Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Daniel (10/5): Anytime we return to Canberra we will 100% be back to stay here. - The staff were excellent upon arrival and gave us gifts as we were there over Mother’s Day. The rooms were exactly as described and extremely modern and well finished. The pool, gym and sauna are all really well equipped and all in great condition. It would be great to have a restaurant or room service but that was made aware to us prior to booking so definitely not a negative as we chose to stay there. Heaps of food options within walking distance around civic.

Yaniv (3/5): Not as expected - We really like Meriton in general, the lobby is amazing and 4 elevators make going between floors very easy The room we were in was not clean, there was rubbish still in the bin and stuff in the cupboard. When noted to the staff it was quickly taken care of. The pool and gym, which were the reason to prefer Meriton for a one-night stay, were not available (under maintenance)

George (10/5): Above standard of many Suite locations. Well done Meriton Canberra - Overall from front of building to room the location was clean and tidy. The staff from reception to room service where friendly and greeted us professionally. The Suite was well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee pod machine was great...real coffee! Very spacious and lovely view from our room. Swimming pool etc. Modern individual key - when scanned at elevator it tells you which lift will open out of the 3 available - no guessing. Great water pressure in the shower too. As with other locations a toothbrush holder would always be a bonus. No need for toothbrushes, just a holder. Even though you are not a hotel, just some information on what we can do in Canberra would have been a bonus. Having thick glass on the sliding doors is great for noise but it was very hard to slide them open and close to the balcony. Could not find a small dish rack - small one or a half one over the sink to drain dishes would be great.
