Guest Reviews
- Megan (10/5): Reasonable price and super clean and comfortable. - Cleanliness, friendly staff, plenty of pillows and blankets. Had a lovely meal in the pub, beautifully cooked and prepared. Bed lights not working and no curtain over the window blinds to block out the light, the milk was frozen (really minor things really as pretty good).
- Terry (8/5): - Alwaya a very pleasant stay. Really comfy bed. Maybe the small wash basin.no bed lamp. The only light was a very bright ceilinv flourescent.

- Paul (10/5): The staff at the bar are bloody legends above and beyond I’ll definitely be back - Close to pub Nothing bad to say
- Rob (8/5): -
- Vito (10/5): Excellent very happy with it all - Value for money It’s the type of people that they attract because it’s super budget. An example of this was somebody vomited in the car park sad but this is nothing to do with the hotel service. This is more so the people.

- Janette (9/5): Pleasant apart from the early wake-up - Convenient location. Great food This is our fourth stay here and each time the lamps above the bed were not working. Renovations happening, which is great, but the workmen were very noisy throwing waste into the skip bin right outside our door at 6.30am!
- Robert (7/5): - comfortable and clean
- Peter (7/5): - Nice room, could open window, great shower. Fish and chips in the bar were poor.

- Brad (2/5): Won’t stay here again if you paid me - Great friendly staff, free meal for my partner and I and our 3 year old Room stank of sewage, relocated to another room the following day and the smell started again after a couple hours coming up from the floor wastes, daughter woke up with a pretty bad chesty cough so checked out early
- Dylan (8/5): -
- Barbara (9/5): Excellent accommodation - The beds and pillows were excellent. What brand are they? Nothing
- Christopher (4/5): Don't expect too much for your money. - Staff were friendly, mostly helpful and pub was quite nice.
Room was also clean and tidy. Car park lit up during the night with flood lights, blinds in windows inadequate to keep room dark and as a result, poor quality sleep. A lot of places don't get the basics right, this was one.
Additionally, room wasn't ready when I specifically requested early check in (I arrived between 12:00-1:00 as I said I would) and no tea/coffee was in the room, these two are more minor issues though.
- Lachlan (4/5): - Heating in room was excellent and showers were hot with a great amount of water flow and pressure The smell of cigarette smoke is through every thing was a little unclean under edges of beds and walls in bathroom

- Pauline (7/5): The property is of age the bathroom tiles seemseemed to be renovated not long ago that Small things like the shower curt - Close to town and amenities The property is of age the bathroom tiles seemseemed to be renovated not long ago that Small things like the shower curtain could be changed and the exhaust fan filter needed cleaning badly. The Room and its Furniture is dated and could do with an upgrade. Otherwise it was comfortable and you pay for what you get. The only downfall was the odd smell and I suggest they air the rooms more frequently.

- Terry (8/5): very convenient and pleasant. Nice people running he place. :-) - Very small wash basin. Other than that, very pleased and a quiet convenient place.

- Carol (9/5): I’d stay again for location and staff. - Great helpful staff, brilliant location for my event. Clean and tidy room. The front door was hard to open and close. My bed base was torn and a damaged
- Mark (3/5): - Location The smell of the room
- Clitie (8/5): - As above rating
- Rodney (6/5): - Would be good if there was a microwave in the room. The shutters alone don't make the room dark enough to sleep in. We had to put a black blanket up to keep the lights from the car park out of pur room to sleep.
- BRUCE (6/5): - Dusty blinds and light fittings. Shower gel bottle was empty. Suggest blockout blinds due to hotel carpark lights on all night.
Convenient location, great food in bistro.
- Lawrence (6/5): - The room was cramped and the traffic noise was off putting.
Outside my room was dirty with cigarette butts at the entrance.
- Kaylene (8/5): - Pleasant stay
- Sharon (8/5): - Perfect for a night over stop
- Rodney (8/5): Happy place to stay - Nice motel wkng at the back of hotel. Evening dinner specials in hotel.
- Gary (8/5): - A
- Jiao (6/5): - Good location. The property needs some good renovation, very old, a little bit dirty. Sink is too small to use, impossible to fit in kettle to get water.
- Michelle (9/5): Great place - Quiet
- Ronald (6/5): -
- Gary (10/5): - Clean and comfortable.
- Margaret (10/5): - The meal at night was good
- Wayne (7/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet. - The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff especially Michelle and her partner were exceptional and very accommodating. The rooms were great with the exception of an evening when they were lit up like a Christmas Tree. The reason for this was a poorly positioned spot light in the car park. There were Venetian blinds in the room, however a good quality blockout curtain would be very beneficial to patrons for a better nights sleep.
- Simon (8/5): -
- Darren (6/5): - Ease of access
- Robert (8/5): - Easy check in very clean
- Gary (10/5): - Room was very clean. Hotel has good facilities and is very well presented, staff are friendly and helpful.

- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (4/5): - cleanliness ok lighting and fixtures poor shower water only just passable condition ok bedding and heating reasonable overall 5 out of 10 or 21/2 stars.showing its age.
- Stephen (9/5): Value with everything you need. - Easy access
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Great parking for heavy trucks
- PUNEET (10/5): - Nice service
- Liz (8/5): - It was comfortable and convenient. Wondered about whoever did the room cleaning before we arrived as there was a black camisole left on the floor in the bedroom which should have been obvious to anyone vacuuming.
- Yee Tang Etta (8/5): - Like: staffs were nice and helpful. Pub is available with good price, very convenience for a cold and wet night.
Dislike: There is smell in the room, no hair dryer available
- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Raymond (8/5): - The hotel
- Rachael (10/5): - Good place food good
- Scott (10/5): - Great people
- Denis and Debra (8/5): - Good old fashioned Motel room, the ones I like. Car is close by, room size is perfect for one person. Everything functions and is good value for money. Hotel is right there, offering good bar facilities and meal options. Would stay again.
- Nola (8/5): - Easy and location of getting around, quite location.
did not like the fact that we had to sign using our own log in devices. Would be better if we could watch just normal stations with out logging in.
- Melanie (8/5): - Good little place to stay for a night or two. Pub is great for a feed. Staff are super friendly. Room is small standard hotel room in a town. Clean and the door locks.
- Debbie (9/5): Superb - Location noise, but this was expected
- John (6/5): - It was ok for 1 night
- Cheryl (8/5): All though the staff were friendly and accommodating, maybe the manager should do a course in TAB Ch - Friendly staff Quality of the food
- Alejandro (4/5): - unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The room did not smell very nice. There was a lot of noise from people leaving the pub.
Trying to find where the reception wasn't intuitive
not sure i will stay there again
- Amanda (10/5): very comfortable and home like - the parking and very easy to find nothing
- Nikki (6/5): - Area was quiet. Even though it was at a pub. Private bathroom was a nice touch. The owner was a lovely lady. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows didn’t have a nice smell to them. Split system didn’t work real well so we were a bit cold. Luckily there was plenty of blankets.
- Duygu (6/5): - .
- Antony (10/5): - All rooms are in ground floor where we can park our car in front.
- Terrence (6/5): - In a bad part of town- it was cheap- did the job
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy rooms at a good economical price and the staff were incredibly friendly It was all good
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - The beer
- Graeme (7/5): Acceptable - Location to race track Indigenous drunk people
- Kim (10/5): - Perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay
- Raymond (8/5): - Older type motel rooms at rear of the hotel.
Very clean and nearby to the city of Bathurst.
Ideal for our stay.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Beautiful room with comfortable beds. The bistro was very nice with good quality food at reasonable prices. Would definitely stay there again.
- Susan (4/5): I wouldn’t stay again - Very noisy, blinds didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t stay shut
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - It was nice and comfortable, but parking for the rooms was not separate so when I was out having dinner I had to park out on the street and retrieve my late at night by myself when they said that someone was going to come get me.
But on the whole a nice place to stay.
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hugo (7/5): Good - Friendly welcoming staff. No soap in shower or room. Noisy aircon and adjacent customers.
- Lyn (7/5): Good -
- Dimitri (7/5): Good -
- Bradley (8/5): - It was ok , a unique experience , staff and locals were very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed it
- Anne-marie (3/5): Highway motel when you are desperate for a place to stay - This is a highway motel that should not cost more than $100 a night max. Charging $400 per night for very basic accommodation is not ethical. It was clean and tidy, but the blinds don’t block out light, the ac was on the brink, the tv didn’t work and you could hear every time someone next door showered or went to the bathroom. No WiFi, no pool, no spa etc for the cost. It is a basic motel, not worth $400 a night.
