- Ian Piper (7/5): Harbour Quays Biggera Waters - Location near Harbour Town, the Broadwater and fresh Seafood store. The unit was as new, beautiful and too spacious. Needs some indoor plants and other decor to fill the emptyness. The car park is Not Suitable for 4x4. The spaces are too thin, too short and the ceiling is too low if you have a roof rack with gear on it.

- Jacqueline (9/5): I would highly recommend and definitely come back again. - It was the perfect location for visiting the theme parks. Close to shopping centres, food etc. The apartment was great value for price and location, and the property manager who we spoke with was fantastic and helpful. The outdoor pool area in the facility and spa was great as well. The only downfall was the wifi. It was very slow and even struggled with streaming apps on the TV.
- Kim (8/5): I would stay here again - Wasn’t far to surfers paradise just far enough away from the busy area. For what we needed it was in a good location and walking distance to Harbour Town , the Tavern, short driving distance to the theme parks . Theses a very small things that needed attention to. Doors not closing properly in main bedroom , fan in ensuite bathroom not working, bedroom near main bathroom no cover over switch, air fryer not clean, bedroom near veranda curtain not rolling. Needs a few more condiment items in kitchen. Staff member on arrival very nice and helpful during our stay. Thank you very kindly to this lady 🙂

The place was dirty and had splatter marks on ceiling from aircon so basic maintenance isn’t upheld

Great location for kids, not only the pool, but also we can access to grass area and playground from the apartment. There were lots of kitchen staff, was happy to use air fryer for my kids. My kids stayed the rooms with frosted glass door then woke up early as the morning lights came in. If the curtains were black out, that’ll be perfect for us.

- LOUISE (8/5): Chilled and relaxing - The location The car spaces are small There was no pegs and washing liquid for interstate travellers that would have been handing. We brought washing liquid but couldn’t take it with us. The bathrooms could have been a little bit more cleaner in the shower.
- Raymond (9/5): - We were notified by the staff that an item was left behind, communication was great and the assistance offered was appreciated. The text updates prior, during and after our stay was also great. And the apartment was excellent, spacious, quiet, next door to Harbour Town shops and outlets and the people we ran into that live there were all friendly. The only thing was the allocated car space. Having a big car and that the space had a storage unit in it also caused extra effort in parking and made it difficult to get in/out of not only our car but likely the car parked next to us also.

The apartment was better than expected especially for how affordable it was. The location was really good having easy access to a pool and barbecue was great when travelling with a big group of friends. Would definitely recommend for group or solo trips. It was a bit hard to find the apartment and the bedding could have been better.

So good that it had a washing machine after a few days in Brisbane. Was a godsend. Great cooking facilities. Close to a massive shopping complex. Really enjoyed our stay there. Beware the permanent residents - We no loved the location- and that we could fit all 7 of us in one apartment It could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom in particular. We also had an unpleasant moment when sitting in the balcony planning the next day with our kids when one of the residents started yelling at us to be quiet and continued with this long after we apologised and moved very quickly inside. It was 7.45pm and we weren’t being especially loud - just talking and laughing with our kids. It put a bit of a downer on our use of the space to spend our family time together.

Not enough towel racks in the bathroom only two for four people, elevator doors were way too quick to close and we were caught several times trying to carry things in and get in ourselves.

Second bedroom on the left had blood stained bedding. Check in process a little complicated. A note was left to say 9am check in, but no one was present. About 20 mins later, a lady asked if we had messaged to say we were half hour away. Miss communication here.
