- Nicky (3/5): Wouldn't stay here again if I was offered a free stay - The location was the best part and there were always plenty of car parks to choose from. The signage on the exterior of the building was lacking, I had no idea where to go in for the accommodation part and ended up having to go through the pokies. The staff member who checked me in was sarcastic and rude. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it had no form whatsoever and I barely got any sleep while I stayed there. The shower recess was old and looked mouldy, in addition there was a shower curtain, not a proper shower. There was no door sign to advise if I didn't want the room made up. There was a QR code in the room to 'tap & order' but no ability to order food, there was an additional poster in the room saying they had no kitchen. There were no laundry facilities. I did have a meal at the pub (Empire Hotel) downstairs, which appeared to be a reheated frozen pizza which was still cold in the middle and very soggy. Frankly I was surprised and happy my car was still in the car park in the mornings.

- Van Dijk (9/5): Wonderful stay finished with a beer and coffee at the bar on our return from the restaurants - Staff were extremely helpful Carried our bags up the stairs to our room. The kitchen was out of order but snacks were available over the bar. The staff told us exactly where to find some great restaurants. The room was smallish but really well appointed. Being aged stairs make it difficult, but we certainly managed thanks to the staff.

- Tea (10/5): Very clean, kind staff, and had more than what I expected. - I liked that it was near a few shops that I could walk to, and that the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a few very heavy bags and they helped out with those, which was so lovely. They were very punctual and kind. Having to drag everything up the stairs was a bit of a challenge, but absolutely nobody can fix that, so it's okay. I didn't mind too much.
