- Paul (10/5): - Perfect
- Joanne (2/5): Nicer staff totally put me off - The location beds comfy The staff
- Jenny (10/5): - A pleasant quiet overnight stop in dog friendly cabin.
- Sammi (5/5): Great location but other than that the park itself is very run down. - Great location for skiing. Nice and quiet on this part of the river. Needs a LOT of work done. Pool and grounds have been let go. Needs a fair bit of fixing and maintenance.
- Jessie (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing! Completely out dated in uncomfortable and dirty.
Booked for 5 days and was forced to checkout the next day after my son had a medical emergency early hours of the morning and had no access to a phone signal or wifi.
Was offered a refund by management after they reassured upon check in there was no issues with wifi or phone signals but then was treated horribly when I contacted them 3 weeks later to follow up the refund.
At this point they refused to process the refund and claim they are new management that took over 3 weeks ago.
Highly unprofessional!
- Bronwyn (7/5): Good -
- Williams (7/5): Good -
- Xavier (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacquie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elizabeth (4/5): Not clean - The cabin was not clean and had a stale smell.
The shower also didn’t seem very clean so chose not to use it.
There were so many mosquitoes inside the property also.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Loved our stay at Torrumbarry Weir Holiday Park! We took our two dogs & it was a lovely place for them to stay with us! 5/5 stars ⭐️
- Amod (10/5): - Neat, quiet and comfortable place for a short stay. Kids loved the pool.
Petrol station available within the property (though a bit costly) for emergency.
No mobile phone reception (vodafone/dodo). Not sure about other networks.
- Trent (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peresan (7/5): Good - The accommodation was great, bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was heaven sent due to the extreme heat. I suggest that the managers rethink about having more toilet paper and dishwashing detergent plus bin liners. These items are a must and having to purchase these items for a 4 night visit was a bit of a pain. Also would be great if there was information about the different areas and places to eat and things to see and do.
- Sandaruwan (5/5): Passable -
- Karen (10/5): - The people were always ready to help in any way always pleasant to talk to the park is very clean and well maintained it was a really great stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a break and want to relax near the river go fishing boating it’s was just a great stay we enjoyed our selves
- Jan (6/5): - Loud barking dogs, beds are not great.
Great views from cabin and very pleasant area. No wifi or phone reception
- Rob (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (9/5): Overall, the overnight stay with our small dog was very pleasant. - The cabin was modern and spotlessly clean.
We were able to have our small dog with us. It is 10 km off the highway but it is very quiet and peaceful there. To pay $46 to have your dog in the cabin is excessive. Our dog is probably cleaner than most humans. We were also charged $14 more than my confirmed price.
- Sharyn (9/5): Great place. Clean Had a function at Patho so location was fantastic. - Was very well maintained. Clean spacious Great facilities. Highly recommend Nothing really. Was terrific.
- Damian (8/5): Very good -
- Kaushik (10/5): Exceptional - Only problem is no drinking water No drinking water
- Ingrid (10/5): A wonderful place to get back in touch with nature and leave technology behind. - This holiday park is in an exceptionally beautiful location, right next to the Murray River and the Torumbarry Weir. We awoke each morning to the sound of native birds, while the nights were completely silent. Our cabin was enormous, with a large living/kitchen/bedroom area and 2 more bedrooms with double bunks. The staff were very helpful. I phoned beforehand to check the state of the river, as there had been flood warnings, but was assured that we were totally safe. The staff were also very grateful for any feedback that we could give about our cabin, such as a light that was working intermittently. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Perhaps the one drawback (or maybe it was an advantage?) was that there was no phone or internet reception - nada, zilch - which is unusual in this day and age, even in the country. However, we found that there was reception at the weir next door, so I suppose if we were desperate we could have used that. There was a TV, but only local free to air channels available.
- Bhoumik (9/5): Superb -
- Warren (7/5): Overall a good stay and I would give it another go. - The cabin we stayed in was very clean and to be able to bring our dog with us was nice. A little internet reception would be nice although it was relaxing at times to be disconnected as well. Walking outside and choking on smoke wasnt fun but understand this is the nature of this kind of park with open fires allowed. Heard music going until 1am on one of the nights but luckily we at other end of the park if we'd stayed closer I wouldve been wanting my money back.
