed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, you never know what style of room you’re going to get, it’s always very misleading, the hallways smell like rotten fish..to the point it makes you want to vomit from the stench, staff aren’t flexible at all with allocating rooms.

• Piper (9/5): 10/10 WOULD STAY AGAIN. - I loved the layout of the room and the size of it as well. It was easy to get to and a lot of stores, tram stops and food around the area. I also loved how lovely reception was and the option to get your luggage there if you need when you check out is great. I loved everything, but there was quite a bit of a sewage smell in the hallway, but you couldn't smell it in the room so I didn't mind.

• Mary Jane (8/5): Spacious, modern and luxury unit. - The location is amazing. The unit is well set up. The view is stunning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the apartment has strong potential, but there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance guest comfort and convenience. The apartment itself is a great size with a beautiful view, and the living area is well-appointed. However, we experienced some issues on arrival, such as the TV not working, which was a bit disappointing but the staff sorted it for us. In terms of amenities, the kitchen felt under-equipped. There were no kitchen towels and we have to ask the reception to provide us. There was no ice tray and very minimal cutlery. When you are staying for few days you have to keep washing. There was no large bowl for food preparation or serving or salad bowls. Basic items like cling film or foil were also not provided. Compared to other Airbnb properties we’ve stayed in, we usually expect essentials such as coffee and cooking oil to be available. Most of the property we stayed, there is always a welcome beverage such as a wine or something. Here there is none. The dishwasher was still full and not unpacked when we arrived, which gave an unprepared impression. The sofa was also quite very uncomfortable, making it less enjoyable to relax in the living area. It hurts my back sitting on it that I have to sit in the dining chair the whole time. I really hope they will get a new couch as not good for sitting and relaxing. Yes they are aesthetically nice but not comfortable at all. We stayed for 9 days and we were unwell due to influenza but you can’t rest and relax in the couch as after a while double back will hurt. In the bathroom, additional towel hangers would be very helpful, and the layout felt quite congested, especially with the shower and laundry area combined. A sliding door instead of a bifold door might improve the space and usability. Small touches like providing lotion would also elevate the guest experience.

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine, but there were a couple of cafes across the road, so it didn't negatively affect our stay.

• Tom (8/5): Great apartment with amenities to explore Melbourne CBD and its surroundings - Great location around CBD with spacious apartments that have everything you need to discover Melbourne and its surroundings for a few days. The view over CBD is great, and the location is close to the Queen Victoria Market and in 15-20 minutes on foot you're right in CBD (even closer you can use the free tram in the CBD). We arrived super late from a long flight and key pickup from the concierge was super easy and quick. The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner, and some utensils and/or appliances could be renewed at this point.
• Michael (8/5): - Without a doubt the staff at reception were fantastic. We stayed twice, once at the start if the holiday, once at the end. We left something on our first visit and it was waiting for us on our return 10 weeks later. Left luggage availability, most air bnbs do not offer this. Great views. Could have been cleaner, but only small things noticeable. Very sparce equipment, but enough for what you need. Eg. Cooking oil and MIK clean etc would take it from an 8 to a 10. I'm Mik.
