• Maurice (1/5): Good location, terrible apartment - Nothing, there was a bad smell and it was filthy Everything, the rubbish shoot is broken in the building with 6 months and people are going down in the lifts with bags of rubbish stinking the whole place

• Paul (5/5): Great location. Apartment not clean. Staff difficult to deal with - Location was great Property wasn’t very clean. Sink was damaged. Shower was mouldy. Staff were difficult to deal with and trying to enforce conditions on arrival that were not disclosed in their policies.
• Yetty (8/5): Very good - Good space , location is in Melbourne CBD, tram stop and train station are nearby. It just need a good dusting, bedsheets and towels are clean , so it didn’t really bother me since we spent most of our time outside mostly.

• Leearna (7/5): Good - Many of the dishes, cups and glasses in the cupboard were dirty. I had to wash them all. While they may be attributable to other guests not following rules, the cleaners ought to be checking these things.

I can hear car honks and crowd from the street even i am on 30th floor. The window not soundproof enough. The air con only in the living room. So the 2 bedrooms didn’t have air con

• Ethan (6/5): Great location, needs some improvements - The property is in a great location and close to everything you could need. the room has great facilities for long stays. If the process of getting the keys could be simplified, and the ability to get a second key for when travelling in a group, and the cleanliness was improved this would be the perfect place to stay. Considering $125 of the cost was a cleaning fee the room was in no way clean, sheets were stained and dust everywhere just to name a few issues. Getting the keys to get into the apartment was a whole process, this was also partially due to our flight being delayed, multiple phone calls had to be made to find where our key was as we were constantly told the wrong information or only half the details.
