• Jenilee (5/5): Was clean and close to football stadium, but barely slept due to noise on the next level. - The keyless entry made it hard at times to use the lift, as the app only worked occasionally and having to put the pin in constantly was a pain. Key fob was not found until we were checking out. Apartment above us seemed to be partying to all hours of the morning both nights, constant scraping of chairs. Girls running up and down corridor on level 3 early Sunday morning.

• Sarah (6/5): Not worth the money. Make it cheaper if you’re gonna hire cleaners that don’t do their jobs. - The property it’s self was beautiful. The room I booked, was disgusting. Cigarette butts in the garden from previous stayers, mouldy potato and gravy left in the microwave from previous stayers, colouring ins left from children that hadn’t been thrown out. Considering I paid near 2 grand, it was not worth it.

• Mariaan (9/5): Close to city and easy access to highway, everything you need for a self service apartment. And very good price for what - It was a great property. Everything is electronic, no keys, no staff but everything was explained really well. Send a message after we check out and the staff immediately replied with a very friendly message. Will book here again. The bathroom was not well cleaned, and some extra towels would have been great. Could not put washing liquid is dispenser. The washing powder dispenser was obstructed by a door. Tje dryer does not work well. Had washing in the dryer the whole night and it did not dry the towels I washed. It was just blowing cold air no matter what setting I tried, but in saying that I might have not selected the right options.

• Katie (10/5): Really nice accommodation, would stay again - Modern, nice, well-appointed apartment with all amenities and home comforts. Location was easy to find, limited free street parking outside, secure, and comfortable. Rooftop pool, spa and sauna were also really nice. The removable flap seal at the bottom of the shower door was filthy and left chunks of mold and build up on the bath mat. It’s a really easy thing to clean and a shame that this detail is missed. There is a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom/shower drains.

• Dawson (7/5): Clean, great value for money. - Contactless accommodation. Cleanliness. Value for money. Space and facilities were great! Nothing about the property, but other guests staying on the Rambla floors, on both the nights we stayed did not abide by the ‘no party’ rules, meaning very minimal sleep was had. Perhaps it’s a great choice for young people who are up for a party, but families may have a challenging experience. Would stay again but maybe through a week night to avoid potential of party goers

• Melanie (5/5): Good location - Great location The rooftop pool and spa were nice Good kitchen with everything you need to self cater for a short stay Our room hadn't been cleaned properly - we found a half drunk Pepsi under the bed, chocolate smooshed into the couch, and generally a lot of stains and marks throughout I had requested the sofa bed but that request was lost. Staff member on the phone was apologetic but unable to offer any solution.
• Brandi (8/5): Great room with all the amenities you need for a long stay. - Room was great with everything a normal hotel would provide. Added bonus was having a washer and dryer in the room. Having parking on site was nice as well, but could be added into the overall price. It was almost a must have to download the digital key. The code was hard to type into the elevator to get to your floor. Recommend forcing the prior download of the app. Another couple was having the same problems we did because they didn't have the digital key app and when trying to download the app was giving them problems.

Gorgeous double bed and balcony. Can connect to tv and watch whatever you like via phone. Loved it. Getting the train to town but it was only 10 minutes, not a dislike at all but it’s not centre of Brisbane. Can walk into town too.

One of the main reasons we booked was to have access to the pool and gym but we found that we couldn’t access them. We called for assistance but still couldn’t get in.

Won’t be staying again
