• Jenna (1/5): Very very disappointing. Dirty gross - This place was by far the worse accomodation we have ever stayed in . It was so dirty the sheets weren't clean the floor wasn't washed there was no toilet paper the towels were smelly we told the head cleaner he was nice he came in a quickly mafe things to a okay standard but it was so bad. Nothing to wash dishes with no sponges it was overall really bad for the price we paid we wont go there again Anything overall was worse accomodation

• Cunnew (4/5): - The location was good, The chalet we booked was for three adults and we were given 1 double room and a room with 2 sets of small bunk beds. The double bed ( supposed to be a queen) was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on Metal creeky frame thin mattress and moved and creeked every time we moved. The bunks were small and not big enough for an adult. The bin in the cupboard in the kitchen was not emptied and smelt too. Also during the 1st evening of our stay we had to separate lots of people stop at our chalet and said they were booked in our same chalet, which caused confusion for all. Not a good experience a same really.

• Brigitte (5/5): - Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, E-Mails und SMS wurden nicht beantwortet! Das Haus war sehr schlecht gereinigt, so dass wir alles nachputzen mussten. Keine versprochene Meersicht, sondern Aussicht an eine Mauer.

• Marie-Eve (5/5): Very disappointing overpriced stay - Close to town centre Walking distance from Beach -The sliding door has a decent hole in it and kept getting off the tracks making it difficult for the kids - Upon arrival 2 beds weren’t made and when attempted to contact the property about it, never got a reply - Not enough basics provided (eg. 5 plates for 6 people) - “beach front” with no beach view… more so the 2 chalets closer to a possible view remained empty the whole time - disrespectful neighbours staying in the other chalet with kids ripping plants, throwing rocks at the chalet and yelling at the top of their lungs constantly -no WiFi available - Deceptive photos of the place - body wash empty and minimal shampoo/conditioner. When opened the dispenser to check; mouldy on the nozzles - ceiling fans covered in dust which we feared to use due to buildup on fan

• Doug (9/5): Convenient and clean space to stay for the night. - Unit was spacious and clean. Great place to spend the night. It was a short drive to the bakery in the morning and also to the sea lion tour. Beds were a little wobbly, and we were short towels based on occupancy. If the washer was able to dry clothes, we weren't able to figure it out, and had to hang our clothes in the living room overnight.

• Robert (2/5): Dodgy operators. - Good location. The compound was very cramped, I was forced to park my boat out the front, which is not secure. Dont go here if you have a trailor boat as the rear units dont allow for secure parking. I arrived to no power at the place and had to drive home. When I asked them for a refund , he answered no as we had left a mess , but the property managers did not contact us about it after our checkout. The shower was broken as well. The place has no wifi, and you need to hotspot to your own devices. The managers ring from different numbers each time you call them. I was told I was getting a refund via text message, but nothing has been transferred after ringing and texting a few times. I finally got a call back with no as the answer.

• Patricia (10/5): Have been on a road trip for 3 weeks and this was the nicest place we have stayed in. - It was a beautiful chalet in a lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach It was perfect except, for the squeaking toilet door!🤣
• Neil (7/5): Perfectly adequate accommodation, relatively short walk to beach but not quite what we expected. - Modern, convenient. We had one safety concern as only one front door access. The charging cordless vacuum cleaner is next to the front door. . Sliding door to veranda had been dead locked with a key. I had to re connect tv aerial lead to get channels, no wi fi provided. TV didn’t find my iPhone hot spot. Very scratchy towels. No views of beach or ocean. Dearer than the Murchison River View apartment we had traveled from.

Shops conveniently at the end of the street. Unfortunately there were ants in the toilet and living area. Communication from owner was good.

• Marc (10/5): Beautiful but very sleepy - Apartment was clean tidy and ample space for parking.It is 2 minutes from the beach. Jurien Bay itself is quiet and honestly not much to do.Dining options are limited and the supermarkets are expensive.
